Description
また、本発明は、新規なゲル組成物に関する。また、本発明は、新規なゲル組成物の製造方法に関する。
まず、カーボンオニオンおよびその製造方法にかかる発明を実施するための最良の形態について説明する。
原料として平均粒径5nmのダイヤモンドクラスタ(東京ダイヤモンド工具製作所販売)を用いた。ダイヤモンドクラスタの組成は、C:82質量%、H:0.2質量%、N:2.8質量%、O:13質量%、その他の金属の合計:2.0質量%であった。加熱には、高周波誘導加熱炉(セキスイメディカル電子株式会社製、MC−1700D)を用いた。ダイヤモンドクラスタ粉約40mgを充てんした黒鉛製るつぼを高周波誘導加熱炉内部に挿入し、約1.3Paに減圧した後、アルゴンガスを流入させて炉内圧力を101.3kPaにして、アルゴンガスを流しながら加熱した。1500℃まで加熱後、加熱温度を1500℃、保持時間を10分間とし、その後、放冷した。
加熱温度を1700℃とした以外は、参考例1と同様である。
加熱温度を2000℃とした以外は、参考例1と同様である。
加熱温度を2350℃とした以外は、参考例1と同様である。
原料として粒径<100nmのダイヤモンド微粒子(DE BEERS製、MICRON+MDA)を用い、加熱温度を1700℃とした以外は、参考例1と同様である。
加熱温度を2000℃とした以外は、実施例5と同様である。
加熱温度を2350℃とした以外は、実施例5と同様である。
原料として粒径<250nmのダイヤモンド微粒子(DE BEERS製、MICRON+MDA)を用い、加熱温度を1700℃とした以外は、参考例1と同様である。
加熱温度を2000℃とした以外は、実施例8と同様である。
加熱温度を2350℃とした以外は、実施例8と同様である。
原料として平均粒径が18nmのカーボンブラック(東海カーボン株式会社製、シースト3H)を用い、加熱温度を1700℃とした以外は、参考例1と同様である。
加熱温度を2000℃とした以外は、実施例11と同様である。
加熱温度を2350℃とした以外は、実施例11と同様である。
原料として平均粒径が27nmのカーボンブラック(東海カーボン株式会社製、シースト9H)を用い、加熱温度を1700℃とした以外は、参考例1と同様である。
加熱温度を2000℃とした以外は、実施例14と同様である。
加熱温度を2350℃とした以外は、実施例14と同様である。
加熱時間を30分とし、加熱温度を2350℃とした以外は、参考例1と同様である。
原料として、平均粒径5nmのダイヤモンドクラスタを用いた。ダイヤモンドクラスタ中の炭素の割合は82質量%であった。加熱には、楕円体内部の一方の焦点にハロゲンランプを配置し、もう一方の焦点に加熱対象物を置いて、赤外線を集光して加熱するイメージ炉(アルバック理工株式会社、MR−39H/S)を用いた。ダイヤモンドクラスタ粉約10mgを充てんした黒鉛製試料ホルダを加熱炉内部に挿入し、約1.3Paに減圧した後、アルゴンガスを導入して炉内圧力を150kPaにし、加熱を開始した。約40分間で1730℃まで昇温後、保持時間を1分間とし、その後放冷した。
得られたカーボンオニオンの粒径は、参考例2〜4では5〜10nm、実施例7では10〜100nm、実施例13では15〜25nm、比較例1では5〜10nmであった。
ダイヤモンドクラスタから高周波誘導加熱法により加熱温度1700℃で製造したカーボンオニオンとイオン性液体1−ブチル−3−メチル−イミダゾリウム−テトラフルオロボレート(1-Butyl-3-methyl-imidazolium-tetrafluoroborate、Sigma-Aldrich製)(以後、「BMImBF4」という。)とを混合した。混合比率を2質量%とし、乳鉢のような容器に加えて40分間混合し、その容器をじかに超音波加振機(BRANSON社製、B−5510BTH(出力:180W、周波数:42kHz))に設置して超音波によって120分間振動を加えた。振動する部位からサンプルまでの距離は100mmであった。なお、混合比率とは、カーボンオニオンとイオン性液体との合計質量に対するカーボンオニオンの占める質量比である。
イオン性液体と混合するカーボンオニオンとして、加熱温度を2100℃とし参考例2と同様に製造したカーボンオニオンを用いた以外は、参考例18と同様である。
ダイヤモンドクラスタ(東京ダイヤモンド工具製作所販売)とイオン性液体BMImBF4とを混合した以外は、参考例18と同様である。なお、混合比率とは、ダイヤモンドクラスタとイオン性液体との合計質量に対するダイヤモンドクラスタの占める質量比である。
C60(フロンティアカーボン株式会社製)とイオン性液体BMImBF4とを混合し、混合比率を4質量%とした以外は、参考例18と同様である。なお、混合比率とは、C60とイオン性液体との合計質量に対するC60の占める質量比である。
Claims (3)
- 炭素質材料を含む原料を、高周波誘導加熱法により加熱しカーボンオニオンを製造する方法であって、
前記炭素質材料が、カーボンブラックまたはダイヤモンド微粒子であり、
前記カーボンオニオンの形状が、多角形である

前記カーボンブラックまたは前記ダイヤモンド微粒子から得られた前記カーボンオニオンの耐酸化温度を、ダイヤモンドクラスタから高周波誘導加熱法により得られたカーボンオニオンの耐酸化温度と比べると、同一の加熱温度条件では、前記カーボンブラックまたは前記ダイヤモンド微粒子から得られた前記カーボンオニオンの耐酸化温度が、前記ダイヤモンドクラスタから得られた前記カーボンオニオンの耐酸化温度よりも高い
カーボンオニオンの製造方法。
