「ケミカル レビュー」、90巻、p.215〜263,1990年発行(Chem. Rev., 90, 215-263(1990))
実験No.1で得られた重合体3.2mgをクロロホルム1.0gに溶解させた。得られた溶液をガラス基板上に数滴垂らし、アクティブ社製スピンコーター「ACT−300D」を用いて2000rpmで60秒間スピンコートし、無色透明の薄膜No.1を作成した。
Claims (3)
- 主鎖が炭素−炭素結合からなり、側鎖にシロール環および/またはゲルモール環を含有する構成ユニットを有する新規重合体であって、
上記構成ユニットの少なくとも一部または全部において、上記シロール環および/またはゲルモール環は、主鎖の炭素と第1の芳香環または複素環を介して結合しており、
上記シロール環および/またはゲルモール環は、上記第1の芳香環または複素環とは別に、第2の芳香環または複素環を置換基として有しており、
第1の芳香環または複素環と第2の芳香環または複素環は、上記シロール環および/またはゲルモール環において、2位と5位の関係にあることを特徴とする新規重合体。 - 上記構成ユニットのみからなる請求項1に記載の新規重合体。
- 単一種類の上記構成ユニットのみからなる請求項2に記載の新規重合体。
