Claims (2)
- 画素の表示制御を行うための画素回路が行列状に配列された基板を含む画像表示装置において、
前記行列状に配列された画素回路は、一つの画素回路行に対して、第1の走査信号線及び第2の走査信号線と、第1のリセット信号線及び第2のリセット信号線と、が配線され、
前記画素回路行の画素回路は、前記第1の走査信号線及び前記第2の走査信号線のうちのいずれかと、前記第1のリセット信号線及び前記第2のリセット信号線のうちのいずれかと、に接続されており、
前記画素回路は、前記第1の走査信号線又は前記第2の走査信号線にゲート電極が接続される第1薄膜トランジスタと、前記第1薄膜トランジスタに一端が接続されるコンデンサと、前記コンデンサの他端にゲート電極が接続される第2薄膜トランジスタと、前記コンデンサの前記他端にソース電極が接続され、かつ、前記第1のリセット信号線又は前記第2のリセット信号線にゲート電極が接続される第3薄膜トランジスタと、を含み、
前記基板を平面的に見た場合に、前記第1の走査信号線と前記第2の走査信号線との間の領域に、前記第1薄膜トランジスタのドレイン電極、ソース電極、及び半導体層が形成され、
前記第1の走査信号線及び前記第2の走査信号線には、前記第1の走査信号線と前記第2の走査信号線との間の前記領域に向けて突起してなる突起部が形成され、
前記突起部は、前記基板を平面的に見た場合に、当該突起部の少なくとも一部と、前記第1薄膜トランジスタの半導体層と、が重なるように形成され、
前記基板を平面的に見た場合に、前記第1のリセット信号線と前記第2のリセット信号線との間の領域に、前記第3薄膜トランジスタのソース電極及びドレイン電極が形成され、
前記第3薄膜トランジスタの半導体層は、前記基板を平面的に見た場合に、前記第1のリセット信号線又は前記第2のリセット信号線の一方と交差している、
ことを特徴とする画像表示装置。 - 画素の表示制御を行うための画素回路が行列状に配列された基板を含む画像表示装置において、
前記行列状に配列された画素回路は、一つの画素回路行に対して、第1の走査信号線及び第2の走査信号線と、第1のリセット信号線及び第2のリセット信号線と、が配線され、
前記画素回路行の画素回路は、前記第1の走査信号線及び前記第2の走査信号線のうちのいずれかと、前記第1のリセット信号線及び前記第2のリセット信号線のうちのいずれかと、に接続されており、
前記画素回路は、前記第1の走査信号線又は前記第2の走査信号線にゲート電極が接続される第1薄膜トランジスタと、前記第1薄膜トランジスタに一端が接続されるコンデンサと、前記コンデンサの他端にゲート電極が接続される第2薄膜トランジスタと、前記コンデンサの前記他端にソース電極が接続され、かつ、前記第1のリセット信号線又は前記第2のリセット信号線にゲート電極が接続される第3薄膜トランジスタと、を含み、
前記基板を平面的に見た場合に、前記第1の走査信号線と前記第2の走査信号線との間の領域に、前記第1薄膜トランジスタのソース電極及びドレイン電極が形成され、
前記第1薄膜トランジスタの半導体層は、前記基板を平面的に見た場合に、前記第1の走査信号線又は前記第2の走査信号線の一方と交差し、
前記基板を平面的に見た場合に、前記第1のリセット信号線と前記第2のリセット信号線との間の領域に、前記第3薄膜トランジスタのドレイン電極、ソース電極、及び半導体層が形成され、
前記第1のリセット信号線及び前記第2のリセット信号線には、前記第1のリセット信号線と前記第2のリセット信号線との間の前記領域に向けて突起してなる突起部が形成され、
前記突起部は、前記基板を平面的に見た場合に、当該突起部の少なくとも一部と、前記第3薄膜トランジスタの半導体層と、が重なるように形成されている、
ことを特徴とする画像表示装置。
