Claims (10)
- 翼弦長を形成した凹面形正圧側面(70)及び凸面形負圧側面(72)と前縁(74)及び後縁(76)とを備えた翼形部本体と、
前記前縁(74)と該前縁(74)から下流方向に前記後縁(76)に向かった前記翼形部本体の正圧側面(70)及び負圧側面(72)のそれぞれの所定の部分とに対して接合材層(82)によって付着されかつそれらを保護被覆した前縁保護ストリップ(80)と、を含み、
前記前縁保護ストリップ(80)が、その中に前記接合材層(82)が埋め込まれ、かつエンジン運転中に該翼形部から脱離した場合に、下流側エンジン構成部品との衝突が該下流側エンジン構成部品に対して損傷を引き起こさないほど十分に小さい所定の寸法の隣接するセグメントを形成する多数の内側向きグルーブ(80A)を含む、
翼形部。 - 該翼形部が、タービンエンジンファンブレード、タービンエンジン圧縮機ブレード及びタービンエンジンステータベーン(52)から成る群から選択される、請求項1記載の翼形部。
- 前記多数のグルーブ(80A)が互いに交差している、請求項1又は2に記載の翼形部。
- 前記前縁保護ストリップ(80)によって被覆された該翼形部の負圧側面(72)の所定の部分が、前記前縁(74)から下流方向に前記後縁(76)に向かって約0.25mm延びる部分である、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の翼形部。
- 前記前縁保護ストリップ(80)によって被覆された前記負圧側面(72)の所定の部分が、該前縁保護ストリップ(80)によって被覆された前記正圧側面(70)の所定の部分の1/3よりも大きくない、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の翼形部。
- 前記グルーブ(80A)が、2.5mm〜6.3mm長さの側面を有するセグメントを形成するように間隔を置いて配置される、請求項3記載の翼形部。
- 前記接合材層(82)が、その厚さが0.05mm〜0.15mmであり、
前記前縁保護ストリップ(80)が、その厚さが0.13mm〜0.2mmである、
請求項1記載の翼形部。 - 該翼形部が、タービンエンジンファンブレード、タービンエンジン圧縮機ブレード及びタービンエンジンステータベーン(52)から成る群から選択される、請求項7記載の翼形部。
- 前記前縁保護ストリップ(80)によって被覆された前記負圧側面(72)の所定の部分が、該翼形部の翼弦長の約1〜3%であり、
前記前縁保護ストリップ(80)によって被覆された該翼形部の負圧側面(72)の所定の部分が、前記前縁から下流方向に前記後縁(76)に向かって約0.25mmであり、
前記前縁保護ストリップ(80)が、エンジン運転中に該翼形部から脱離した場合に、下流側エンジン構成部品との衝突が該下流側エンジン構成部品に対して損傷を引き起こすことにならないほど十分に小さい所定の寸法の隣接するセグメントを形成する多数の交差内側向きグルーブ(80A)を含み、
前記グルーブ(80A)が、その幅が約0.13mmよりも小さくかつ前縁保護ストリップ(80)の厚さの約1/3であり、
前記接合材層(82)が、その厚さが約0.05mm〜0.15mmであり、
前記セグメントが、約2.5mm〜6.3mm長さの側面を有し、
前記前縁保護ストリップ(80)が、その厚さが約0.13mm〜0.2mmであり、
前記内側向きグルーブ(80A)が、該翼形部に対する前記前縁保護ストリップ(80)の取付けのための大きな表面積を形成する、
請求項1記載の翼形部。 - 低圧圧縮機(12)、高圧圧縮機(14)、高圧タービン(18)、低圧タービン(20)及び燃焼器(16)と、

前記前縁保護ストリップ(80)が、その中に前記接合材層(82)が埋め込まれかつエンジン運転中に該ベーン(52)から脱離した場合に下流側エンジン構成部品との衝突が該下流側エンジン構成部品に対して損傷を引き起こすことにならないほど十分に小さい所定の寸法の隣接するセグメントを形成する多数の内側向きグルーブ(80A)を含む、
