Claims (11)
- 電極組立体と、
一端部に形成された開口、前記開口に対向する底面、前面となる第1平面および前記第1平面に対向する後面となる第2平面を有し、前記電極組立体を収容するカンと、
前記カンの前記開口を密封するキャッププレートと
を含み、
前記底面から前記開口に向かって延長する方向に第1軸を定義し、前記第1軸と直交する方向に第2軸を定義すると、
前記第1平面および前記第2平面にはそれぞれ縦圧縮により前記カンを破断させる第1破断部及び第2破断部がノッチにより形成され、
前記第1破断部は、前記カンの前記底面に距離を置いて隣接して形成され、
前記第2破断部は、前記第1平面の前記第2軸に平行な横幅の80%以上の長さで、前記カンの前記開口に隣接して形成され、
前記第1破断部と前記カンの前記底面との間の距離は、前記カンの前記第1軸に平行な縦長さの10%以下であり、前記第2破断部と前記カンの前記開口との間の距離は、前記カンの前記縦長さの25%以下である、
2次電池。 - 前記第1平面上の前記第1破断部と前記第2平面上の前記第1破断部とは対応して形成される、請求項1に記載の2次電池。
- 前記第1破断部の幅は、0.1mm〜0.5mmである、請求項1又は2に記載の2次電池。
- 前記第1破断部における前記カンの厚さは、0.1mm〜0.15mmである、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の2次電池。
- 前記第1平面の横幅の中央付近であって、前記第1破断部と前記第2破断部の間に、前記第1軸に沿って延長する少なくとも一つのノッチで形成される第1折り畳み部をさらに含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の2次電池。
- 前記第1折り畳み部は、前記第1軸に沿って延長する平行な複数のノッチからなる、請求項5に記載の2次電池。
- 前記第1折り畳み部の長さは、前記第1破断部と前記第2破断部との間の距離の80%以上である、請求項5または6に記載の2次電池。
- 前記第1折り畳み部は、前記第1破断部および前記第2破断部のうちの少なくとも一つと離隔して形成される、請求項5〜7のいずれか1項に記載の2次電池。
- 前記第1折り畳み部は、前記第1破断部および前記第2破断部と接する、請求項5〜7のいずれか1項に記載の2次電池。
- 前記第2平面の横幅の中央付近であって、前記第1破断部と前記第2破断部の間に、前記第1軸に沿って延長する一つのノッチで形成される第2折り畳み部をさらに含む、請求項5〜9のいずれか1項に記載の2次電池。
- 前記第2折り畳み部は、前記第1折り畳み部に対応して形成される、請求項10に記載の2次電池。
