Pull out the included unit from the fuselage and check whether there is any coin clogging in sequence between the deposit path installed on the front side in the longitudinal direction of the fuselage and the conveyance path connecting the identification section and between the conveyance path connecting the identification section and the temporary storage section. It was necessary to confirm and recover.

Therefore, an object of this invention is to provide the coin depositing / withdrawing machine which can improve the working efficiency of the recovery operation | work with respect to the malfunction which arose in the deposit processing operation.

A coin depositing and dispensing machine according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.

As shown in FIG. 1, the coin depositing / dispensing machine 11 according to the present embodiment is identified by a depositing unit 12 into which coins are thrown in, an identifying unit 13 for identifying coins thrown into the depositing unit 12, and an identifying unit 13. The temporary storage unit 14 that temporarily stores the coins that have been stored, the return unit 15 that returns the coins that have been temporarily stored in the temporary storage unit 14, and the coins that are temporarily stored in the temporary storage unit 14 are stored and the stored coins are fed out. A storage unit 16, a withdrawal unit 17 that withdraws coins fed out from the storage unit 16, a collection unit 18 that collects coins fed out from the storage unit 16, and a transport mechanism 20 that connects these to transport the coins. And have.

The transport mechanism 20 has a transport passage 21 that is installed horizontally and guides the movement of coins. The conveyance path 21 is a front-rear direction (hereinafter, the front-rear direction of the body) of the body 10 on one side (specifically, the right side as viewed from the operator facing the front surface 10 a) of the left-right direction (hereinafter, the left-right direction). ), A side passage portion 22 extending in the front-rear direction of the body on the other side in the left-right direction of the body (specifically, the left side as viewed from the operator facing the front surface 10a), and a front portion of the body The vehicle body has a front passage portion (identification passage portion) 24 that extends in the left-right direction from one side to the other side in the left-right direction and is connected to both front end portions of the side passage portion 22 and the side passage portion 23. The transport passage 21 does not have a passage portion on the side opposite to the front passage portion 24, and thus has a substantially U shape in plan view. The side passage portion 22 and the side passage portion 23 are arranged in parallel to each other along the longitudinal direction of the machine body.

Further, the transport mechanism 20 is provided above the four corners of the transport passage 21, specifically above the boundary position between the side passage portion 22 and the front passage portion 24, and between the side passage portion 23 and the front passage portion 24. Above the boundary position, above the end position of the side passage portion 22 opposite to the front passage portion 24, and above the end position of the side passage portion 23 opposite to the front passage portion 24. It has four pulleys (supports) 28 arranged at four locations. These pulleys 28 are horizontally supported at the same height by support shafts 29 arranged vertically, and are rotatably supported in the horizontal direction. These pulleys 28 are hung by a conveyor belt 31 that is a single endless annular conveyor, so that the conveyor belt 31 includes a side portion 32 disposed on the side passage portion 22 and a front portion. A side portion 33 arranged on the partial passage portion 24, a side portion 34 arranged on the side passage portion 23, and a side portion 35 opposite to the front passage portion 24 are formed. The conveyor belt 31 is disposed close to the upper portion of the conveyance path 21, and the lower end thereof contacts each upper surface of the coins arranged one by one on the conveyance path 21. In this way, the conveyor belt 31 tensions the coins by sandwiching the coins with the upper surface of the conveyance path 21 installed in the vicinity thereof, and holds the coins substantially integrally by frictional resistance, By rotating, the coin is conveyed according to the guidance of the conveyance path 21 while being slid on the conveyance path 21.

The transport mechanism 20 includes a transport path 21, the above-described one transport belt 31 that transports coins on the transport path 21, and shaft support at four positions so that the transport belt 31 has a shape along the transport path 21. The four pulleys 28 and the drive unit (not shown) that drives any one pulley 28 to drive the transport belt 31 in a predetermined direction (clockwise direction in FIG. 1). In addition, as the conveying belt 31, a plurality of protruding portions protruding downward are formed at predetermined intervals in the extending direction, and the coins are pushed and conveyed one by one by these protruding portions. Anyway. Then, the coins on the belt conveyor 62 of the depositing unit 12 are separated one by one by the separating and feeding unit 63 and fed out to the depositing path unit 70 of the transport path 21 and deposited in a single line with the transport belt 31. It is conveyed from the passage part 70 in order of the front part passage part 24 and the processing-specific distribution passage part 88 (see deposit route R1 in FIG. 2).

