Description
粉末エアロゾルを放出可能な消火剤組成物と、
を具備した発煙消火剤において、
前記易酸化性物質は、高粘性の液状易酸化性物質であり、
少なくとも前記液状易酸化性物質を容器に収納して前記酸化剤と共に前記消火剤組成物に隣接して配置し、
高温時に作動する着火手段により前記容器が破砕された際に、漏出した前記液状易酸化性物質が前記消火剤組成物表面に滞留して前記酸化剤と接触し、局所的に発熱して前記消火剤組成物に着火することを特徴とする発煙消火剤。
アンプル管にグリセリンと過マンガン酸カリウムとを重量比で1:1の割合でそれぞれ封入し、図1のように設置した。着火剤であるグリセリン及び過マンガン酸カリウムはそれぞれ個別の容器に封入した。この容器は、アンプル管のように肉薄で確実に割れるものを用いることが好ましいが、形状、材質についてはガラス、プラスチック等使用でき、特に制限されない。
(消火剤組成物の組成)
過塩素酸カリウム 73重量部
不飽和ポリエステル樹脂 13重量部
木炭 5重量部
炭酸カリウム 9重量部
消火剤組成物は金属製容器の底部に入れ、特に圧縮成型等は行わなかった。

Claims (6)
- 少なくとも酸化剤と易酸化性物質とを有する着火剤と、
粉末エアロゾルを放出可能な消火剤組成物と、
を具備した発煙消火剤において、
前記易酸化性物質は、高粘性の液状易酸化性物質であり、
少なくとも前記液状易酸化性物質を容器に収納して前記酸化剤と共に前記消火剤組成物に隣接して配置し、
高温時に作動する着火手段により前記容器が破砕された際に、漏出した前記液状易酸化性物質が前記消火剤組成物表面に滞留して前記酸化剤と接触し、局所的に発熱して前記消火剤組成物に着火することを特徴とする発煙消火剤。 - 前記液状易酸化性物質と前記酸化剤とが、それぞれ個別の容器に収納されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の発煙消火剤。
- 前記酸化剤が、前記消火剤組成物に形成した収納穴に前記容器に閉止された状態で収納されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の発煙消火剤。
- 前記液状易酸化性物質が、グリセリンであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の発煙消火剤。
- 前記酸化剤が、粒径10〜150μmの過マンガン酸カリウム粉末であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の発煙消火剤。
- 前記消火剤組成物が、塩素酸カリウムあるいは過塩素酸カリウムが主成分であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の発煙消火剤。
