Description

The present invention relates to a motor-operated valve used for refrigerant flow control in a refrigeration cycle system.

Conventionally, as the electric valve, for example, Patent Document 1 has a first flow path 52 and a second flow path 53 communicating with a valve chamber 51 as shown in FIG. A valve main body 55 provided with a valve seat 54 in the chamber communication portion, a rod-shaped needle valve 57 that contacts and separates from a seat valve seat 56 of the valve main body 55, a cylindrical sealing case 59, and an outer side of the sealing case 59. The stator coil 67 and the inner casing 59 are rotated by energization and excitation of the stator coil 67 to move in the valve opening / closing direction, and are a cylindrical sleeve 62 and a cylinder fixed to the outer side of the sleeve 62 by a stop ring 66. And a male screw pipe 61 that opens and closes the needle valve 57 by a screw feeding action by rotation of the rotor 64, and a lower cover 60 of the sealed case 59 is welded and fixed to the valve body 55. Electric valve 50 It has been described.

The motor-operated valve 50 is provided with a fully closed upper stopper portion 62a projecting from the lower end portion of the sleeve 62 and a fully closed lower stopper portion 58a projecting from the flange body 58. The stopper 62a abuts against the fully closed stopper portion 58a, thereby restricting the rotor 64 from further lowering when the valve is closed.

Japanese Patent No. 3310042

However, in the conventional motor-operated valve 50, the motor-operated valve is driven to close with the number of pulses exceeding the full stroke from the fully open position to the fully closed position, and the opening degree of the motor operated valve is forcibly changed to the fully closed state. When the initialization process is performed, the fully closed upper stopper portion 62a that descends with the rotation of the rotor 64 comes into contact with the fully closed stopper portion 58a to frequently generate an impact sound. When used for an air conditioner, etc., there is a problem that it leads to deterioration of the living environment.

In addition, the motor-operated valve 50 needs to be configured such that the fully closed upper stopper portion 62a and the fully closed lower stopper portion 58a make contact or non-contact while the sleeve 62 makes one rotation. , 58a is set to have a small area, so that there is a problem that the life of the motor-operated valve 50 is shortened due to wear and deterioration of the stopper portions 62a and 58a due to the impact.

In particular, like the motor-operated valve 50, the needle valve 57 is in the fully closed state in which the fully closed upper stopper portion 62 a comes into contact with the fully closed lower stopper portion 58 a after the needle valve 57 is seated on the seat valve seat 56. The coil spring 70 having a coil spring 70 that biases the seat valve seat 56 slightly reduces the impact when the fully closed upper stopper portion 62a collides with the fully closed stopper portion 58a. As for the motor-operated valve having a simple structure in which the coil spring 70 is not provided, the problem due to the impact appears remarkably.

Therefore, the present invention has been made in view of the problems in the above-described conventional motor-operated valve, and prevents deterioration of the living environment due to impact sound generated by the contact of the fully-closed stopper portion and shortening of the life of the motor-operated valve. An object of the present invention is to provide a motor-operated valve that can be used.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention is an electric valve, the second screw member rotating with the rotation of the rotor of the electric motor and screwed with the first screw member fixed to the valve body; A fully-enclosed stopper portion that rotates with the rotation of the rotor in the motor-operated valve including a valve body that contacts and separates from the valve seat in the valve body by rotating the second screw member; A fully-closed stopper portion that is provided on the first screw member, and that contacts the fully-closed upper stopper portion when the motor-operated valve is fully closed, and restricts rotation of the second screw member in the valve-closing direction; A buffer member that reduces shock when the fully closed stopper portion collides with the fully closed stopper portion, and the buffer member connects the fully closed stopper portion to the fully closed stopper portion. A coil spring that is biased in the direction opposite to the collision direction, and the coil spring is twisted And features that you mitigate the serial impact.
.

According to the present invention, the coil spring as the buffer member can mitigate the impact when the fully closed upper stopper portion collides with the fully closed lower stopper portion by twisting the coil spring. The impact sound generated by the contact of the stopper part can be reduced, the load on both stopper parts can be reduced, the living environment can be improved, and the life of the motor-operated valve can be extended.

In the electric valve, mounted in front Symbol entire閉上stopper portion, and screwed into the second screw member, the coil spring, the support ring or the rotor connecting the said rotor second threaded member can do.

