Description
Claims (7)
- 微粒子を含む気体を加圧してハニカム構造体の一の面側からセル内へ微粒子の導入をする微粒子導入手段と、
その導入をされる気体の流量を調節する微粒子含有気体流量調節手段と、
ハニカム構造体における他の面の近傍を平行に通過するように指向性の強い光を照射する光照射手段と、
その光照射手段から出射された光と、ハニカム構造体の他の面と、の間に、そのハニカム構造体の他の面を覆うように配設される整流板と、
ハニカム構造体の一の面側から他の面側へ向けた方向に、ハニカム構造体の外周に沿って気体を流す気流形成手段と、
を具備するハニカム構造体欠陥検査装置。 - 前記気流形成手段は、気体を吹出す複数のノズルを有する請求項1に記載のハニカム構造体欠陥検査装置。
- 前記気流形成手段が流す気体を加圧する気流形成気体加圧手段と、
前記気流形成手段が流す気体の流量を調節する気流形成気体流量調節手段と、
を具備する請求項1又は2に記載のハニカム構造体欠陥検査装置。 - 前記整流板と、前記ハニカム構造体の他の面と、の距離が、0.01mm以上30mm以下である請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載のハニカム構造体欠陥検査装置。
- 前記整流板は、その開口率が10%以上80%以下である請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載のハニカム構造体欠陥検査装置。
- ハニカム構造体の他の面の法線方向に対し角度を有する位置から、前記微粒子によって散乱された前記光の観察をする観察手段を具備する請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載のハニカム構造体欠陥検査装置。
- 前記観察手段が、前記ハニカム構造体の他の面をカメラによって撮像する手段である請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載のハニカム構造体欠陥検査装置。
