・移動相:0. 1容量%ギ酸水溶液に、アセトニトリルを配合した混合溶液(ギ酸水溶液に対するアセトニトリルの割合が、50分間の間で、5容量%から50容量%に増量するよう濃度勾配をかける)
・試料注入量:20μl
・移動相流速:1.0ml/min
・カラム温度:35℃
・検出:UV280nm
Claims (4)
- 重合度の異なる複数種のプロアントシアニジンを含有する原料またはその粗精製物から、重合度別にプロアントシアニジンを得るための分離精製方法であって、上記原料またはその粗精製物から、ポリエチレングリコール基で化学修飾されたシリカゲルが固定相である逆相液体クロマトグラフィーを用いて、プロアントシアニジンを重合度別に分離・精製することを特徴とするプロアントシアニジンの分離精製方法。
- 上記液体クロマトグラフィーの移動相が、水に、メタノール,エタノール,アセトンおよびアセトニトリルからなる群から選ばれた少なくとも一つを加えた混合溶媒である請求項1記載のプロアントシアニジンの分離精製方法。
- 上記液体クロマトグラフィーの移動相が、ギ酸,酢酸,トリフルオロ酢酸およびトリクロロ酢酸からなる群から選ばれた少なくとも一つの酸を含有する請求項1または2記載のプロアントシアニジンの分離精製方法。
- 上記原料の粗精製物が、固液抽出法,液液分配法,吸着クロマトグラフィー,分配クロマトグラフィー,疎水性相互作用クロマトグラフィー,イオン交換クロマトグラフィー,サイズ排除クロマトグラフィーおよび向流液液分配法からなる群から選ばれた少なくとも一つの処理法を用いて粗精製したプロアントシアニジン画分を含有する請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のプロアントシアニジンの分離精製方法。
