Claims (2)
- Ni:1.5〜3.0wt%、Si:0.4〜0.8wt%、Cr:0.5〜1.5wt%、Sn:0.1〜0.3wt%を含有し、残部がCu及び不可避的な不純物からなる銅合金を、熱間押出加工後、溶体化処理温度850〜950℃で溶体化処理を施し、冷間塑性加工率が元の断面積に対し10〜40%の第1回目の冷間引抜加工を施した後、時効処理温度400〜500℃で時効処理を施し、さらに冷間塑性加工率2〜10%の第2回目の冷間引抜加工を施した後に時効処理温度400〜500℃の時効処理を施すことを特徴とする発動機用摺動材に用いる銅合金の製造方法。
- 第1回目の冷間引抜加工は、冷間塑性加工率を元の断面積に対し20〜40%とするとともに、第2回目の冷間引抜加工は、冷間塑性加工率を3〜5%としたことを特徴とする請求項1の発動機用摺動材に用いる銅合金の製造方法。
