Description
Claims (10)
- (a)プラズマを生成する為に複数の細長い反応器を備える反応器アセンブリであって、前記反応器の各々は、電流及び空気の流れに関して互いに平行に保持され、細長い内側電極と細長い外側電極とを備え、前記外側電極が前記反応器の長手方向軸に沿って前記内側電極の少なくとも一部を取り囲み、前記外側電極および前記内側電極が、略同心関係に位置され且つ間に反応チャンバを画成している、前記反応器と、
(b)前記反応器アセンブリの両端のそれぞれの一端部で前記反応器アセンブリの全ての内側電極を互いに保持する一つの内側電極取付部材と、
(c)前記反応器アセンブリの両端のそれぞれの一端部で前記反応器アセンブリの全ての外側電極を互いに保持する、前記内側電極取付部材とは異なる一つの外側電極取付部材と、
(d)前記反応チャンバ内にプラズマを生成して反応チャンバを通じて流れる空気を清浄化し滅菌すべく、前記反応器アセンブリ内部の全ての内側電極および外側電極に対して電力を制御し供給するよう適合された一つの電源と、
を備える、
プラズマを使用する空気清浄・滅菌装置。 - 前記外側電極が、絶縁層と、該絶縁層の外面を覆う電極導体とを備え、
前記内側電極が、絶縁層と、該絶縁層の内面を覆う電極導体とを備える、
請求項1に記載の空気清浄・滅菌装置。 - 前記外側電極が、絶縁層と、該絶縁層中に埋設される電極導体とを備え、
前記内側電極が、絶縁層と、該絶縁層中に埋設される電極導体とを備える、
請求項1に記載の空気清浄・滅菌装置。 - 前記反応器の前記反応チャンバが、その両端に位置される吸気口および排気口を備える、請求項1に記載の空気清浄・滅菌装置。
- 前記外側電極取付部材が、前記反応器の反応チャンバの前記吸気口および前記排気口に対応する開口を備える、請求項4に記載の空気清浄・滅菌装置。
- 前記内側電極が前記外側電極よりも長い、請求項1に記載の空気清浄・滅菌装置。
- 前記内側電極取付部材が、前記内側電極を保持する突出部を備える、請求項1に記載の空気清浄・滅菌装置。
- 一組のフィルタと、粗いフィルタと、ブロワとを更に備え、前記ブロワは、前記粗いフィルタを通過する空気を、前記反応チャンバ、最後に、前記一組のフィルタに移動させる、請求項1に記載の空気清浄・滅菌装置。
- 前記電源が、前記反応器の前記内側電極および前記外側電極に対して供給される電力を制御するように適合された制御ユニットを備え、
当該空気清浄・滅菌装置の滅菌作用が、前記電源の電圧と、前記電源のoffサイクルに対するonサイクルの比率とを調整することによって制御される、
請求項1に記載の空気清浄・滅菌装置。 - 前記電源の波形周期および前記電源のon/offサイクルは、空気が前記反応チャンバ内にとどまる時間よりも短くなるように設定される、請求項9に記載の空気清浄・滅菌装置。
