Claims (8)
- ボディ(100)と、
前記ボディから突出した複数の歯(101)と、
ベルト歯を受け、前記歯と交互に配列された複数の溝(102)と、
各溝より径方向の内方に配置され、前記溝に連結するキャビティ(103)とを備え、
前記キャビティがさらに、ベルトを支持するためのランド(111)を備え、前記ランドが前記溝と前記キャビティの間に配置され、
前記キャビティが、軸方向(A−A)に関して角度(θ)で配置された面(104)を備え、
前記面が切頭円錐状である
破片排出スプロケット。 - 前記キャビティが、前記キャビティから破片を排出するための開口端をさらに備える請求項1に記載の破片排出スプロケット。
- 前記角度(θ)が0°より大きく約20°までの範囲である請求項1に記載の破片排出スプロケット。
- 歯付ベルトと、

前記歯付ベルトに係合するために前記ボディから突出した複数の歯と、
ベルト歯を受ける複数の溝と、
各溝より径方向の内方に配置されるとともに前記溝に連結し、破片を排出するために軸方向に関して傾斜した面を有するキャビティとを備え、
前記面が切頭円錐状である

前記キャビティが、破片を排出するために軸方向に関して整列された切頭円錐状である面を有し、
前記キャビティが、前記スプロケットの各側部に開口端を有し、
前記キャビティが、ベルトを支持するためのランドであって、前記溝と前記キャビティの間に配置されたランドをさらに備える
