Description

When the present invention is provided on a table together with cooking utensils such as clay pots and cooking iron plates used for cooking without serving cooking on the tableware, the hot pot clay pans and cooking iron plates are placed and served on the table. The present invention relates to a resin-made pot-laying tray that can be placed on a table and used as a pot-lay.

The texture and taste of cooking are closely related to the cooking temperature during meals. For example, cooked foods such as pots, grilled meat, grilled gyoza, and teppanyaki can exhibit their original taste by being eaten before they cool. In such cooked foods, as a means to provide food to the table so that the food is not cooled, cooking is performed using a cookware with a sufficient heat capacity and a large heat capacity, and this is not put on the tableware. The method of providing the cookware to the table is taken.

However, many cooking utensils planned for such use do not have a handle of a practical size. The reason is that, for example, when a large number of people eat around the pot, a large handle becomes an obstacle and visually impairs the atmosphere of the table. The same applies to cooking iron plates. Therefore, in these cooking utensils, there is a problem that there is a danger in the serving work on the table, and there is a problem that the surface of the table and the table cloth are thermally damaged when placed directly on the table.

To solve the above problems, in general households, prepare a pan on the table in advance and use cooking gloves or wet cloth to arrange the cooking utensil on the table. It is often taken by placing it on the table, carrying it to the table, and then transferring it to the prepared potbed. Therefore, there are a great many proposal examples of pans (for example, Patent Documents 1, 2, 3) and carrying trays (for example, see Patent Documents 4, 6) used for such applications.

Among these proposal examples, the pan is devised so as to be compatible with a plurality of types of cooking utensils and tableware having different forms. On the other hand, the carrying basin is based on a round basin or a square basin of a size that can accommodate a plurality of types of cooking utensils and tableware, and is a proposal that adds some ingenuity to these.

Furthermore, the example devised so that it may serve as a pan and a carrying tray can also be seen (refer patent document 5). As in this proposed example, it is extremely convenient in use that the pan and tray can be combined, but in this case, the occupied area when placed on a table must be minimized It is required to satisfy both the requirement for pot-laying and the requirement for a transport tray that must safely transport large and small kinds of cooking utensils within a range that does not harm the atmosphere of the table. In view of the example prior art, it is difficult to satisfy both requirements at the same time.

The present invention is to provide a pan and combined transport basin, but in this case, the following points have been problems.

(1) In order to reduce the area occupied on the table and to make it inconspicuous, it is ideal to use a thin plate that is hidden under cooking utensils. Since the function as a carrying tray is lost, devise an outer shape that bulges from the bottom of the cooking utensil to the side where at least both hands are hung. However, in general households, it must be applied to various types of cooking utensils, so there is room to accommodate the size of a large pan for home use.
(2) Since the case where it is conspicuous by the difference in the size of the cookware to handle is unavoidable, it shall be made of the material and design which can produce a sufficient high-class feeling.
(3) Be compatible not only with pots but also with iron plates for cooking.
(4) A material that can withstand the temperature that the cooking utensil may have and has a low thermal conductivity is adopted.
(5) Rigidity enough to withstand the weight of an iron pan or earthenware pan that has been cooked is secured. (6) Handling not only when handling cooking utensils but also when handling only cooking utensils. There is no inconvenience in sex.
(7) It should not be impregnated with boiled juice or the like and should have good cleaning properties.
(8) To determine a material and a molding means having a moldability capable of realizing a shape or the like that can simultaneously satisfy the above various required characteristics.

That is, an object of the present invention is to provide a potbed and carrying tray that achieves the above-described problems.

The present invention adopts the following configuration as means for achieving the above object.

The resin potbed combined carrying basin of the present invention is a resin basin that is integrally molded from a thermosetting resin material so as to have a substantially elliptical planar shape. It forms a central recess that is a hollow surface with a circular plane shape for dropping the bottom of a cooking utensil at the center of the body, and projects in a parabolic shape from the central recess at two locations in the long axis direction of the basin. A pair of finger-hanging recesses that are continuous with the recesses are formed, and a plurality of support ribs or support projections that support the bottom of the cooking utensil and the like are formed in the center recess, and an annular leg is formed on the back surface of the center recess. A rib is formed, and a band-shaped side surface is formed on the peripheral edge of the basin so as to surround the central recess. At this time, the finger-hanging recess is formed so as to become shallow toward the outer periphery of the basin. The strip-shaped side faces the pair of finger-hanging recesses. By forming notches in two places, it becomes a handle of the basin itself, and the leg ribs formed on the back surface of the central recess and the lower end surface of the belt-like side surface are located in substantially the same plane, The stand rib can be stably placed on the table or the like by the leg ribs and the belt-like side surface, and the rested tray can be placed on the back surface of the finger-hanging recess through the notches formed in two places on the belt-like side surface. The cooking utensil placed on the basin can be held independently from the basin by placing a finger on the cooking utensil via the finger-hanging recess.