Furthermore, the electric valve, the valve body may be one that is fixed to the distal end portion of the valve seat side of the second threaded member, such electrostatic dynamic valve, the valve body and the second Since there is no buffering means such as a coil spring between the screw member and the fully closed stopper portion, the impact when the fully closed stopper portion collides with the fully closed stopper portion is particularly large. Since the impact when the closing stopper collides with the fully closed stopper can be reduced, the impact noise of the fully closed stopper is reduced and the load on the fully closed stopper is reduced. A motorized valve can be provided.

As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to provide a motor-operated valve that can prevent the deterioration of the living environment due to the impact sound generated by the contact of the fully-closed stopper portion and the shortening of the life of the motor-operated valve.

The female screw portion 11a of the valve shaft holder 11 and the male screw portion 10b of the valve shaft 10 are screwed together, and the valve shaft 10 is guided in the vertical direction through the inside of the valve shaft holder 11. Further, on the upper surface of the valve shaft holder 11, a fully-closed stopper portion 11c is projected.

The valve body 12 has a conical portion at the lower portion, and is formed in a cylindrical shape as a whole. The upper portion 12 a of the valve body 12 is inserted into the spring accommodating portion 8 and is locked and prevented by the locking ring 16.

Next, the operation of the motor-operated valve 1 having the above configuration will be described with reference to FIG.

When the motor-operated valve 1 is closed, when the stator is energized and energized in one direction in the state of FIG. 1A, the rotor 7 rotates in the clockwise direction (in the direction of the arrow) and simultaneously the valve shaft 10 also rotates. As shown in the sectional view of FIG. 1 (c), the valve body 12 is seated on the valve seat 4 and the motor-operated valve 1 is closed through the state of the intermediate valve opening in FIG. 1 (b).

However, when the valve body 12 is seated on the valve seat 4, the fully closed upper stopper portion 14c does not reach the fully closed lower stopper portion 11c, and the rotor 7 is further rotatable. When the rotor 7 further rotates clockwise in the top view (in the direction of the arrow) and the fully-closed stopper portion 14c comes into contact with the fully-closed stopper portion 11c (the state shown in FIG. 1 (c-1)), The rotation is forcibly stopped.

Further, when the valve body 12 is seated on the valve seat 4, the movement of the valve body 12 is stopped. However, as described above, the valve shaft 10 is further lowered, so that the coil spring 13 is compressed and the valve body 12 is compressed. 4, the fully closed upper stopper portion 14 c comes into contact with the fully closed lower stopper portion 11 c to complete the valve closing operation.

The rotor 7 further rotates in the clockwise direction as viewed from above from the state shown in FIG. 1C-1 in which the fully closed upper stopper portion 14c is in contact with the fully closed lower stopper portion 11c. 7 is gradually contracted while absorbing the rotational force 7, and finally the rotational force of the rotor 7 and the elastic force of the coil spring 15 are balanced (FIG. 1 (c-2)). In which the rotor 7 is further rotated by an angle α from FIG. 1 (c-1). Thereby, the impact at the time of the fully closed stopper part 14c contact | abutting to the fully closed stopper part 11c can be relieved.

On the other hand, when the motor-operated valve 1 is opened, when the stator is energized by energizing the stator in the opposite direction to the state shown in FIG. 1C, the rotor 7 rotates counterclockwise as viewed from above, and the valve shaft 10 As a result, the valve body 12 moves away from the valve seat 4 and the motor-operated valve 1 opens. When the rotor 7 further rotates and the fully open lower stopper portion 17a contacts the fully open upper stopper portion 11b, the rotation of the rotor 7 stops and the valve body 12 also stops rising.

Next, a second embodiment of the motor-operated valve according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIG.

The motor-operated valve 31 has substantially the same configuration as that of the motor-operated valve 1 shown in FIG. 1, and the same constituent elements as those of the motor-operated valve 1 are denoted by the same reference numerals in FIG. . Further, the configuration including the rotor 7, the valve shaft 10, the fully closed upper stopper 14, and the coil spring 15, which is a characteristic part of the present invention, is also applied to the motor-operated valve 31 as in the motor-operated valve 1.

