Description
濃度6wt%の溶液を、N、N−ジメチルホルムアミド(DMF)中のポリアクリロニトリル(PAN)(Mw=210000g/mol)で作製した。薄肉プラスチック管状ノズルを用いて前記溶液中に圧縮空気を150〜3000ml/分の速度で吹き込むことにより、前記溶液の発泡性について試験した。形成された個々の気泡の寿命は、1秒よりもずっと短く、安定した気泡は得ることができなかった。次に、工業原料(JSYK 580(L580))からのシリコーン界面活性剤を濃度244g/lで前記溶液に添加し、前記発泡性試験を再度行った。その結果、前記槽の表面全体を被覆する安定した泡を生成することができ、個々の気泡の寿命は10〜80秒であった。
異なる濃度の界面活性剤ラウリル硫酸ナトリウム(SLS)と共に、溶液をポリビニルアルコール(PVOH)(Mw=72000g/mol、>98%加水分解)で蒸留水中で異なる濃度で以下のように調製した。
Claims (13)
- 繊維を生産するプロセスであって、
複数の気泡を紡糸溶液の表面上に形成する工程と、
前記溶液と、前記溶液から間隔を空けて配置された対電極との間に電圧を付加して、噴流を前記気泡から前記対電極へと伸長させる工程と、
を含み、
前記溶液は、前記気泡を安定させるように界面活性剤で処理され、前記界面活性剤は、アニオン界面活性剤、カチオン界面活性剤、非イオン界面活性剤、双性イオン界面活性剤、およびシリコーン界面活性剤の中から選択される点において特徴付けられる、プロセス。 - 前記界面活性剤は気泡寿命を向上させるために用いられる、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記界面活性剤は気泡形成効率を向上させるために用いられる、請求項1または2に記載のプロセス。
- 前記界面活性剤は、気泡構造および均一性を向上させるために用いられる、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記気泡は、前記対電極から所定の距離において維持される、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記溶液中での気泡形成速度は、前記対電極からの所定の距離において前記気泡を維持するように制御される、請求項5に記載のプロセス。
- 前記気泡は、オーバーフローを備えたコンテナ中に形成され、前記オーバーフローを通じて、所定の高さを越えた気泡が引き抜かれる、請求項5に記載のプロセス。
- 前記コンテナ中の前記溶液の量は、所定のレベルに維持される、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記噴流によって形成された繊維は、前記対電極から連続的に引き抜かれて、さらなる処理が施される、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記対電極は、複数の間隔を空けて配置された移動導体を含む、請求項9に記載のプロセス。
- 前記気泡は、圧力下でガスを前記溶液中に導入することにより形成される、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記ガスは、気泡を生産するために必要な圧力よりも実質的に高くない圧力で前記溶液中に導入される、請求項11に記載のプロセス。
- 前記ガスを前記溶液中に導入する速度は、前記対電極からの所定の距離において前記気泡を維持するように制御される、請求項11または12に記載のプロセス。