That is, since the pan and tray having the above-mentioned configuration is integrally formed from a thermosetting resin material, for example, a heated cooking utensil such as an iron plate of steak provided as a so-called “teppanyaki” is used. Even if it is a temperature of 100 degrees or more, it can endure with a margin. Moreover, since the thermal conductivity is remarkably small as a general characteristic of the resin material as compared with metals and earthenware, the safety of the layout work can be ensured. Furthermore, there is no risk of soaking even if the broth / seasoning is spilled due to the material, and the cleaning operation is easy. Moreover, since the resin material can adopt a free shape as long as there is no hindrance to mold release, it can adopt a complicated external shape that satisfies various requirements at the same time.

As a specific shape of the pan and tray, a substantially elliptical planar shape is adopted. Even if such a shape is dimensioned so that the center part is hidden under the cooking utensil, both ends in the long axis direction appear outside, and this part can be used as a handle. The compact size and the requirements for small size and stable handling as a carrying basin can be achieved.

A circular flat central recess formed at the center of the basin can drop the bottom of the cooking utensil and prevent the cooking utensil from slipping during the catering operation. At this time, the cooking utensil is linearly contacted or supported at multiple points by a plurality of supporting ribs or supporting protrusions formed in the central recess, and heat conduction to the basin can be minimized.

The tray on which the cooking utensils are placed can be stably placed on the table by the annular leg rib formed on the back surface of the central recess and the lower end surface of the strip-shaped side surface formed on the peripheral edge of the tray. This is because the leg rib and the lower end surface of the belt-like side surface are located on substantially the same plane. In addition, the band-shaped side surface functions to increase the overall rigidity of the basin, and can give a high-class feeling by giving the basin a visual thickness.

In addition, a pair of finger-hanging recesses that protrude in a parabolic shape from the central recess and continue to the central recess are formed at two locations in the longitudinal direction of the basin, and a handle is provided by inserting a finger from this portion. It can be held independently from the basin without any cooking iron plates. In addition, the two locations in the long axis direction of the basin corresponding to the finger hanging recesses are used as handles of the basin itself by cutting out the belt-like side surfaces, and the basin resting on the table is separated from this portion by the finger hanging recesses. You can hold it with your finger on the back.

That is, the finger-hanging recess for handling the cooking utensil on the basin and the handle for handling the basin itself are formed in a state where they are overlapped vertically at the same two positions in the long axis direction of the basin. However, it greatly contributes to keeping the outer shape of the basin compact without compromising the handling of the basin.

The pan-bed carrying tray of the present invention secures safety by improving the heat resistance required for handling cookware in the heated state and the heat dissipation based on the shape of the support ribs by adopting thermosetting resin material In addition, both sides of the long axis direction adopt a substantially elliptical outer shape of the basin projecting laterally from the bottom of the cooking utensil, and the cooking utensils are respectively placed at the two ends of the long axis direction of the basin. By forming the finger-hanging recess for handling and the handle for handling the tray itself in an overlapping state, it eliminates the space to provide these independently, making it a compact and carrying tray required for panning. It balances the required operability in the catering work.

In addition, the leg ribs and the central recess of the lower basin are fitted, and at the same time, the lower end of the belt-like side is fitted over the shoulder of the lower basin, so the basin is stacked Furthermore, since the belt-like side surface has a width, the overall rigidity is improved.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the pan and tray according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

The potbed and carrying basin is composed of a single basin 90 integrally formed from melamine resin (FIG. 1). In the figure, as an example of the cooking utensil 10, a cooking iron plate 1 </ b> A for pottery having an irregular flange A <b> 2 is illustrated.

The basin body 90 is formed in a substantially elliptical planar shape, and the length in the major axis direction is set to 34 cm and the width in the minor axis direction is set to 24 cm. This size is equivalent to A4 size paper as an area, and is an acceptable range for the area occupied on the table as a pan. Moreover, when the cooking pot 1C (refer FIG. 6) of the large size which belongs to a large size is mounted | worn for general household use, it is the size which two places of the long-axis direction of the basin 90 protrude sideways from the pan bottom.

