Description
前記開口処理の処理温度は300〜600℃が好ましく、500〜550℃がより好ましい。また処理時間は10〜15分間が好ましい。
具体的には必要なフッ素ガス圧力、フッ素ガス放出速度等を考慮して選択すればよい。
(1)フッ素の貯蔵(カーボンナノホーンのフッ素化)
カーボンナノホーンは、二酸化炭素レーザーアブレーション法により合成されたホーン長10〜20nm、ホーン端径2〜3nm程度の炭素原子のみから構成されており、ホーンが50〜100nm程度のダリアの花のような形状を有する二次粒子を形成しているナノ炭素材料であり、純度90質量%以上のもの(日本電気(株)製)を用いた。
あらかじめ420℃にてフッ素ガスを24時間封入し不動体化処理を行った内容積約300mlのニッケル製反応器の内部に上記(1)にて合成したフッ素化カーボンナノホーン63mgを封入し、反応器内部を、液体窒素トラップを経由して接続した油回転式真空ポンプにて0.5kPaまで減圧し、さらに12時間放置した。
Claims (2)
- フッ素化カーボンナノホーンを、反応容器内の減圧度が100kPa以下である減圧雰囲気下で加熱することにより、フッ素ガスを取り出す方法。
- 減圧雰囲気下にする加熱の温度をフッ素化温度よりも低い温度で行う請求項1記載の方法。
