Description
混合物b)ドイツ、ハンブルクに所在のBenecke GmbH社の製品であって、商品名がカルナバワックスフレークFである純粋カルナバワックス
混合物c)ドイツ、ロットバイルに所在のL.B. Bader & Co. GmbH社の製品であって、商品名がLUBA-print wax 467/Eである融点115℃の脂肪酸アミドワックス
混合物d)上記b)の60重量%と上記c)の40重量%との混合物が、カルナバワックスと脂肪酸アミドワックスの共通の融点で溶解されて、その後、溶解物が適当に冷却されて凝固され、その凝固物の粉末への変化または分別蒸留によって得られたもの
本発明の混合物において添加される圧縮成形助剤の割合は、本発明の混合物全量に対して、約0.1重量%から約5重量%、好ましくは、約0.1重量%から約3重量%、さらに好ましくは、約0.1重量%から約1.5重量%である。
Claims (11)
- 少なくとも一つの金属材料、および、少なくとも一つの圧縮成形助剤を含む、焼結成形体を製造するための混合物であって、当該圧縮成形助剤が、少なくとも一つの第一アミド、および、少なくとも一つのカルナバワックスを含み、および、当該第一アミドの量が、当該圧縮成形助剤の全量の25重量%〜50重量%であり、かつ当該カルナバワックスの量が、当該圧縮成形助剤の全量の50重量%〜75重量%である、ことを特徴とする混合物。
- 前記第一アミドが、5〜21個の炭素原子を含むアルキル残基を有する請求項1に記載の混合物。
- 前記カルナバワックスが、8.5〜10.5のヨウ素価を有する請求項1または2に記載の混合物。
- 前記圧縮成形助剤の量が、前記混合物の全量の0.1重量%〜5重量%である請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の混合物。
- 請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の混合物の製造方法であって、
少なくとも一つの第一アミドを、少なくとも一つのカルナバワックスと共に溶解することによって圧縮成形助剤を調製し、および
当該圧縮成形助剤を、金属材料に添加する、
工程を含む、ことを特徴とする混合物の製造方法。 - 前記圧縮成形助剤が、粉砕および/または粉状化される請求項5に記載の方法。
- 請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の混合物の製造方法であって、
少なくとも一つの第一アミドと、少なくとも一つのカルナバワックスとを互いに混合することによって圧縮成形助剤を調製し、および
当該圧縮成形助剤を、金属材料に添加する、
工程を含む、ことを特徴とする混合物の製造方法。 - 焼結成形体を製造するための請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の混合物の使用。
- 少なくとも一つの第一アミド、および、少なくとも一つのカルナバワックスを含む、焼結成形体を製造するための圧縮成形助剤であって、当該第一アミドの量が、当該圧縮成形助剤の全量の25重量%〜50重量%であり、かつ当該カルナバワックスの量が、当該圧縮成形助剤の全量の50重量%〜75重量%である、ことを特徴とする圧縮成形助剤。
- 前記第一アミドが、5〜21個の炭素原子を含むアルキル残基を有する請求項9に記載の圧縮成形助剤。
- 前記カルナバワックスが、8.5〜10.5のヨウ素価を有する請求項9または10に記載の圧縮成形助剤。