The coin is identified by the identification unit 13 while moving in the front passage portion 24. The control unit causes the unacceptable coins to be dropped from the fall hole 41 by opening and closing the gate 42 of the return distribution unit 43 in the processing-specific distribution passage unit 88, and to the tray 81 via the chute 80. discharge. On the other hand, the control unit conveys an acceptable coin without dropping it at the return distribution unit 43, and the temporary storage distribution unit 52 of the processing-specific distribution passage unit 88 in which the gate 51 is opened. It is dropped from the drop hole 50 and stored in the temporary storage unit main body 65.

Then, after the coins remaining on the belt conveyor 62 of the depositing unit main body 60 are detected by a coin detection sensor (not shown), all the coins on the transport passage 21 are identified by the identifying unit 13. When a sufficient time has elapsed to be discharged to the temporary storage unit main body 65 or the corresponding one of the trays 81, the control unit stops the belt conveyor 62 of the depositing unit main body 60 and the conveyance belt 31 of the conveyance mechanism 20 and temporarily. The gate 51 of the storage distribution unit 52 is closed, and the identification result of the identification unit 13 in the current deposit process (such as the number of coins that can be accepted) is displayed on a display unit (not shown).

If there is a defect such as a conveyance failure in this depositing process, the conveyance mechanism 20 is exposed to remove the coin that has caused the conveyance defect or the coin remaining on the conveyance path 21. The deposit part main body 60, the identification part 13, the return part 15, the temporary storage part 14, the deposit path part 70, the front path part 24, and the processing-specific distribution path part 88 are related to the front block A1 on the front side 10a of the machine body. Since they are provided together, only the area of the preceding block A1 needs to be pulled out from the machine body 10 for maintenance. Further, when it is necessary to perform maintenance on the lower side of the transport mechanism 20, only the front stage unit 91 provided in the front stage block A1 needs to be pulled out from the machine body 10 for maintenance.

"Storage"
After the identification result is displayed on the display unit, when an approval operation is input to the operation unit, the control unit drives the belt conveyor 67 of the temporary storage unit body 65 and also drives the conveyance belt 31 of the conveyance mechanism 20. To do. Then, the coins on the belt conveyor 67 of the temporary storage unit main body 65 are separated one by one by the separating and feeding unit 68 and fed to the depositing path unit 70 of the transport path 21 to form a single line with the transport belt 31. From the deposit passage portion 70, the front passage portion 24, the processing-specific distribution passage portion 88, and the storage passage portion 89 are conveyed in this order (see the storage route R2 in FIG. 3).

The coin is identified again by the identification unit 13 while moving in the front passage portion 24. The control unit causes the unacceptable coins to fall from the fall hole 50 by opening and closing the gate 51 of the temporary storage distribution unit 52 of the temporary storage unit 14 and returns it to the original temporary storage unit main body 65 from the identification result. On the other hand, the control unit opens or closes the gates 57 corresponding to the corresponding denomination sorters 55a to 55e for acceptable coins, or closes all the gates 57 of the corresponding denomination sorters 55a to 55e. Then, it is dropped from the drop hole 56 and stored in the corresponding ones of the storage and feeding parts 72a to 72f of the denominations. In this way, acceptable coins are stored in the storage unit 16 by being classified according to denomination.

Then, with the coin detection sensor (not shown) having detected that no coins remain on the belt conveyor 67 of the temporary storage unit main body 65, the last coin on the transport path 21 is identified by the identification unit 13, At that time, when all the coins on the transport passage 21 are acceptable coins, a time sufficient for the last coins to be stored in the corresponding ones of the storage and feeding parts 72a to 72f of the denominations. When the time elapses, the control unit stops the belt conveyor 67 of the temporary storage unit main body 65 and the conveyance belt 31 of the conveyance mechanism 20, and the identification result of the identification unit 13 in the current storage process (the number of coin types received) Etc.) and memorize it.

Here, coins that are determined to be unacceptable from the identification result of the identification unit 13 during the storage process are returned to the temporary storage unit 14 as described above, and are conveyed again and identified by the identification unit 13. In this case, if it is determined that the coin is acceptable, it is stored in the corresponding one of the storing and feeding parts 72a to 72f of the denomination.

