Description
The present invention relates to a corner member used in, for example, a rental warehouse and a storage using the corner member.
The marine container is transported by a truck in a state where luggage is stored, and is loaded on the ship as it is by a crane or the like. Recently, such a container is also used as a rental warehouse on land, and stores the stored luggage in a predetermined place. In other words, this type of container is used for both transporting luggage and storing it in a predetermined place.
Use as a warehouse on land requires stacking from the viewpoint of efficient use of land. As a method of fixing a plurality of stacked containers, for example, an L-shaped base plate having a through hole is fixed to the lower corner portion of the upper container and the upper corner portion of the lower container so that they are in contact with each other. There is a method of fixing between the base plates that are in contact with each other by a bolt passed through the hole.
In addition to the bolt through holes, the base plate is provided with holes for hooking the crane hooks when the container is transferred by a crane or the like (see Patent Document 1). The base plate has a protruding portion that protrudes from the container when the container is viewed from a plane, and a bolt through hole is provided in the protruding portion.
However, the fixing method using the base plate as described above does not provide sufficient fixing strength for the upper and lower stages when the containers are stacked, so there is a desire to further increase the strength and to achieve the same strength as a normal building. There is. Furthermore, there is a demand for eliminating the protruding portion protruding from the container as much as possible from the viewpoint of work safety during transfer.
In view of the circumstances as described above, an object of the present invention is to provide a corner member that can increase the fixing strength of the upper and lower storages when stacked, and can eliminate the protruding portion as much as possible.

In addition, by providing the corner member with a hollow portion and a window portion, a fixture provided in a transfer means such as a crane hook or a truck or a ship at the time of transferring the storage can be moved in and out of the hollow portion through the window portion. Can do.
The corner member is made of a lump and is provided with a flange portion integrally having a through hole by rolling rather than protruding from the lump. Thereby, compared with the case where the part which has a through-hole is provided by projecting a storage, the fixed strength between the stacked upper and lower storages can be strengthened.
Furthermore, since the corner member is a lump and the three column beams of the storage are welded and joined on the three surfaces, the fixing strength between the corner member and the structure is high.
Moreover, since the corner member is shaped like a lump, it is possible to eliminate as many projections as possible in the state of the storage. Thereby, it can reduce as much as possible that a projection part damages at the time of transfer, and can ensure the work safety at the time of transfer.
Further, by providing the second window portion and the third window portion on the fifth surface and the sixth surface, respectively, even if rainwater or the like is submerged in the hollow portion, the second window portion and the third window portion are It becomes a water discharge port and can quickly flow water to the outside. Thereby, the corrosion by the water of a corner member can be prevented.

Thereby, it is possible to provide a corner member that has a complex shape but has sufficient strength.
The corner member preferably uses iron as a main material from the viewpoint of strength and economy.
In this corner member, the floor portion of the hollow portion, the bottom portions of the second and third window portions, the ceiling portion of the hollow portion and the upper portions of the second and third window portions are provided at a flush height. It is a preferred form.
According to this corner member, there is no step between the bottom portion of the hollow portion and the bottom portions of the second and third window portions and between the ceiling portion of the hollow portion and the upper portions of the second and third window portions. In addition, water does not collect in the hollow portion, and corrosion of the corner member can be prevented. The reason why the height of the ceiling part of the hollow part and the upper part of the second and third window parts is flush is that this corner member is used upside down.

The
The

As shown in FIG. 1, the
As shown in FIG. 3, the
The

The
The

Further, as described above, the horizontal cross-sectional shape of the

Moreover, the
As described above, in the

As described above, the corner member used in the container of the present embodiment has a hollow portion and a hole through which a fixture provided in a crane hook and transfer means is moved in and out of the container, and has a transfer function.
Furthermore, the corner member has a through hole used for fixing the container at the time of storage of luggage at a fixed place on land in addition to fixing the container at the time of transfer, and has a fixing function.
In the present embodiment, the corner member is formed as a lump having a hollow portion and a hole for providing a transfer function, and is provided with a flange portion integrally having a through hole rather than protruding. Thereby, compared with the case where the part which protrudes and has a through-hole is provided, the fixed strength between the laminated | stacked upper and lower containers can be strengthened more.
Furthermore, since the corner member is a lump and is welded to the three column beams of the container, the fixing strength between the corner member and the container body is high. Moreover, since the corner member is shaped like a lump, it is possible to eliminate as many projections as possible in the container state. Thereby, it can reduce as much as possible that a projection part damages at the time of transfer, and can ensure the work safety at the time of transfer.