The front view outline and the side view outline of the basin 90 are devised so as to look like a single plate having a sufficient thickness by the strip-like side surface 5 formed at the peripheral edge of the basin 90 (FIGS. 2 and 3). The surface of the basin 90 is finished in a natural wood tone. Therefore, it is accompanied by a sufficient luxury. However, the band-like side surface 5 is partially deleted in the notch portions 5T at both ends in the major axis direction of the basin body 90.

A circular concave central recess 9 is formed at the center of the basin 90, and the top surface around the central recess 9 is placed on which a cooking utensil 10 having a size exceeding the diameter of the central recess 9 is placed. It is set as the surface 6 (FIGS. 1 to 5). In addition, annular support ribs 8, 8,... Arranged concentrically at regular intervals are formed on the bottom surface of the central recess 9.

In the illustrated example of FIG. 1, the support rib 8 is illustrated as an annular shape arranged concentrically at a constant interval. However, in consideration of the fact that the basin 90 is made of resin, the annular support rib 8 is a mountain-shaped or arc-shaped (hemispherical) -shaped protrusion from which a certain length has been removed, taking into consideration the design. They are arranged to improve heat dissipation. That is, the support rib 8 is a chevron-shaped or hemispherical projection, and the bottom surface side of the cooking utensil 10 and the arc (hemispherical surface) of the top of the projection are in tangential contact. By preventing the entire bottom surface from contacting directly, air circulation and hot sowing are facilitated, and influence on the basin 10 is avoided.

From two places of the central recess 9, parabola-shaped or arc-shaped finger-hanging recesses 7 are projected toward both ends in the long axis direction of the tray 90 (FIGS. 1 and 4). These finger-hanging recesses 7 and 7 enable the fingertip to be inserted into the back side of the cooking utensil 10 when the cooking utensil 10 placed on the placing surface 6 of the tray 90 is handled independently. .

The two finger-hanging recesses 7 and 7 are formed so as to become shallower toward the outer peripheral portion of the basin body 90 in which the belt-like side surface 5 is cut out. Therefore, the bottom surfaces of the finger-hanging recesses 7 and 7 are sloped, and the fingertips can be inserted into the back surfaces of the finger-holding recesses 7 and 7 through the notches 5T and 5T of the belt-like side surface 5. Yes. That is, these portions are handles 9A and 9A of the basin 90 itself for carrying the basin 90 as a carrying basin (FIGS. 1 to 4).

Moreover, the finger-hanging recesses 7 and 7 for handling the cooking utensil 10 placed on the basin 90 and the handles 9A and 9A for handling the basin 90 itself are vertically stacked at the same plane position of the basin 90. It has been done. Therefore, it is not necessary to provide the finger-hanging recesses 7 and 7 and the handles 9A and 9A separately, and the size of the entire basin 90 is reduced.

An annular leg rib 4 is formed on the back surface of the central recess 9, and the leg rib 4 and the lower end surface 5B of the belt-like side surface 5 are positioned so as to be located on substantially the same plane (see FIG. 5). This is to maintain the posture of the basin 90 also by the belt-like side surface 5 when the cooking utensil 10 is placed on the basin 90 in an uneven manner. Moreover, the outer diameter of the leg rib 4 is set to the outer diameter which fits in the center recessed part 9 without having unnecessary play (FIG. 6).

At the same time that the outer diameter of the leg rib 4 is fitted into the central recess, the lower end surface 5B of the belt-like side surface 5 is fitted over the shoulder portion 5C of the lower basin 90 (FIG. 5). Therefore, even if the basins 90 are stacked high, the horizontal (short) direction is stable, so that the organization is easy.

That is, when a large number of basins 90, 90 are stacked for business use or the like, the leg ribs 4 of the upper basin 90 are sequentially fitted into the central recess 9 of the lower basin 90. Can be stacked on top of each other. Then, the lower end surface 5B of the belt-like side surface 5 is stacked so as to cover the shoulder portion 5C in the lower position, so that a well-contained storage state can be realized and the handle 9A, 9A portion can be hooked even in the stacked state. Can be taken out one by one easily.

The basin 90 can be widely used as a general carrying basin, and the support ribs 8 of the central concave portion 9 of the basin 90 are used when the basin 90 is used for laying a basket 1B or the like. Conveniently, the platform B1 of the ridge 1B can be positioned. The same applies when a large number of support protrusions are provided in a circular arrangement instead of the support ribs 8.
