Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a recorder used in a power plant or the like, and more particularly, to a recorder that informs of a recording paper feed failure or out of paper.
Industrial recorders are used in various industrial plants to record measurement data such as process temperature, pressure, and flow rate. Normally, measured data is recorded on recording paper called chart paper. ing.
As such a recorder, conventionally, in order to notify that the chart paper is out of paper or that the chart paper is not moving normally, light is directed toward the opening formed on the side edge of the chart paper. A configuration has been proposed in which whether the light receiving means continuously receives light that has passed through the opening or whether the light has not been received continuously for a predetermined time (see Patent Document 1).
However, since chart paper is used which is obtained by alternately folding a band-like paper having openings continuously formed on both side edges at predetermined intervals, the folded chart paper is used for chart feeding. The chart paper may be misaligned and the chart paper opening may not be aligned with the teeth of the sprocket drum of the recorder that can be engaged with the opening.
Such chart paper feed failure is not necessarily grasped only by determining whether or not the light passing through the opening described above is continuously received for a predetermined time or not (the chart papers are overlapped and sent). Even if the chart paper is misaligned, as long as light reception and non-light reception are alternately repeated, no alarm is issued), and visual confirmation is still necessary.
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and it is a main object of the present invention to provide a recorder capable of accurately and quickly grasping not only out of recording paper but also paper feeding failure.
In order to achieve the above object, a recording meter according to the present invention is a recording meter that performs recording while sequentially moving recording paper, and an outer peripheral surface that can contact the recording paper of a rotating body that moves the recording paper In addition, a plurality of microswitches that are closed by contact with the recording paper are arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction and embedded so as to be substantially flush with the surface of the rotating body. Determining means for determining the operating state of the set number of microswitches in contact with the recording paper at the same time, and determining that all of the set number of microswitches are closed by the determining means And notifying means for notifying (when it is determined that less than a set number of microswitches are in a closed state), is provided.
Here, since the number of microswitches located in the contact area with the recording paper may vary due to the rotation of the rotating body, the set number of recording papers that simultaneously contact the recording area of the rotating body with the recording paper. The minimum number of microswitches that will be in contact with the recording paper in the contact area, and if all of the minimum number of microswitches are not determined to be closed (less than the minimum number of microswitches) When it is determined that only a few microswitches are in the closed state), the notification means may notify the user.
For example, when microswitches are arranged on the outer peripheral surface of the rotating body at intervals of 45 degrees and the contact area of the rotating body with the recording paper is expressed as the central angle of the rotating body, the recording paper is about 180 degrees. Although the number of microswitches located in the contact area may be four or five as the rotating body rotates, the minimum number of microswitches that simultaneously contact the recording paper in the contact area Therefore, when it is determined that there are fewer than four microswitches in the closed state, at least one of the microswitches located in the contact area of the rotating body with the recording paper is in contact with the recording paper. In this case, the information is notified by the notification means.
The notifying means may be a means for generating an alarm sound or a means for lighting a display means capable of lighting display.
In the above-described configuration, the determination unit determines that the set number of micro switches are out of paper when it is determined that all of the set number of micro switches are in the open state, and a part of the set number of micro switches is in the open state. If it is determined that there is a paper feed, it may be determined that the paper feed is out of order.
When the paper is out, there is no recording paper in contact with the peripheral surface of the rotating body. Therefore, all the microswitches arranged on the outer peripheral surface of the rotating body should be in an open state. When it is determined that the part is in the open state, the recording paper is on the outer peripheral surface of the rotating body, but because it is a case where some microswitches are in the open state due to feed failure, Based on the fact that both can be distinguished. For example, when the recording paper is moving normally on the rotating body, the recording paper is in contact with the microswitch in the contact area with the recording paper, but the recording paper is overlapped and sent. In some cases, the overlap is canceled during the movement on the rotating body, and the contact with some micro switches is temporarily lost, and the opening of the recording paper and the teeth of the sprocket drum are aligned. Without recording, if the recording paper is displaced and the contact with the microswitch is impaired, the recording paper is distorted and some microswitches are opened, so by monitoring the signal from the microswitch, It is possible to determine out of paper or paper feed failure.