The motor-operated valve 31 is different from the motor-operated valve 1 in that there is no coil spring 13 that biases the valve body 12 downward like the motor-operated valve 1 and the locking ring 16, and the valve body 32 of the motor-operated valve 31 is different from the motor-operated valve 31. The valve body 32 and the valve seat 4 do not contact each other when the valve is closed, and the valve body 32 is seated on the valve seat 4 when the valve is closed. It is a point to stop the descent operation immediately before. Such an electric valve 31 is used, for example, as a simple flow control valve in an air conditioner.

Next, the operation of the motor-operated valve 31 having the above configuration will be described with reference to FIG.

When the motor-operated valve 31 is closed, when the stator is energized and energized in one direction in the state of FIG. 6A, the rotor 7 rotates in the clockwise direction (in the direction of the arrow) and simultaneously the valve shaft 10 also rotates. As shown in the sectional view of FIG. 6B, the lowering operation is stopped just before the valve element 32 is seated on the valve seat 4, and the valve is closed.

The rotor 7 further rotates in the clockwise direction as viewed from above from the state shown in FIG. 6B-1 in which the fully-closed upper stopper portion 14c is in contact with the fully-closed stopper portion 11c. 7 gradually absorbs the rotational force of the rotor 7 while absorbing the rotational force of the rotor 7, and finally the rotational force of the rotor 7 and the elastic force of the coil spring 15 are balanced (FIG. 6B-2). In which the rotor 7 is further rotated by an angle α from FIG. 6 (b-1). Thereby, the impact at the time of the fully closed stopper part 14c contact | abutting to the fully closed stopper part 11c can be relieved.

In particular, in this electric valve 31, the valve body 32 is directly caulked and fixed to the lower end portion of the valve body holding member 33, and there is no buffering coil spring 13 like the electric valve 1. If the coil spring 15 is not present, the impact of the fully closed stopper is considerably increased. However, the provision of the coil spring 15 makes it possible to reduce the impact sound more effectively. And the life of the motor-operated valve can be extended.

On the other hand, when opening the motor-operated valve 31, when the stator is energized by energizing the stator in the opposite direction to the state shown in FIG. 6B, the rotor 7 rotates counterclockwise as viewed from above, and the valve shaft 10 rotates. The valve body 32 moves away from the valve seat 4 and the motor-operated valve 31 opens. When the rotor 7 further rotates and the fully open lower stopper portion 17a comes into contact with the fully opened stopper portion 11b, the rotation of the rotor 7 stops and the valve body 32 also stops rising.

Next, a third embodiment of the motor-operated valve according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.

The motor-operated valve 41 includes substantially the same main parts as the motor-operated valve 1 shown in FIG. 1, and the same constituent elements as those of the motor-operated valve 1 are denoted by the same reference numerals in FIG. Omitted.

The motor-operated valve 41 is different from the motor-operated valve 1 in a part of a fully-closed upper stopper 44, a coil spring 45, and a support ring 49 that are attached to the upper end portion 10a of the valve shaft 10 of the motor-operated valve 41.

FIG. 8 shows a state in which the support ring 49 is fixed to the upper portion of the rotor 7. The outer peripheral edge of the disc-shaped support ring 49 is accommodated and fixed in the groove 7 a of the rotor 7. A hole 49a is formed in the center of the support ring 49. The support ring 49 further includes a spring accommodating portion 49c for accommodating the entire coil spring 45 (see FIG. 9), and a protruding portion 45b of the coil spring 45. And a hole 49f for inserting and fixing. The support ring 49 may also be integrally formed when the rotor 7 is formed. At that time, a metal bush may be provided only at the center including the hole 49a.

As shown in FIG. 9, the coil spring 45 accommodated in the spring accommodating portion 49 c of the support ring 49 has projecting portions 45 b and 45 c in which upper and lower end portions of the spring main body 45 a project upward or downward. The tip of the protrusion 45c is inserted into the hole 49f of the support ring 49, and prevents the entire coil spring 45 from spinning in the spring accommodating portion 49c. The protrusion 45b is inserted into the notch 44b of the fully closed upper stopper 44 (see FIG. 10).

As shown in FIG. 10, in the fully closed upper stopper 44, a female screw portion 44g is screwed into a hole portion 44f formed in the center portion of a base portion 44a formed in a ring shape. A notch 44b is formed on the left side surface of the fully-closed stopper 44, and a fully-closed stopper 44c projects from the bottom surface. The fully-closed stopper 44c has an inclined surface 44e.

