Description
Claims (9)
- 流入口圧力を受け入れるように形成された流入口、流出口圧力を受け入れるように形成された流出口、および前記流入口と前記流出口との間に配設される喉部が形成されている弁箱と、
前記弁箱の前記喉部内に取り付けられるとともに孔部を形成する弁座と、
前記弁箱内に配設され、開弁位置と閉弁位置との間を移動可能であり、直径の小さな部分と該直径の小さな部分に隣接する着座面とが設けられた弁棒を有している制御要素と、
前記弁箱により保持されている弁挿入部材と、
前記弁棒のうち前記流出口からみて前記喉部の反対側であって前記流入口からの流体とつながる部分に位置する肩部と、
前記弁箱に形成され、前記流出口からみて前記喉部の反対側であって前記流入口からの流体とつながる部分に位置するガイド孔部と、
前記弁挿入部材により保持され、前記制御要素と係合して前記制御要素を付勢力により前記閉弁位置に移動させるバネとを備えており、
前記制御要素が前記閉弁位置にあるとき、前記着座面が前記弁座に当接し、前記着座面及び前記直径の小さな部分が流体を介して前記流出口と繋がるよう前記直径の小さな部分のうちの少なくとも一部が前記弁座の前記孔部内に配置されるように構成されており、
前記弁挿入部材には、前記制御要素の前記弁棒のうちの上部を摺動可能に受け入れる孔部が形成され、前記弁座の前記孔部及び前記弁挿入部材の前記孔部は、前記制御要素が閉弁位置にあるとき前記流出口圧力が実質的に等しく反対方向の力を前記制御要素に加えるような寸法及び構成を有し、
前記制御要素が閉弁位置にあるとき、前記流出口圧力によって前記弁棒にかかる流出口からの力が実質的にゼロになるように、前記弁挿入部材内の前記孔部が、前記弁座の前記孔部の直径とほぼ等しい直径を有し、
前記ガイド孔部は、前記弁棒の下部を摺動可能に保持するとともに前記弁挿入部材の前記孔部の直径よりも小さな直径を有し、前記制御要素が閉弁位置にあるとき、前記流入口圧力が前記流出口圧力よって加えられる力よりも大きい力を前記弁棒に供給して、前記制御要素が閉弁位置にある状態を維持するように構成されている、高圧流体制御デバイス。 - 前記直径の小さな部分は前記上部と前記下部の間に位置している、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記弁棒が、前記直径の小さな部分のうちの前記着座面とは反対側に位置する第二の面を有してなる、請求項2に記載のデバイス。
- 前記着座面が前記第二の面に対向するように構成されてなる、請求項3に記載のデバイス。
- 前記着座面および前記第二の面のうちの少なくとも一つが円錐台形状の面を含んでなる、請求項3に記載のデバイス。
- 前記制御要素が、前記弁棒に取り付けられる第一のo−リングをさらに有しており、該第一のo−リングが前記弁棒と前記弁挿入部材の前記孔部との間にシールを形成してなる、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記制御要素が前記閉弁位置にあるとき、前記弁棒の前記着座面が、前記流出口と流体を介して繋がる第一の領域を形成し、また、前記制御要素が前記閉弁位置にあるとき、前記弁棒と前記第一のo−リングのうちの少なくとも一部とが組み合わさって前記流出口と流体を介して繋がる第二の領域を形成し、前記第一の領域が前記第二の領域とほぼ等しい、請求項6に記載のデバイス。
- 前記制御要素が、前記弁棒のうちの前記第一のo−リングとは反対側の位置で前記弁棒に取り付けられている第二のo−リングをさらに有し、該第二のo−リングが、前記流入口と流体を介して繋がっているとともに、前記弁棒と前記弁箱との間にシールを形成してなる、請求項6に記載のデバイス。
- 前記弁棒の前記下方部分に取り付けられ、前記ガイド孔部内に配置された下部o−リングを更に備え、
前記肩部は、前記流入口圧によって作用する面を有し、
前記肩部の前記面は、前記下部o−リングの面積よりも大きな面積を有し、前記流入口圧力によって前記弁棒へ供給される力の合計が、前記弁座に前記着座面を当接させる前記弁棒での正味の力となるように構成されており、前記第二のo−リングが前記第一のo−リングの外径より小さな外径を有してなる、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
