Description
さらに、ガスバーナの常時燃焼部の下流側に一酸化炭素センサが配置されるため、ガスバーナ全体で発生する一酸化炭素濃度が低い状態で一酸化炭素の発生を検出するので、排気混合室を設けることなく一酸化炭素を早期に検出することができる。
Claims (1)
- ガスバーナと、
該ガスバーナにより加熱される熱交換器と、
前記ガスバーナの燃焼排気が流れる方向の左右いずれかの側の一酸化炭素濃度が高くなるように、前記ガスバーナに供給される一次空気及び/又は二次空気の流量を調節する空気流量調節手段と、
前記熱交換器における前記ガスバーナの燃焼排気流路の下流側で、前記空気流量調節手段の調節により一酸化炭素濃度が高くなる側に配置された一酸化炭素検出手段とを備え、
前記ガスバーナは、前記左右いずれかの側のうち、前記空気流量調節手段により一酸化炭素濃度が高くなる側に配置された複数のバーナユニットからなる第1ガスバーナブロックと、他の側に配置された複数のバーナユニットからなる第2ガスバーナブロックとにより構成され、
前記空気流量調節手段は、前記第1ガスバーナブロックの各バーナユニットに供給される一次空気の流量を、前記第2ガスバーナブロックの各バーナユニットに供給される一次空気の流量よりも少なくなるように調節し、
前記第1ガスバーナブロックは前記ガスバーナの燃焼時に常に燃焼状態とされる常時燃焼部であり、前記第2ガスバーナブロックは、小能力設定時は消火状態とされ大能力設定時には燃焼状態とされることを特徴とする燃焼装置。
