Description
Claims (6)
- 自転車、オートバイ等のホィール用の自己支持型タイヤであって、内部に空気またはガスを持たず、
地面(8)との接触に適した外層(5)と、
該タイヤ(1)の内容積の少なくとも一部を占め、気泡構造を有する可撓性ポリウレタンエラストマーで構成される、前記外層(5)の支持に適し、前記外層(5)と結合されている内部支持層(6)と、を備え、
前記外層(5)の形状を有し、前記外層(5)と結合され、かつ、伸びることなく可撓性を有する材料で形成され、前記内部支持層(6)を、該タイヤ(1)の中心に向かって、半径方向に圧縮している可撓性膜(9)と、
前記内部支持層(6)に組み込まれ、前記内部支持層の剛性の増加に適し、ホィール(2)の軸(2b)に垂直な平面で前記内部支持層(6)に耐曲げ性をもたせる剛化要素(10)と、を備え、
前記剛化要素(10)は該タイヤ(1)と前記地面(8)とのグリップを低減するように構成されることを特徴とする自己支持型タイヤ。 - 前記可撓性膜(9)は、圧縮により10%〜20%の範囲の体積百分率で前記内部支持層(6)の体積を半径方向に縮める、請求項1記載の自己支持型タイヤ。
- 前記内部支持層(6)は該タイヤ(1)の内容積の残りを充填する、請求項1記載の自己支持型タイヤ。
- 前記可撓性膜(9)は、該可撓性膜(9)の両端に配置される複数のロープ(9a)の端から前記剛化要素(10)の端までの糸の織物で構成される、請求項1記載の自己支持型タイヤ。
- 前記剛化要素(10)は、該タイヤ(1)の中心に、前記ホィール(2)の前記回転軸(2b)に垂直な平面上に配置され、前記可撓性膜(9)と一体であっても、または前記可撓性膜(9)と別個でもよい、請求項1記載の自己支持型タイヤ。
- 前記剛化要素(10)は、三角形の形状の断面を有し、該タイヤ(1)の弾性も、該タイヤ(1)の非中央部近傍での該タイヤ(1)のグリップも低減せず、該タイヤ(1)の負荷分散性を顕著に向上させる、請求項1記載の自己支持型タイヤ。