Further, if it is determined that the same coin is unacceptable no matter how many times it is identified by the identification unit 13 during the storing process, finally, only the unacceptable coin is stored in the temporary storage unit 14 and the deposit passage unit 70. The front passage portion 24 and the processing-specific distribution passage portion 88 are circulated, and only coins that cannot be received by the identification portion 13 are repeatedly detected. When only the unacceptable coins are repeatedly detected a predetermined number of times by the identification unit 13, the control unit estimates the number of sheets from the detection interval, and when the number of identifications per sheet reaches the predetermined number, the unacceptable coins are sorted according to processing. By opening and closing the gate 42 of the return distribution unit 43 of the return unit 15 in the distribution path unit 88, the gate 42 is dropped from the drop hole 41 and discharged to the tray 81 through the chute 80.

Then, with the coin detection sensor (not shown) having detected that no coins remain on the belt conveyor 67 of the temporary storage unit main body 65, the last coin on the transport path 21 is identified by the identification unit 13, When a time sufficient for the unrecognized coins identified last to be discharged to the tray 81 has elapsed, the control unit stops the belt conveyor 67 of the temporary storage unit main body 65 and the conveyance belt 31 of the conveyance mechanism 20. Then, the identification result of the identification unit 13 in the current storage process (such as the number of accepted coins by denomination) is determined and stored. In addition, the coin determined to be unacceptable from the identification result of the identification unit 13 during the storage process is immediately dropped from the drop hole 41 of the return distribution unit 43 without being returned to the temporary storage unit 14 as described above. You may make it discharge | release to the receiving tray 81 through the chute | shoot 80. FIG.

In the case where there is a defect such as a conveyance failure in this storage process, the conveyance mechanism 20 is exposed to remove the coins that have caused the conveyance failure or the coins remaining on the conveyance passage 21. In this case, The range of the block A1 and the subsequent block A2 needs to be pulled out from the airframe 10 for maintenance. Further, when it is necessary to perform maintenance on the lower side of the transport mechanism 20, maintenance is performed by pulling out the front unit 91 provided in the front block A1 and the rear unit 92 provided in the rear block A2 from the machine body 10 as necessary. Will do.

In addition, when performing the replenishment process which replenishes a coin, by performing the above-mentioned depositing process and storage process with respect to the coin prepared for replenishment, the coins storage and feeding part 72a-72f of the money type of the storage part 16 are carried out. Can be replenished.

"Return processing"
When a cancel operation is input to the operation unit after the identification result is displayed on the display unit, the control unit drives the belt conveyor 67 of the temporary storage unit main body 65 and the conveyance belt 31 of the conveyance mechanism 20. Further, the gate 42 of the return distribution unit 43 of the return unit 15 in the processing-specific distribution passage unit 88 is opened. Then, the coins on the belt conveyor 67 of the temporary storage unit main body 65 are separated one by one by the separating and feeding unit 68 and fed to the depositing path unit 70 of the transport path 21 to form a single line with the transport belt 31. Are transferred from the deposit passage 70 to the front passage 24 and the processing-specific distribution passage 88 in this order, dropped from the drop hole 41 of the return distribution portion 43 of the return portion 15 and discharged to the tray 81 through the chute 80. (See return route R3 in FIG. 4).

And the last coin on the conveyance path 21 detected by the identification part 13 in the state detected by the coin detection sensor not shown in figure that the coin which remains on the belt conveyor 67 of the temporary storage part main body 65 was lose | eliminated. When a sufficient time has elapsed to be discharged to the tray 81, the control unit stops the belt conveyor 67 of the temporary storage unit body 65 and the conveyance belt 31 of the conveyance mechanism 20, and closes the gate 42 of the return distribution unit 43. .

If there is a defect such as a conveyance failure in this return process, the transfer mechanism 20 is exposed to remove the coin that has caused the transfer failure or the coin remaining on the transfer passage 21. Since the return part 15 and the temporary storage part 14, the deposit passage part 70, the front part passage part 24, and the processing-specific distribution passage part 88 involved are provided together in the front block A1 on the airframe front surface 10a side, Only the range of the preceding block A1 needs to be pulled out from the machine body 10 for maintenance. Further, when it is necessary to perform maintenance on the lower side of the transport mechanism 20, only the front stage unit 91 provided in the front stage block A1 needs to be pulled out from the machine body 10 for maintenance.

