Description

Claims (11)
- 高合金鋼製構成部品と、少なくとも表面が高合金鋼より電気化学的に卑な金属製の固定手段と、中間要素とを含む固定装置であって、前記中間要素は、少なくとも目に見える範囲で金属製の固定手段を完全に構成部品から分離する、構成部品のための固定装置において、
前記中間要素が、前記高合金鋼製構成部品と前記固定手段との間に配置される特定の構成部品、プレート、めっきされたサポート、ワッシャとして構成され、及び前記中間要素が金属の錆びない材料であるアルミニウム合金又はZnNi合金から形成され、前記材料が固定手段と電気化学的に同等又はより卑であることを特徴とする固定装置。 - 前記中間要素が電気化学的腐食により大量の腐食生成物を形成することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の固定装置。
- 前記中間要素が電気化学的腐食により前記中間要素の基材に付着する性質を持つ腐食生成物を形成することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の固定装置。
- 前記腐食生成物が白又は無色であることを特徴とする、請求項2又は3に記載の固定装置。
- 前記腐食生成物が熱により水に溶けない安定した皮膜を形成することを特徴とする、請求項2、3又は4に記載の固定装置。
- 前記アルミニウム合金が、Al/Zn、Al/Sn、又はAl/Si合金のグループから選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の固定装置。
- 金属製の前記固定手段が低合金鋼から形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の固定装置。
- 前記固定手段がZnベースの腐食防止コーティングを施されていることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の固定装置。
- 前記腐食防止コーティングが亜鉛薄膜コーティングであることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の固定装置。
- 燃焼エンジンを搭載した自動車のエキゾーストパイプのための請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の固定装置の使用方法。
- 大部分が自動車の目に見える範囲に取り付けられているエキゾーストパイプのための請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の固定装置の使用方法。
