Claims (14)
- 信号を生成する1つ以上のセンサを有する栄養チューブを用いた人間又は動物への食物又は薬剤の投与中の誤アラームを阻止又は抑制するシステムの作動方法であって、
前記システムにおいて、
前記食物又は薬剤が投与されているかどうかを決定するために、前記信号を解析するステップと、
前記食物又は薬剤があると決定されると、アラームを阻止又は抑制するステップと、
を含む、方法。 - 前記栄養チューブは、少なくとも2つの温度センサを有し、異なる温度センサによって記録される温度の差が、前記食物又は薬剤が投与されたことを示す、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 1つの温度センサがあり、前記1つの温度センサによって記録される温度は、栄養供給が生じたかどうかを決定するアルゴリズムと比較される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 任意の温度変化の速度及び程度は、栄養供給が生じたかどうかが決定されるアルゴリズムによって解析される、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記1つ以上のセンサは、前記食物又は薬剤が投与されているかどうかを示すインピーダンスの変化を感知する2つ以上の電極である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記信号は、アラーム信号を生成するプロセッサ、モニタ又はコントローラによって解析される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記1つ以上のセンサは、温度、圧力又はキャパシタンスといったパラメータの変化を感知する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 栄養供給に関する詳細が記録される追加ステップを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 投与の時間及び長さが記録される、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記人間は、新生児である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 人間又は動物に、食物又は薬剤を投与するための栄養チューブと、