"Withdrawal processing"
When an operation for performing the withdrawal process is input together with the withdrawal data via an operation unit (not shown), the control unit drives the belt conveyor 74 of the storing and feeding units 72a to 72f, thereby conveying the conveyor belt of the conveyor mechanism 20. 31 is driven, and the gate 45 of the withdrawal distribution part 46 of the withdrawal part 17 is opened. And from the thing of the denomination according to the withdrawal data in the storing and feeding sections 72a to 72f, the separation counting and feeding section 75 counts coins one by one according to the withdrawal data while counting the coins one by one. It is fed out to the withdrawal passage part 77. At that time, it is fed out in order from the downstream side of the storage and feeding sections 72a to 72f. As a result, the coins fed out to the withdrawal passage portion 77 form a line integrally with the transport belt 31 and are arranged from the withdrawal passage portion 77 into the deposit passage portion 70, the front passage portion 24, and the processing-specific distribution passage portion. 88 (see withdrawal route R4 in FIG. 5).

Then, the coin is identified by the identification unit 13 while moving in the front passage portion 24. Based on the identification result, the control unit removes coins that can be used for withdrawal from the drop hole 44 of the dispensing distribution unit 46 in the state where the gate 45 of the dispensing unit 17 in the processing-specific distribution passage unit 88 is opened. It is dropped and discharged to the tray 84 through the chute 83. On the other hand, the control unit moves coins that cannot be used for withdrawal from the identification result of the identification unit 13 from the processing-specific distribution passage unit 88 to the storage passage unit 89 by closing the gate 45 of the dispensing distribution unit 46. The corresponding denomination sorter 55a to 55e is opened or closed, or all the gates 57 of the corresponding denomination sorter 55a to 55e are closed to drop from the drop hole 56. And return to the original stored one of the storage and feeding sections 72a to 72f. When coins that cannot be used for withdrawal pass through the withdrawal distribution unit 46, the control unit opens the gate 45 again. Moreover, when the coin which cannot use withdrawal is detected in the identification part 13, a control part pays out the coin which supplements this from the thing of the money type corresponding to this coin in the accommodation feeding parts 72a-72f. It will be.

Eventually, when the denomination and number of coins that can be used for withdrawal according to the withdrawal data are identified by the identification unit 13, all the coins on the transport path 21 are respectively received by the tray 84 and the storage and feeding unit 72a. When a sufficient time has elapsed to be discharged to the corresponding one of the? 72f, the control unit stops the belt conveyor 74 of the storage and feeding parts 72a to 72f and the transport belt 31 of the transport mechanism 20 and The gate 45 of the distribution unit 46 is closed and the result of the current withdrawal process is stored.

If there is a defect such as a conveyance failure in this dispensing process, the conveyance mechanism 20 is exposed to remove the coin that has caused the conveyance defect or the coin remaining on the conveyance path 21, in this case, The range of the front block A1 and the rear block A2 needs to be pulled out from the body 10 for maintenance. Further, when it is necessary to perform maintenance on the lower side of the transport mechanism 20, maintenance is performed by pulling out the front unit 91 provided in the front block A1 and the rear unit 92 provided in the rear block A2 from the machine body 10 as necessary. Will do.

"Recovery processing"
When an operation for performing a collection process is input via an operation unit (not shown), the control unit drives the belt conveyor 74 of the storage and feeding units 72a to 72f and drives the conveyance belt 31 of the conveyance mechanism 20. Then, the gate 48 of the collection distribution unit 49 of the collection unit 18 is opened. Then, all the coins are fed out one by one to the dispensing passage portion 77 of the transport passage 21 from the storage / feeding portion 72a on the most downstream side among the storage feeding portions 72a to 72f. As a result, the coins fed out to the withdrawal passage portion 77 form a line integrally with the transport belt 31 and are arranged from the withdrawal passage portion 77 into the deposit passage portion 70, the front passage portion 24, and the processing-specific distribution passage portion. 88 (see collection route R5 in FIG. 6).

Then, the coin is identified by the identification unit 13 while moving in the front passage portion 24. Based on the identification result, the control unit drops coins that can be stored in the safe from the drop hole 47 of the collection distribution unit 49 in the state where the gate 48 of the collection unit 18 in the processing-specific distribution passage unit 88 is opened. It is stored in the collection safe 86. On the other hand, the control unit moves coins that cannot be safely stored from the identification result of the identification unit 13 from the processing-specific distribution channel unit 88 to the storage channel unit 89 by closing the gate 48 of the collection unit 18, The gate 57 of the seed distribution unit 55a is opened and closed to be dropped from the drop hole 56, and returned to the original storage and feeding unit 72a. When coins that cannot be stored in the safe pass through the collection and distribution unit 49, the control unit opens the gate 48.

