前記複数の単位電池は、前記単位電池の長手方向両端の平面部が対向するよう整列され、
前記リード部材は、前記単位電池の前記平面部の間に配置されて、前記リード部材の前記両側部がそれぞれ、相対向する前記単位電池の前記平面部に電気的に連結され、
前記単位電池は、前記平面部を対向するよう整列された方向を基準とした複数の列で整列され、
前記リード部材は、前記単位電池の各列に個別的に設置され、
前記支持部材は、前記個別的なリード部材にそれぞれ挿入されるように、前記単位電池の各列に対応して個別的に配置されることを特徴とする、電池パックが提供される。これにより、支持部材によりリード部材の両側部を支持して、両側部が離隔した状態を維持できるので、単位電池の移動を防止できる。

Claims (8)
- 内側に収容空間が形成された外部ケースと、
前記外部ケースの前記収容空間に整列配置される複数の単位電池と、
前記複数の単位電池の間に折り曲げて配置され、当該折曲部の両側に位置する両側部が前記複数の単位電池に電気的に連結されるリード部材と、
前記リード部材の前記両側部の間に挿入される支持部材と、
を含み、
前記支持部材は、前記複数の単位電池の間で前記リード部材の前記両側部が相互に接触する方向に生じる圧力を吸収可能な弾性材質からなり、前記圧力により前記折曲部に応力が加わることによる前記折曲部の折れを防止するように、前記支持部材は前記リード部材の前記両側部を支持し、
前記複数の単位電池は、前記単位電池の長手方向両端の平面部が対向するよう整列され、
前記リード部材は、前記単位電池の前記平面部の間に配置されて、前記リード部材の前記両側部がそれぞれ、相対向する前記単位電池の前記平面部に電気的に連結され、
前記単位電池は、前記平面部を対向するよう整列された方向を基準とした複数の列で整列され、
前記リード部材は、前記単位電池の各列に個別的に設置され、
前記支持部材は、前記個別的なリード部材にそれぞれ挿入されるように、前記単位電池の各列に対応して個別的に配置される
ことを特徴とする、電池パック。 - 前記リード部材は、プレート形態であり、前記支持部材は前記リード部材の全体長さの略1/2の長さに形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池パック。
- 前記支持部材は、絶縁性素材からなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池パック。
- 前記複数の単位電池は、充電及び放電が可能な二次電池であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池パック。
- 前記複数の単位電池は、円筒状に形成された円筒状単位電池からなり、前記円筒状単位電池の前記平面部が対向するよう整列されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池パック。
- 前記リード部材は、前記円筒状単位電池の各列に個別的に設置され、
前記支持部材は、前記個別的なリード部材にそれぞれ挿入されるように、前記円筒状単位電池の各列に対応して個別的に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の電池パック。 - 前記複数の単位電池は、角形に形成された角形単位電池からなり、前記角形単位電池の相対的に狭い一側面である前記平面部が対向するよう整列され、
前記リード部材は、前記角形単位電池の対向する前記平面部の間に配置されて、前記リード部材の前記両側部がそれぞれ、相対向する前記角形単位電池の前記平面部に電気的に連結されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池パック。 - 前記角形単位電池は、前記平面部を対向するよう整列された方向を基準とした複数の列で整列されることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の電池パック。
