Description
Claims (18)
- 長さおよび当該長さに垂直に画定される断面を含む細長い幾何形状を有するフォームファクタを画定する構造であって、患者の脈管構造内への埋め込みに適した前記構造と、

埋め込み型血管内医療装置。 - 前記回路は電力変換器回路である請求項1に記載の埋め込み型血管内医療装置。
- デフィブリレータを備え、前記比較的高い電圧がデフィブリレーション治療電圧である請求項1に記載の埋め込み型血管内医療装置。
- 前記誘導性要素は、複数の相互結合したコイルを有する変圧器である請求項1に記載の埋め込み型血管内医療装置。
- 前記断面は、ほぼ円形であり、前記フォームファクタは、ほぼ円柱である請求項1に記載の埋め込み型血管内医療装置。
- 前記フォームファクタを画定する前記構造は、ほぼ密閉したバリアを含む請求項1に記載の埋め込み型血管内医療装置。
- 前記フォームファクタを画定する前記構造は、ほぼ円柱の外側表面と、前記フォームファクタの少なくとも一部分を画定する内側表面とを有する少なくとも1つのハウジング部を含む請求項1に記載の埋め込み型血管内医療装置。
- 前記フォームファクタを画定する前記構造は、前記構造の長さに沿って屈曲を可能にするように作動可能に連結された複数のハウジング仕切部屋を含む請求項1に記載の埋め込み型血管内医療装置。
- 前記フォームファクタは、前記フォームファクタを画定する前記構造の外部表面に関連付けて画定される請求項1に記載の埋め込み型血管内医療装置。
- 前記誘導性要素は、ワイヤからなる少なくとも1つのコイルを含み、前記コイルは、前記誘導性要素の前記外側表面によって画定される境界内に全体が配置される請求項1に記載の埋め込み型血管内医療装置。
- 前記誘導性要素は、ワイヤからなる少なくとも1つのコイルを含み、前記コイルは、前記断面にほぼ平行な参照軸に沿う方向に磁界を生成するように配置される請求項1に記載の埋め込み型血管内医療装置。
- 前記誘導性要素は、ほぼ円柱の外側境界を有する磁気材料のコアを含む請求項1に記載の埋め込み型血管内医療装置。
- 前記コアは、前記ほぼ円柱の外側境界に沿って縦に位置する主要横長寸法と横長断面境界とを有するポストを含み、前記ポストは、前記ほぼ円柱の外側境界に対して半径方向に位置するポスト高さを有し、ワイヤからなるコイルが前記ポストの周りに配置される請求項12に記載の埋め込み型血管内医療装置。
- 前記ポストは、前記コアの内部表面からの突出部として形成される請求項13に記載の埋め込み型血管内医療装置。
- 前記コアは、それぞれが接合表面を有するコア二等分部品の対を備え、前記コアが前記コア二等分部品の対から組立てられたとき、前記接合表面で前記コア二等分部品同士が接合される請求項13に記載の埋め込み型血管内医療装置。
- 前記ポストは、ポスト部の対であり、それぞれのポスト部が前記コア二等分部品の一方に対応する請求項15に記載の埋め込み型血管内医療装置。
- 前記ポストは空気ギャップを含む請求項13に記載の埋め込み型血管内医療装置。
- デフィブリレータを含み、前記回路は電力変換回路であり、前記比較的高い電圧はデフィブリレーション治療電圧であり、
前記フォームファクタはほぼ円柱であり、前記フォームファクタを画定する前記構造は、ほぼ円柱の外側表面および前記フォームファクタの少なくとも一部分を画定する内側表面を有する少なくとも1つのハウジングを含み、前記少なくとも1つのハウジングはほぼ密閉したバリアを含み、

前記誘導性要素はほぼ円柱の外側境界を有する磁気材料のコアと、前記ほぼ円柱の外側境界に沿って縦に位置する主要横長寸法と横長断面境界とを有するポストとを含み、前記ポストは、前記ほぼ円柱の外側境界に対して半径方向に位置するポスト高さを有し、前記コイルは、前記ポストの周りに配置されており、