With the coin detection sensor (not shown) detecting that no coins remain on the belt conveyor 74 of the storage and feeding section 72a, the identifying section 13 identifies the last coin on the transport path 21, and at that time When all the coins on the transport passage 21 are coins that can be stored in the safe, when the time sufficient for the last coin to be stored in the recovery safe 86 has elapsed, the control unit advances the next storage and delivery. From the section 72b, the separation counting feeding section 75 feeds the coins to the dispensing passage section 77 of the transport passage 21, and collects them in the collection safe 86 in the same manner as the processing of the storage feeding section 72a.

Here, during the collection of the coins in the storage and feeding unit 72a, the coins that are determined to be unsafe storage from the identification result of the identification unit 13 are returned to the storage and feeding unit 72a as described above, and are conveyed again and identified. If it is determined that the coin can be stored in the safe, the coin is stored in the recovery safe 86.

Further, if it is determined that the same coin is not allowed to be stored in the safe regardless of how many times it is identified by the discriminating unit 13, finally, only the coin that cannot be stored in the safe is stored in the storing and feeding unit 72a, the side passage portion 22 and the front. Thus, only the coins that cannot be stored in the safe are repeatedly detected by the identification unit 13. When only the coins that cannot be safely stored in the identification unit 13 are repeatedly detected a predetermined number of times, the control unit estimates the number of sheets from the detection interval, and processes the coins that cannot be stored in the safe when the number of identifications per sheet reaches the predetermined number. The gate 42 of the return distribution section 43 of the return section 15 in the separate distribution passage section 88 is opened and closed to be dropped from the drop hole 41 and discharged to the tray 81 via the chute 80.

Then, the last coin on the transport path 21 is identified by the identification unit 13 in a state in which it is detected by a coin detection sensor (not shown) that there is no coin remaining on the belt conveyor 74 of the storage and feeding unit 72a. When a sufficient time has passed for the coins that cannot be stored in the safe to be discharged to the tray 81, the control unit transfers the coins from the next storage and feeding unit 72b by the separation counting and feeding unit 75 to the transport passage 21. The money is drawn out to the withdrawal passage portion 77 and collected in the collection safe 86 in the same manner as the processing of the storage and feeding portion 72a.

When all the coins are guided from the storage and feeding unit 72a to the collection safe 86 or the tray 81 as described above, similarly, all the coins are guided from the next storage and feeding unit 72b to the recovery safe 86 or the tray 81. Next, all coins are guided from the storage and feeding unit 72c to the collection safe 86 or the tray 81, and then all coins are guided from the storage and feeding unit 72d to the collection safe 86 or the tray 81, and then the storage and feeding unit. All coins are guided from 72e to the collection safe 86 or the tray 81, and then all coins are guided from the storage and feeding section 72f to the collection safe 86 or the tray 81. Then, when all the coins are guided from the last storage and feeding unit 72f to the collection safe 86 or the tray 81, the control unit determines that the collection has been completed from all the storage and feeding units 72a to 72f, and the storage and feeding units 72a to 72f. The belt conveyor 74 of 72f and the conveyance belt 31 of the conveyance mechanism 20 are stopped and the gate 48 of the collection distribution unit 46 is closed, and the identification result of the identification unit 13 in this collection process (the safe collected in the collection safe 86) The number of coins that can be stored is determined and stored. It should be noted that coins that are determined to be unsafe storage from the identification result of the identification unit 13 during the collection process are immediately returned without returning to the storage source one of the storage and feeding units 72a to 72f as described above. You may make it fall from the fall hole 41 of the division part 43, and may discharge | release to the receiving tray 81 via the chute | shoot 80.

If there is a defect such as a conveyance failure in this collection process, the conveyance mechanism 20 is exposed to remove the coins that have caused the conveyance failure or the coins remaining on the conveyance path 21. The range of the block A1 and the subsequent block A2 needs to be pulled out from the airframe 10 for maintenance. Further, when it is necessary to perform maintenance on the lower side of the transport mechanism 20, maintenance is performed by pulling out the front unit 91 provided in the front block A1 and the rear unit 92 provided in the rear block A2 from the machine body 10 as necessary. Will do.

