Description
Claims (14)
- 手動操作式超音波カテーテルアッセンブリにおいて、
近位端と遠位端を有する細長い可撓性のシャフトと、
前記遠位端に近接して取りつけられている超音波変換器と、
前記シャフトの前記近位端付近に連結されているハンドルであって、前記超音波変換器の位置を片手で制御できるように構成されたハンドルとを備えており、
前記ハンドルは、
片手操作に適した細長い形状を有するハウジングであって、長手方向軸に沿ってのびるハウジングと、
前記超音波変換器が取りつけられた回転可能な先端の回転方向の位置を制御するための第1操舵作動器であって、前記第1操舵作動器は前記ハウジングの長手方向軸を横断する軸上を回転する回転可能なノブを備え、前記第1操舵作動器は、前記第1操舵作動器の制御面が前記ハウジングの両側部の開口部を通って露出されるように、前記ハウジング内に配置され、前記第1操舵作動器は、前記第1操舵作動器の露出されている複数の前記制御面を前記ハンドルの前記ハウジングに沿って長手方向に位置決めし直すことによって前記超音波変換器が取りつけられている前記回転可能な先端の再位置決めに影響を及ぼす、第1操舵作動器と、
前記シャフトの遠位区画の可撓性を制御することによって前記超音波変換器の前記位置を制御するための第2操舵作動器であって、前記第2操舵作動器は前記ハウジングの長手方向軸を横断する軸上を回転する回転可能なノブを備え、前記第2操舵作動器は、前記第2操舵作動器の複数の制御面が前記第1操舵作動器の露出されている複数の前記制御面に対して互い違いに並べられて前記ハウジングの両側部の開口部を通って露出されるように、前記ハウジング内に配置され前記ハウジングの長さ方向及び幅方向に沿って前記第1操舵作動器からオフセットされており、前記第2操舵作動器の露出されている複数の前記制御面を前記ハウジングに沿って長手方向に位置決めし直すことによって前記シャフトの遠位区画の可撓性を制御する、第2操舵作動器と、
前記回転可能な先端に連結されており、前記第1操舵作動器によって制御されて前記回転可能な先端の回転に影響を与える、トルク部材であって、前記トルク部材は穴を備えており、その穴の内側を信号ケーブル束が通過する、トルク部材とを備えている、手動操作式カテーテルアッセンブリ。 - 前記第2操舵作動器の制御の下で屈曲を受ける前記シャフトの前記遠位区画は、5cmから20cmの長さを有している、請求項1に記載の手動操作式カテーテルアッセンブリ。
- 作動器係止機構は、少なくとも前記第1操舵作動器を現在の位置に保持する、請求項1又は2に記載の手動操作式カテーテルアッセンブリ。
- 前記作動器係止機構は、前記第1操舵作動器上の相補型の相互係止面と係合させるための一組の歯を備えた第1係止レバーを備えている、請求項3に記載の手動操作式カテーテルアッセンブリ。
- 前記作動器係止機構は、前記第1操舵作動器の摩擦係合された可動面に程度を変えることのできる抵抗を加えるクラッチ係止部を備えている、請求項3に記載の手動操作式カテーテルアッセンブリ。
- 前記ハウジングの外側に配置されているスクリューノブは、程度を変えることのできる圧力を調節するために設けられている、請求項5に記載の手動操作式カテーテルアッセンブリ。
- 回転式ノブから伸張しているポストは、横力を加えて前記回転式ノブに掛かる回転抵抗を増すための面を提供する、請求項5に記載の手動操作式カテーテルアッセンブリ。
- 前記第1操舵作動器の露出されている複数の前記制御面は、前記回転可能なノブの周縁を備えている、請求項1乃至7の何れか1項に記載の手動操作式カテーテルアッセンブリ。
- 前記第2操舵作動器は、操舵線材に張力を加えて、前記シャフトの遠位区画の屈曲に影響を及ぼす、請求項1乃至8の何れか1項に記載の手動操作式カテーテルアッセンブリ。
- 前記第2操舵作動器は、前記操舵線材が通過する操舵プーリアッセンブリを備えている、請求項9に記載の手動操作式カテーテルアッセンブリ。
- 前記第2操舵作動器は、前記操舵線材が巻き付けられるクリートを有する操舵プーリを備えている、請求項9に記載の手動操作式カテーテルアッセンブリ。
- 前記操舵線材は、前記シャフトの材料とは異なる高潤滑性材料を備えたルーメンライナーが装着されているルーメン内に在る、請求項9乃至11の何れか1項に記載の手動操作式カテーテルアッセンブリ。
- 前記第1操舵作動器は、双方向に作動する、請求項1乃至12の何れか1項に記載の手動操作式カテーテルアッセンブリ。
- 前記第2操舵作動器を現在の位置に保持する第2係止レバーを備えている、請求項1乃至13の何れか1項に記載の手動操作式カテーテルアッセンブリ。