When the support ring 49 (see FIG. 8) in which the rotor 7 is integrated, the fully closed upper stopper 44 (see FIG. 10), and the coil spring 45 (see FIG. 9) are assembled to the valve shaft 10, as shown in FIG. Then, after inserting the hole 44f of the fully closed upper stopper 44 from the upper end portion 10a side of the valve shaft 10, the female screw portion 44g is screwed into the male screw portion 10b, and the coil spring 45 is fitted into the spring accommodating portion 49c of the support ring 49. 7A, the upper end portion 10a of the valve shaft 10 is inserted through the hole 49a of the support ring 49, as shown in FIG. 7A, and the upper end portion 10a of the valve shaft 10 is fixed to the upper surface of the support ring 49. To do.

Next, the operation of the motor-operated valve 41 having the above configuration will be described with reference to FIG.

When closing the motor-operated valve 41, when the stator is energized and energized in one direction in the state of FIG. 7A, the rotor 7 rotates in the clockwise direction (in the direction of the arrow) and simultaneously the valve shaft 10 also rotates. As shown in the sectional view of FIG. 7C, the valve body 12 is seated on the valve seat 4 and the motor-operated valve 41 is closed through the state of the intermediate valve opening in FIG. 7B.

However, when the valve body 12 is seated on the valve seat 4, the fully closed upper stopper portion 44c does not reach the fully closed lower stopper portion 11c, and the rotor 7 is further rotatable. When the rotor 7 further rotates clockwise in a top view (in the direction of the arrow) and the fully closed upper stopper portion 44c comes into contact with the fully closed lower stopper portion 11c (the state shown in FIG. 7 (c-1)), the rotor 7 The rotation is forcibly stopped.

Further, when the valve body 12 is seated on the valve seat 4, the movement of the valve body 12 is stopped. However, as described above, the valve shaft 10 is further lowered, so that the coil spring 13 is compressed and the valve body 12 is compressed. 4, the fully closed upper stopper portion 44 c comes into contact with the fully closed lower stopper portion 11 c to complete the valve closing operation.

The rotor 7 further rotates in the clockwise direction as viewed from above from the state shown in FIG. 7C-1 in which the fully closed upper stopper portion 44c is in contact with the fully closed lower stopper portion 11c. 7 is gradually contracted between the projecting portion 45c and the projecting portion 45b while absorbing the rotational force of FIG. 7, and finally the rotational force of the rotor 7 and the elastic force of the coil spring 45 are balanced (FIG. 7 (c-2)). In which the rotor 7 is further rotated by an angle α from FIG. 7 (c-1). Thereby, the impact at the time of the fully closed stopper part 44c contact | abutting to the fully closed stopper part 11c can be relieved.

On the other hand, when the motorized valve 41 is opened, when the stator is energized by energizing the stator in the opposite direction to the state shown in FIG. 7C, the rotor 7 rotates counterclockwise as viewed from above, and the valve shaft 10 The valve body 12 moves away from the valve seat 4 and the motor-operated valve 41 opens. When the rotor 7 further rotates and the fully open lower stopper portion 17a contacts the fully open upper stopper portion 11b, the rotation of the rotor 7 stops and the valve body 12 also stops rising.

In the above embodiment, the case where the coil springs 15 and 45 are accommodated in the support rings 9 and 49 fixed to the upper portion of the rotor 7 has been described. However, the support rings 9 and 49 do not exist and the rotor 7 In the motor-operated valve in which the valve shaft 10 is directly connected, the coil springs 15 and 45 can be accommodated in the rotor 7 itself.

Moreover, in the said embodiment, the valve shaft 10 and the spring accommodating part 8 or the valve body holding member 33 are made into a separate part, and the ceiling part of the spring accommodating part 8 or the valve body holding member 33 is provided in the lower end part of the valve shaft 10. However, the valve shaft 10 and the spring accommodating portion 8 or the valve body holding member 33 can be integrally formed.

Moreover, in the said embodiment, although the 1st screw member fixed to a valve main body is made into the internal thread member, and the 2nd screw member screwed together to the 1st screw member is made into the external thread member, the 1st screw The member may be a male screw member, and the second screw member may be a female screw member.
