Description
Claims (10)
- 特にディーゼルエンジン用の、燃料フィルタシステムであって、
燃料入口(27)と燃料出口(29)を備えたフィルタハウジング(1)と、
入口と出口の間に設けられた、燃料によって貫流可能な、水を分離するフィルタ部材(23)とを有し、
フィルタハウジング(1)が、フィルタ部材によって分離された水のために収集室(35)を有しており、
前記収集室から水が、制御可能な排出装置(45)を介して水収容および蒸発装置(49)へ供給可能であり、
その蒸気出口(51)から、形成された蒸気の成分が周囲へ放出可能である、
ものにおいて、
水収容および蒸発装置(49)が、弁装置(59、61)を有しており、
前記弁装置によって蒸気出口(51)が、蒸発装置(49)内に集められた、蒸発されない水(55)が許容量以上にあるか否かにもとづき閉鎖可能である、
ことを特徴とする燃料フィルタシステム。 - 水収容および蒸発装置(49)が蒸発器ハウジング(19)を有し、該蒸発器ハウジング(19)は制御可能な排出装置(45)を介して収集室(35)と接続可能であり、かつ
弁装置が、フロート弁(59、61)を有し、該フロート弁が、蒸発器ハウジング(19)内に集められた水(55)の許容値を超えた高さに基づいて、蒸気出口(51)を閉鎖する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料フィルタシステム。 - フィルタハウジング(1)が中央の垂直軸(7)を画定し、かつ
蒸発器ハウジング(19)が、筒状の、中央の、フィルタハウジング(1)のインナーボディ(9)によって形成され、インナーボディ(9)は軸(7)に対して同軸である、
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の燃料フィルタシステム。 - インナーボディ(9)の外側が、同心に配置されたフィルタ部材(23)の内側のクリーン側(21)に隣接している、ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の燃料フィルタシステム。
- 蒸気出口(51)が、排出装置(45)の下流において、蒸発器ハウジング(19)を形成するインナーボディ(9)の上方の端部に位置している、ことを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の燃料フィルタシステム。
- 蒸発器ハウジング(19)の蒸気出口(51)の下流に、蒸気フィルタ装置(65)が設けられている、ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の燃料フィルタシステム。
- 蒸気フィルタ装置(65)が、活性炭フィルタ(69)を有している、ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の燃料フィルタシステム。
- 排出装置(45)が、収集室(35)内の水充填高さを認識する水センサ装置(41)によって制御可能である、ことを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の燃料フィルタシステム。
- 排出装置(45)が、水センサ装置(41)によって制御可能な排出弁またはそれによって制御可能なポンプ(47)を有している、ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の燃料フィルタシステム。
- 蒸発器ハウジング(19)内に、好ましくは制御可能な、熱供給装置(57)が設けられている、ことを特徴とする請求項3から9のいずれか1項に記載の燃料フィルタシステム。
