Claims (4)
- 真空脱ガス槽の排気口のフランジ部に着脱可能な伸縮管を有しており、かつ、排気ダクトに固定された伸縮管装置であって、
前記伸縮管は内筒と外筒とを有しており、
前記伸縮管の内筒は排気ダクトに固定され、外筒は内筒に対してスライド自在な関係にあり、
外筒がスライドする内筒部分の外周がベローズで気密に覆われており、
前記伸縮管の外筒の一端部に設けられたフランジ部と真空脱ガス槽の排気口のフランジ部とが着脱可能であり、
前記伸縮管の内筒側に固定されたシリンダ装置の作動によって伸縮するロッドの端部が外筒側に固定され、
前記外筒の他端部側の内周には、前記内筒の外周と密着する柔軟性を有する耐熱性部材が環状に設けられ、
前記外筒における耐熱性部材の前記排気ダクト側には、前記内筒の外周に付着したダストを、内筒外周の全周に亘って掻き取るスクレーパが設けられていることを特徴とする、伸縮管装置。 - 前記耐熱性部材は、外筒を構成している耐火物の前記排気ダクト側の端部に設けられた2つの環状のリブ間に設けられ、
前記スクレーパは、前記リブのうちの前記排気ダクト側に位置するリブの端面に固定されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の伸縮管装置。 - 真空脱ガス槽の排気口のフランジ部に対して、非酸化性ガスを噴出可能なノズル装置を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜2のいずれかに記載の伸縮管装置。
- 前記外筒またはロッドは、支持体に吊り下げられて支持されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の伸縮管装置。
