Description
− 直線状ベースを有する刃のブランクを機械加工する;
− 直線状ベースを有する刃のブランクを、スピンドルに機械加工された対応する溝に位置させる;
− 刃のブランクを、好ましくは円錐頭ねじ、並びにカバーによってスピンドルに機械的に固定する;
− 刃のブランクを機械加工し、ヘリカル研削が切削工具の予め決められた世界の(global)許容度に合致する完成した刃を得る。
図1は、本発明の好ましい実施形態による切削工具の分解透視図を示す。
Claims (11)
- 円筒形支持スピンドル(2)、及びスピンドルの外部表面のまわりに規則的な間隔で設置されかつヘリカル研削された、半径方向の刃先を有する複数の個別の刃(3)を有する回転切削工具(1)であって、各刃(3)が直線状ベース(4)を有し、直線状ベースが前記ベースと同じ形状の溝(5)内に挿入され、各個別の刃(3)がスピンドル(2)に機械的に固定されるものにおいて、刃(3)が円錐頭ねじ(6)によるねじ締めによってスピンドル(2)に取り付けられること、円錐頭ねじ(6)が、刃(3)に沿って規則的な間隔で刃支持体(3′)の横溝(7)に設置され、それらをねじ頭によって対応する直線状溝(5)内に固定すること、及び回転切削工具(1)が、刃(3)の固定を強化するようにスピンドル(2)のベース(8′,9′)のそれぞれに固定された二つのカバー(8,9)をさらに含むことを特徴とする回転切削工具。
- ベース(4)が長方形であるか又は平行四辺形のように造形されていること、及び溝(5)がそれぞれの場合において長方形又は平行四辺形の横断面を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回転切削工具。
- 横溝(7)が、ねじ(6)の位置決定のために均一に間隔をあけられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回転切削工具。
- 刃(3)が、刃(3)の全長さ上のどこにも歯を持たずに一定の規則的な切断プロファイルを伴ってスピンドル(2)の全長さに沿って延びていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回転切削工具。
- スピンドル(2)に機械加工された溝(5)がスピンドルの軸に対して0°〜15°の角度で設定されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の回転切削工具。
- スピンドル(2)に機械加工された溝(5)がスピンドルの軸に対して5°〜15°の角度で設定されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の回転切削工具。
- 刃(3)が、タングステンカーバイドに基づいた超硬合金、高速度鋼又は高強度鋼、ダイヤモンド、セラミックス又はサーメットから作られていることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の回転切削工具。
- 刃(3)が、単層又は多層窒化チタン、チタンアルミニウム窒化物、チタン炭窒化物又は窒化クロムで被覆されていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の回転切削工具。
- スピンドル(2)がステンレス鋼から作られることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の回転切削工具。
- 溝(5)が台形の横断面を有し、台形の長い下辺(5′)が台形の短い上辺(5′′)よりスピンドル(2)の軸に近いことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回転切削工具。
- 以下の連続的な段階を少なくとも含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回転切削工具の製造方法:
− 直線状ベース(4)を有する刃のブランクを機械加工する;
− 直線状ベース(4)を有する刃のブランクを、スピンドル(2)に機械加工された対応する溝(5)に位置させる;
− 刃のブランクを、円錐頭ねじ(6)、並びにカバー(8,9)によってスピンドル(2)に機械的に固定する;
− 刃のブランクを機械加工し、完成した刃(3)を得る。
