Claims (8)
- 完全非経口栄養及び/又は薬物投与のための栄養管であって、少なくとも1つの内管、少なくとも1つの管腔、少なくとも1つのセンシング要素、を含み、前記センシング要素は、患者の生活機能の内部モニタリング用ワイヤリングによって少なくとも1つのモニタリング装置に接続され、前記ワイヤリングは、少なくとも部分的に、前記内管の表面に接触してきつく巻かれており、前記内管が、該内管及び前記ワイヤリングを覆うために、外管によって少なくとも部分的に取り囲まれ、
前記外管及び前記内管はワンピースから作製され、少なくとも1つの内側の管腔が当該栄養管の中心に形成され、少なくとも1つの外側の管腔が、該少なくとも1つの外側の管腔内に挿入されることになる前記ワイヤリングを導き保護するために、当該管の表面付近で形成され、
外部からの前記外側の管腔における前記ワイヤリングの位置決めを可能にするために、前記少なくとも1つの外側の管腔内にとぎれのない開口部を提供する少なくとも1つの溝を少なくとも1つの管腔内に設け、
前記栄養菅は可撓性を有し、前記栄養菅の外側を押すことによって、前記栄養菅が変形して、前記開口部が広げられ、前記外側の管腔への前記ワイヤリングの位置決めが可能にされることを特徴とする、栄養管。 - 前記少なくとも1つのセンシング要素への接近を可能にするために、少なくとも1つの開口部が前記外管において前記少なくとも1つのセンシング要素の位置に設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の栄養管。
- 前記センシング要素が、前記内管上で前記ワイヤリングをコイル状に巻くことにより形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の栄養管。
- 前記内管が、前記少なくとも1つのセンシング要素及び/又は前記ワイヤリングの寸法に合う、少なくとも1つのくぼみを前記内管の表面上に有することを特徴とする、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の栄養管。
- 前記外管の表面領域が、スライド式の螺旋形状を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の栄養管。
- 収縮させることにより前記外管を前記内管上に適合させるように、前記外管がシュリンクラップチューブによって構築されることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の栄養管。
- 前記外管が、前記内管の外径よりも小さい内径を有し、前記内管を伸ばして前記外管内に挿入することによって前記外管が前記内管上に適合されることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の栄養管。
- 前記内管及び/又は前記外管が、射出成形によって構築されることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の栄養管。
