Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a permanent magnet motor, and more particularly to a permanent magnet motor including a stator in which a main pole portion around which a coil is wound and an auxiliary pole portion around which no coil is wound are alternately arranged.
In a synchronous permanent magnet motor in which a plurality of salient poles are formed on a stator and a multi-layer (U, V, W phase) coil is wound around the salient poles in a concentrated manner, in order to improve the input / output efficiency of the motor It is effective to reduce the copper loss caused by the current flowing through the copper coil. As one means for reducing the copper loss of the coil, it is known to use a coil having a large wire diameter to reduce the resistance of the coil. However, in order to wind a coil with a large wire diameter around the salient pole with the same number of turns, it is necessary to increase the area of the slot formed between the salient poles. In order to increase the slot area without increasing the outer diameter of the stator, it is necessary to reduce the width of the tooth portion around which the coil is wound.
However, when the width of the tooth portion is reduced, the cross-sectional area of the tooth portion is reduced, the density of magnetic flux flowing from the magnet into each tooth portion is increased, the magnetic flux is saturated, and the effective magnetic flux is reduced. When the magnetic flux is saturated and the effective magnetic flux decreases, the driving torque that is important for the motor performance is reduced. Therefore, a configuration is required in which the slot area is increased without reducing the cross-sectional area of the tooth portion.
In order to improve the motor input / output efficiency even in the permanent magnet motor having the stator in which the main pole portion and the auxiliary pole portion are alternately arranged and the coil is wound only on the main pole portion, a coil with a large wire diameter is used. It is desirable to increase the slot area so that can be wound around the main pole. However, as with a general synchronous permanent magnet motor, if the width of each tooth portion is reduced in order to increase the slot area, the magnetic flux flowing from the magnet to each tooth portion will be saturated, resulting in a drive torque. Cause a decline. Therefore, even in a synchronous permanent magnet motor in which main pole portions and auxiliary pole portions are alternately arranged, a stator having a large slot area without reducing the cross-sectional area of each tooth portion is desired so as not to saturate magnetic flux.
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is a synchronous permanent magnet motor including a stator in which a main pole portion around which a coil is wound and an auxiliary pole portion around which no coil is wound is alternately arranged, and each tooth portion Another object of the present invention is to provide a synchronous permanent magnet motor including a stator having salient poles that can increase the slot area without reducing the cross-sectional area.
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a stator formed by laminating cores made of a plurality of thin magnetic materials, a substantially cylindrical shape made of a magnetic material, and a magnet on an outer peripheral surface. A permanent magnet motor comprising a rotor rotatably disposed inside the stator, wherein the stator includes a yoke portion formed in a substantially cylindrical shape, and a circumferential direction of the yoke portion. Permanently provided with a plurality of main electrode parts and auxiliary electrode parts that are arranged in a projecting manner from the yoke part apart from each other by a predetermined distance and are alternately arranged, and a coil wound around the main electrode part. In the magnet motor, the circumferential width T2 of the complementary teeth portion of the complementary pole portion protruding from the yoke portion is larger than the circumferential width T1 of the main pole teeth portion of the main pole portion around which the coil is wound. It is formed small and the stacking length L2 of the complementary teeth portion It is formed larger than the stacked length L1 of the main pole teeth.
As described above, the circumferential width of the teeth portion of the auxiliary pole portion is made smaller than the circumferential width of the teeth portion of the main pole portion, the slot area is increased, and the stacking length of the auxiliary pole portion is increased. It is longer than the stacking length to prevent a reduction in the cross-sectional area of the tooth portion of the auxiliary pole portion, and to prevent saturation of magnetic flux in the tooth portion of the auxiliary pole portion.
In the present invention, a stator having a shape capable of increasing the slot area without reducing the cross-sectional area of the tooth portion can be configured, so that a coil having a large wire diameter can be wound around the main pole portion. It is possible to provide a synchronous permanent magnet motor that can reduce the copper loss caused by the current flowing through the coil, does not cause magnetic flux saturation, and has improved input / output efficiency.
Hereinafter, the permanent magnet motor which is the 1st Embodiment of this invention is demonstrated based on FIGS. 1-7. FIG. 1 is a side view of a permanent magnet motor according to a first embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a front view. Next, the structure of the stator core laminated body and main pole core laminated body of the permanent magnet motor according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to FIGS. FIG. 5 is a front view of the stator core laminate and the main pole core laminate of the permanent magnet motor according to the embodiment of the present invention. 6 is a cross-sectional perspective view of the cross-section CC indicated in FIG. Further, the axial distribution of the flow of magnetic flux from the first and second ring magnets to the auxiliary pole portion will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 7 is an enlarged view of a portion (P) showing the first and second ring magnets and the auxiliary pole part in FIG. 4, and is a diagram showing the flow of magnetic flux.
The circumferential width T2 of the complementary
Thus, by reducing the circumferential length T2 of the auxiliary
The circumferential length W2 of both ends of the complementary
The circumferential width T2 of the auxiliary
Further, the stator core laminate is formed such that the cross-sectional area A2 (= T2 × L2) of the complementary
As described above, the stacking length L1 of the main electrode portion 6 is set to be smaller than the stacking length L2 of the auxiliary electrode portion 7. In the present embodiment, the main pole portion 6 is arranged to be offset in the axial direction with respect to the auxiliary pole portion 7, and the
In the present embodiment, T2: T1 = 5/6: 1 and L2: L1 = 6/5: 1 are set, but it is needless to say that the values are not limited to such values. Even if it is the stator core laminated
Next, a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. Note that the second embodiment is different from the first embodiment in the structure of the auxiliary pole portion 7, and the other portions are substantially the same. Therefore, the structure of the complementary electrode part 7 will be described in detail, and the description of the other parts will be omitted. In the first embodiment, when the axial length of the auxiliary pole portion 7 is extended with respect to the main pole portion 6, the axial length of the cylindrical yoke portion 5 in which the auxiliary pole portion 7 is integrally formed is also extended. . In the extended yoke portion 5, magnetic flux from the magnet does not flow, and there is an unnecessary portion as a magnetic path. Therefore, in the second embodiment, the weight of the stator 4 is reduced by reducing the yoke portion 5 that is unnecessary as the magnetic path.
FIG. 8 is a perspective view of a divided auxiliary pole used in the second embodiment, and FIG. 9 is a perspective view of a stator using the divided auxiliary pole teeth. Similarly to the first embodiment, the divided
In 1st Embodiment, since the auxiliary pole part 7 and the yoke part 5 were piled up so that it might become longer than the axial length of the

Next, a third embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. The third embodiment is different from the second embodiment only in the structure of the divided auxiliary pole part, and the other parts are substantially the same. Therefore, the structure of the divided auxiliary pole part will be described in detail, and the description of the other parts will be omitted. In the second embodiment, the cores having the same shape are stacked to form the divided
