Claims (7)
- 流体流路及び該流体流路の途中に設けられた弁座を有する弁箱と、
前記弁座に当離座して前記流体流路を開閉する弁体と、
該弁体を押し下げて前記弁座に当接させることにより前記流体流路を閉じるための弁棒と、
前記弁棒に作用して該弁棒を押し下げる方向に押圧するカムと、
該カムを回転駆動するモータと、
該モータを保持するモータホルダと、
前記弁箱に固定されて前記モータホルダを上下方向に移動可能に支持する支持枠と、
前記支持枠の上辺部から前記モータホルダを離間させる方向に付勢する弾性部材と、
前記モータホルダを前記支持枠に吊り下げ状に支持するとともに前記モータホルダの前記支持枠に対する高さを調整するための高さ調整ネジであって、前記支持枠の上辺部に摺動可能に挿入されるとともに前記モータホルダに螺入された、前記高さ調整ネジと、
を備えることを特徴とするカム式制御弁。 - 前記弁体の弁座への当接圧力を調整するための当座圧力調整機構を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカム式制御弁。
- 前記当座圧力調整機構は、
前記弾性部材に当接するピストン部材と、
前記支持枠の上辺部に螺入され、該ピストン部材を押圧して前記弾性部材の弾性力を調整する弾性力調整ネジと、
を備えることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のカム式制御弁。 - 前記弾性部材は、前記モータホルダの上面に形成された第1シリンダー状凹部に収容され、
前記ピストン部材の少なくとも一部が、前記第1シリンダー状凹部に嵌入されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のカム式制御弁。 - 前記支持枠の上辺部の下面に第2シリンダー状凹部が形成され、
前記ピストン部材の下側部が前記第1シリンダー状凹部に嵌入にされるとともに、前記ピストン部材の上側部が前記第2シリンダー状凹部に嵌入され、
前記弾性力調整ネジのネジ穴が前記第2シリンダー状凹部に連通していることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のカム式制御弁。 - 支持枠は、上下方向に立設された一対の支柱を備え、
前記一対の支柱の対向する側面に摺動自在に当接する凹面が前記モータホルダの側面に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れかに記載のカム式制御弁。 - 前記カムは、円柱形状であって、回転中心が円柱形状の円の中心から偏心した位置に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜6の何れかに記載のカム式制御弁。