"Self-examination processing"
When an operation for performing self-scrutiny processing is input via an operation unit (not shown), the control unit drives the belt conveyor 74 of the storage and feeding units 72 a to 72 f and drives the conveyance belt 31 of the conveyance mechanism 20. At the same time, the gate 51 of the temporary storage distribution unit 52 of the temporary storage unit 14 is opened. 88 (see self-scrutiny route R6-1 in FIG. 7).

Then, the coin is identified by the identification unit 13 while moving in the front passage portion 24. The control unit drops coins that can be continuously used from the identification result from the drop hole 50 of the temporary storage sorting unit 52 in the state where the gate 51 of the temporary storage unit 14 in the processing-specific sorting passage unit 88 is opened. And temporarily stored in the temporary storage unit main body 65. On the other hand, the control unit moves coins that cannot be continuously used from the identification result of the identification unit 13 from the processing-specific distribution channel unit 88 to the storage channel unit 89 by closing the gate 51 of the temporary storage unit 14, and responds accordingly. The gate 57 of the denomination sorter 55a is opened and closed, dropped from the drop hole 56, and returned to the original storing and feeding part 72a. When a coin that cannot be continuously used passes through the temporary storage distribution unit 52, the control unit opens the gate 51.

With the coin detection sensor (not shown) detecting that no coins remain on the belt conveyor 74 of the storage and feeding section 72a, the identifying section 13 identifies the last coin on the transport path 21, and at that time When all the coins on the transport passage 21 are coins that can be used continuously, when the time sufficient for the last coin to be stored in the temporary storage unit main body 65 has elapsed, the control unit After stopping the belt conveyor 74 of the parts 72a to 72f, the same process as the above-described storage process is performed, and all the coins stored in the temporary storage unit main body 65 are returned to the original storage and feeding part 72a (see FIG. 8). (See scrutinization route R6-2). At that time, the examination result of the identification unit 13 for the coin returned to the storage and feeding unit 72a becomes the number of storages determined by the storage and feeding unit 72a, and the control unit stores this.

Here, during the self-examination of the coins in the storing and feeding unit 72a, the coins determined to be unusable from the identification result of the identifying unit 13 are returned to the storing and feeding unit 72a as described above, and are conveyed again and identified. In this case, if it is determined that the coin can be used continuously, the coin is temporarily stored in the temporary storage unit main body 65.

Further, if it is determined that the same coin can be continuously used no matter how many times it is identified by the discriminating unit 13, finally, only the coin that cannot be used continuously will be stored in the storing and feeding unit 72a, the side passage unit 22, and the front. The part passage part 24 and the side part passage part 23 are circulated, and only the coins that cannot be continuously used are repeatedly detected by the identification part 13. When only the coins that cannot be continuously used are repeatedly detected a predetermined number of times by the identification unit 13, the control unit estimates the number of sheets from the detection interval, and processes the coins that cannot be continuously used when the number of identifications per sheet reaches the predetermined number.

When a sufficient time has passed for the coins identified in the above to be discharged to the tray 81, the control unit stops the belt conveyor 74 of the storing and feeding units 72a to 72f, and then performs the same processing as the storing processing described above. All the coins stored in the temporary storage unit main body 65 are returned to the original storage and feeding unit 72a. At that time, the examination result of the identification unit 13 for the coin returned to the storage and feeding unit 72a becomes the number of storages determined by the storage and feeding unit 72a, and the control unit stores this.

In the same manner as described above, the remaining storing and feeding portions 72b to 72f are examined in order from the downstream side. Note that the coins that are determined to be unusable from the identification result of the identification unit 13 during the scrutiny process are immediately returned without being returned to the storage source of the storage and feeding units 72a to 72f as described above. It may be dropped from the drop hole 41 of the portion 43 and discharged to the tray 81 through the chute 80.

If there is a defect such as a conveyance failure in this scrutiny process, the conveyance mechanism 20 is exposed to remove the coin that has caused the conveyance failure or the coin remaining on the conveyance path 21. Will do.

As described above, according to the coin depositing / dispensing machine 11 of this embodiment, the coin is transferred from the depositing unit 12 to the temporary storage unit 14 or the return unit 15 via the identification unit 13 shown by the depositing route R1 in FIG. In the payment processing operation to be guided, when a defect such as a conveyance failure occurs, the depositing unit 12, the identification unit 13, the temporary storage unit 14, and the return unit 15 are collectively provided in the preceding block A1, The work range is narrowed and recovery work is facilitated. Therefore, it is possible to improve the work efficiency of the recovery work for the trouble that has occurred in the deposit processing operation.

