Description
(A)(i)溶剤混合物LM-I中にガス混合物G-0を吸着させてオフガス流と組成物Z-Aを得て、(ii)前記組成物Z-Aからガス混合物G-1を脱着し、溶剤混合物LM-I’を得る工程を少なくとも有する、一酸化二窒素を含有するガス混合物G-0を処理してガス混合物G-Aを得て、
(B)前記ガス混合物G-Aの凝縮により一酸化二窒素を含有する液体組成物Z-1とガス混合物G-Kを得る
を含み、前記ガス混合物G-Kを工程(A)による処理に戻す、一酸化二窒素を含有するガス混合物を精製する方法により達成される。
(iii)溶剤混合物LM-II中にガス混合物G-1を吸着させ、オフガス流と組成物Z-Bを得て
(iv)組成物Z-Bからガス混合物G-2を脱着し、溶剤混合物LM-II’を得る
を含む。
(C)一酸化二窒素含有の組成物Z-1をガス混合物S-1と接触させ、組成物Z-2とガス混合物S-2を得る。
例1:N2Oの単離法及び精製方法
N2Oの材料として硝酸プラントのオフガスを使用した。次にこれを部分的にアジピン酸プラントのオフガス及び部分的に純粋なNOと一緒に運転した。このオフガスから26.2t/lを初めに25バールまで圧縮し、かつ35℃まで冷却した。その際に、なお少量の硝酸を含有している凝縮された水を除去し、かつ廃棄した。
濃縮したN2O流の凝縮の際に、残りのガスを2番目の吸着に戻さない場合には、N2Oの単離収率は、96.2%の代わりに70.2%だけであった(脱着後の圧縮ガスに対して)。
ガスを戻さないN2Oの単離収率(先に定義したような)を同様に高くするためには、凝縮の際に投入したガスの殆どの割合を凝縮しなくてはならない。
ガスを戻さずにN2Oの単離収率(先に定義したような)を同様に高くする場合には、凝縮の際に投入したガスの大部分を凝縮しなくてはならない。
1.5,9−シクロドデカトリエンの分解におけるO2の影響を試験するために、まず工業用の1.5,9−シクロドデカトリエン500gを、磁気撹拌機、ガス投入管及び還流冷却器を備えておいた1000mlガラスフラスコに予め装入した。次にこのフラスコを油浴中180℃まで加熱し、かつBrooks型質量流量計を用いてガス投入管を介して合成空気2リットル(STP)/時を通した。
4,8−シクロドデカジエノン(N2Oでの1,5,9−シクロドデカトリエンの酸化から得られる生成物)の分解におけるO2の影響を試験するために、まず4,8−シクロドデカジエノン(約98%、異性体混合物として)500gを、磁気撹拌機、ガス投入管及び還流冷却器を備えておいた1000mlガラスフラスコに予め装入した。次にこのフラスコを油浴中180℃まで加熱し、かつ質量流量計を用いてガス投入管を介して合成空気2リットル(STP)/時を通した。
N2Oで1,5,9−シクロドデカトリエンを連続的に酸化するために、連続して連結した7個のジャケット付きチューブコイルから成るジャケット付き管状反応器を使用した。反応管は内径6mmを有し、かつ各々のチューブコイルの長さは5.32mであった。従って、全体の反応容積は1.05リットルであった。ジャケット内では、熱媒体オイルが循環していて、その温度はサーモスタットにより253℃で一定に保持しておいた。熱媒体オイルの循環は、オイル入口とオイル出口の温度差が2K未満であるように選択した。熱媒体オイルは反応体に対して向流で通した。反応圧を100バールで一定に保持する圧力制御バルブを反応器の出口に備えた。
反応体としてLinde社のガス混合物(N2O中、CO28.3体積%及びO2400ppm含有)を使用して例7を繰り返した。
反応体としてLinde社のガス混合物(N2O中、O21300体積ppmを有する)を使用して例7を繰り返した。これは、ストリッピングを省いた場合に、例1による液体N2O中の酸素含有量に殆ど相当した。
反応体としてLinde社のガス混合物(N2O中、O22体積%を含有)を使用して例7を繰り返した。
Claims (10)
- 一酸化二窒素を含有するガス混合物を精製する方法において、少なくとも次の工程:
(A)(i)溶剤混合物LM-I中にガス混合物G-0を吸着させ、オフガス流と組成物Z-Aを得て、(ii)前記組成物Z-Aからガス混合物G-1を脱着し、溶剤混合物LM-I’を得る工程を少なくとも有する、一酸化二窒素を含有するガス混合物G-0を処理してガス混合物G-Aを得る工程、
(B)前記ガス混合物G-Aの凝縮により一酸化二窒素を含有する液体組成物Z-1とガス混合物G-Kを得る工程
を含み、前記ガス混合物G-Kを工程(A)による処理に戻す、一酸化二窒素を含有するガス混合物を精製する方法。 - 工程(A)は更に工程(iii)と(iv):
(iii)溶剤混合物LM-II中にガス混合物G-1を吸着させ、オフガス流と組成物Z-Bを得る工程、
(iv)前記組成物Z-Bからガス混合物G-2を脱着し、溶剤混合物LM-II’を得る工程
を含む、請求項1に記載の一酸化二窒素を含有するガス混合物を精製する方法。 - 工程(A)は更なる工程を含む、請求項1又は2に記載の一酸化二窒素を含有するガス混合物を精製する方法。
- ガス混合物G-Kを、工程(A)の工程(i)又は工程(iii)に戻す、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載の一酸化二窒素を含有するガス混合物を精製する方法。
- 溶剤混合物LM-IもしくはLM-II又は溶剤混合物LM-I及びLM-IIは、有機溶剤と水性溶剤混合物から成るグループから選択される、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の一酸化二窒素を含有するガス混合物を精製する方法。
- 工程(B)でガス混合物G-Aの20〜90質量%が凝縮される、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載の一酸化二窒素を含有するガス混合物を精製する方法。
- 工程(C):
(C)一酸化二窒素を含有する組成物Z-1をガス混合物S-1と接触させ、組成物Z-2とガス混合物S-2を得る工程
を含む、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項に記載の一酸化二窒素を含有するガス混合物を精製する方法。 - ガス混合物S-1は、窒素、ヘリウム、ネオン、アルゴン、クリプトン、キセノン、水素、一酸化炭素、メタン及びテトラフルオロメタンから成るグループから選択される、請求項7に記載の一酸化二窒素を含有するガス混合物を精製する方法。
- ガス混合物G-2を工程(A)に戻す、請求項7又は8に記載の一酸化二窒素を含有するガス混合物を精製する方法。
- ガス混合物S-2を工程(A)の工程(i)又は工程(iii)に戻す、請求項7から9までのいずれか1項に記載の一酸化二窒素を含有するガス混合物を精製する方法。