In addition, the microswitch provided on the outer peripheral surface of the rotating body is provided at intervals in the circumferential direction in the vicinity of both end portions in the axial direction of the rotating body, and the notification means is at least one of the axial directions of the rotating body. On the other hand, when it is determined by the determination means that at least one of the set number of microswitches is in the open state, a notification may be made.
Since the recording paper feed failure may occur only on one side of the recording paper, in order to be able to detect such a situation at an early stage, it may be notified when an abnormality is detected on one side. .
In the case where the notification means is configured by means for generating an alarm sound or lighting means, the alarm sound or lighting mode may be made different depending on whether the paper is out of paper or the paper feed is out of order.
As described above, according to the recorder according to the present invention, a plurality of micro switches are arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction on the outer peripheral surface of the rotating body that moves the recording paper, and the surface of the rotating body is substantially the same surface. The operation state of the set number of microswitches that contact with the recording paper is determined in the contact area of the rotating body with the recording paper, and at least one of the set number of microswitches is open Since it is provided with notifying means for notifying when it is determined that the recording paper is out, not only out of the recording paper but also paper feeding failure can be grasped accurately and early.
In particular, when it is determined that all of the set number of microswitches are open, it is determined that the paper is out of paper, and when it is determined that a part of the set number of microswitches is open. By determining that the paper feeding is out of order, it is possible to identify the cause of the notification.
At this time, if the notification means is configured by means for generating an alarm sound or lighting means, and the alarm sound or lighting mode is made different depending on whether the paper is out of paper or paper feed failure, the cause of the notification can be easily identified. Become.
In addition, the microswitches provided on the outer peripheral surface of the rotating body are provided at intervals in the circumferential direction in the vicinity of both ends in the axial direction of the rotating body, and the number set on at least one side in the axial direction of the rotating body If notification is made when it is determined that at least one of the microswitches is in the open state, it is possible to detect paper feeding failure occurring only on one side of the recording paper at an early stage.
Embodiments of a measuring instrument according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

As shown in FIG. 4, each

The
FIG. 5 shows an example of the control operation by the
First, since the area (contact area) with which the recording paper contacts in each recorder is almost determined, the minimum number (N) of microswitches that are in contact with the recording paper in this area is set in advance. That is, the number of microswitches that are always in contact with the
Then, on both sides of the sprocket drum, based on the on / off information input from each
As a result, when it is determined that all of the set N micro switches are OFF (open state) on both sides of the sprocket drum, the recording paper is not in contact with any of the micro switches. Since it is in the state, it is determined that the paper has run out (step 56), a warning sound for running out of paper is emitted from the
If it is determined that all the set N micro switches 15 are not OFF (open state) but some of the
Further, when it is determined that all the set N micro switches 15 are not OFF (open state) and that the set N micro switches are always ON (closed state), It is considered that there is a normal state in which there is no paper breakage or paper feed failure (step 64), and the processing from step 52 onward is repeated.
Note that the alarm sound when a paper out is detected and the alarm sound when a paper feed failure is detected may be the same, but a different alarm sound is generated so that the cause of the alarm can be determined. Good.
Therefore, according to the above configuration, the
Further, when it is determined that all of the set number of
Further, microswitches provided on the outer peripheral surface of the rotating body are provided at intervals in the circumferential direction in the vicinity of both ends in the axial direction of the rotating body, and the number of micro switches set on at least one side in the axial direction of the rotating body is provided. Since not all of the microswitches are determined to be closed (when at least one of the set microswitches is determined to be open), the paper feed malfunction that occurs only on one side is reported. It becomes possible to detect early.
In the above configuration, the micro switches are arranged at intervals of 45 degrees in the circumferential direction of the sprocket drum, but may be arranged more finely (for example, every 30 degrees) or more roughly. It may be arranged (for example, every 60 degrees).