In addition, since the return unit 15 is provided in the preceding block A1, the work of recovery work for the malfunction that occurred in the return processing operation for returning coins from the temporary storage unit 14 to the return unit 15 shown by the return route R3 in FIG. Efficiency can also be improved.

In addition, since it is possible to perform a recovery operation for the trouble caused in the deposit processing operation and the return processing operation separately from the subsequent block A2 provided with the storage unit 16, the storage unit 16 in which the storage amount is fixed It is possible to prevent coins from being mistakenly mixed during the restoration work. Furthermore, by limiting the operators who can access the range of the subsequent block A2, it is possible to limit access to the storage unit 16 for which the storage amount has been determined, and to prevent illegal operations by the operator.

In addition, since the storage unit 16 stores coins sorted according to denomination and also has storage units 72a to 72f of denominations for feeding out coins stored according to denomination, in the circulation type coin depositing and dispensing machine, It becomes easy to withdraw coins according to denomination as a withdrawal coin.

Further, since the front block A1 has a collecting unit 18 that collects the coins fed out from the storage unit 16, it becomes possible to collect the coins drawn out from the storage unit 16, and then the depositing unit 12, identification The unit 13, the temporary storage unit 14, the return unit 15, the withdrawal unit 17, and the collection unit 18 can be combined into the front block A <b> 1, so that the size can be reduced.

In addition, the front block A1 having the depositing section 12, the identification section 13, the temporary storage section 14, the return section 15, the withdrawal section 17 and the collection section 18 is on the front side in the longitudinal direction of the machine body with respect to the rear block A2 having the storage section 16. Therefore, when trouble occurs in the deposit processing operation and the return processing operation, the work range of the recovery work is closer to the operator. Therefore, it is possible to further improve the work efficiency of the recovery work with respect to the malfunction that has occurred in the deposit processing operation and the return processing operation. Moreover, since the return unit 15 and the withdrawal unit 17 are arranged near the operator, a mechanism for guiding coins to the operator of the return unit 15 and the withdrawal unit 17 can be simplified.

Further, a transport unit 39 that transports coins from the front block A1 toward the rear block A2 and a transport unit 37 that transports coins from the rear block A2 toward the front block A1 are arranged in parallel along the longitudinal direction of the fuselage. And since the accommodating part 16 is arrange | positioned among these, size reduction and simplification of back | latter stage block A2 can be achieved.

Further, the transport unit 39 includes a part that transports the coin temporarily stored in the temporary storage unit 14 and approved for depositing to the storage unit 16, and the transport unit 37 includes a part that transports the coins fed out from the storage unit 16. Therefore, the rear block A2 can be reduced in size and simplified.

Moreover, since the common transport mechanism 20 for transporting coins is provided in the front block A1 and the rear block A2, the cost and the size of the machine body can be reduced.

In addition, the transport mechanism 20 is guided by a transport path 21 connecting the depositing unit 12, the identification unit 13, the temporary storage unit 14, the return unit 15, the storage unit 16, the withdrawal unit 17, and the collection unit 18. Since a coin is conveyed to each part by 31, cost reduction and size reduction of an airframe can be achieved reliably.

In addition, the conveyance passage 21 is provided with a deposit passage portion 70 that guides the coins fed out from the deposit portion 12 and the temporary storage portion 14, and a front portion in which the identification portion 13 is disposed so as to be connected to the deposit passage portion 70. A passage portion 24, a processing-specific distribution passage portion 88 that is connected to the front passage portion 24 and guides coins to the return portion 15, the withdrawal portion 17, and the collection portion 18, and the processing-specific distribution passage A storage passage portion 89 that is connected to the portion 88 and guides the coins to the storage portion 16; and a withdrawal passage portion 77 that guides the coins fed from the storage portion 16 and is connected to the deposit passage portion 70. Therefore, the storage passage portion 89 and the withdrawal passage portion 77 become a single passage on both ends, and the coins can be easily transported by the single transport belt 31.

In the above embodiment, coins that cannot be stored in the safe at the discriminating unit 13 during the collection process and coins that cannot be stored in the safe at the discriminating unit 13 during the self-examination process cannot be discriminated. The coins that cannot be continuously used are rejected from the return unit 15 to the tray 81. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the coins may be discharged to a reject collection box different from the collection safe 86 and taken out.
