Claims (21)
- 皮膚治療のためのアプリケータであって、
(a)皮膚表面に適用されるようになっている、1つ以上のRF電極と、
(b)電極間に配置された部品と、
を備えており、
前記部品は、外向きに突出している1つ以上の突出ピンを、備えており、
前記突出ピンは、皮膚を穿刺して、そこに非貫通穴を生成し、コラーゲン層に到達するように、設けられている、
ことを特徴とするアプリケータ。 - 前記RF電極は、前記穴の周辺辺りにおいて最大の電流密度となるRF電流を供給する、
請求項1記載のアプリケータ。 - 前記部品は、前記RF電極から電気的に絶縁されており、皮膚表面上を回転するようになっており、
前記突出ピンは、半径方向外向きに突出している、
請求項1又は2に記載のアプリケータ。 - 前記部品が、電気絶縁性材料で作られている、請求項1に記載のアプリケータ。
- 突出ピンが、金属、プラスチック、及び複合材料、からなるグループの内の、少なくとも1つから作られている、請求項1に記載のアプリケータ。
- ピンの長さが、0.1mm〜3mmである、請求項1に記載のアプリケータ。
- ピンの直径が、0.5mm未満である、請求項1に記載のアプリケータ。
- ピンが、皮膚を貫通するように設計されている、請求項1に記載のアプリケータ。
- 光源を、更に備えている、請求項1に記載のアプリケータ。
- 光源が、白熱灯、閃光電球、LED、及びレーザー、からなるグループの内の、少なくとも1つである、請求項9に記載のアプリケータ。
- 光源が、電極間の皮膚に、光を当てるようになっている、請求項9に記載のアプリケータ。
- RF電極が、冷却流体源と連結している、請求項1に記載のアプリケータ。
- 皮膚治療のためのシステムであって、
(a)皮膚治療のためのアプリケータと、
(b)制御ユニットと、
を備えており、
前記アプリケータは、
(i)皮膚表面に適用されるようになっている、1つ以上のRF電極と、
(ii)電極間に配置された部品と、
を備えており、
前記部品は、外向きに突出している1つ以上の突出ピンを、備えており、
前記突出ピンは、皮膚を穿刺して、そこに非貫通穴を生成し、コラーゲン層に到達するように、設けられている、
ことを特徴とするシステム。 - 前記RF電極は、前記穴の周辺辺りにおいて最大の電流密度となるRF電流を供給する、
請求項13記載のシステム。 - 前記部品は、前記RF電極から電気的に絶縁されており、皮膚表面上を回転するようになっており、
前記突出ピンは、半径方向外向きに突出している、
請求項13又は14に記載のシステム。 - 突出ピンが、金属、プラスチック、及び複合材料、からなるグループの内の、少なくとも1つから作られている、請求項13に記載のシステム。
