Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to equipment for preventing high water immersion.
Due to global warming in recent years, flood damage due to heavy rains, storm surges, etc. has frequently occurred.
Tsunami damage due to the Tonankai earthquake is also expected.
In order to cope with such high flooding, conventionally, a means for constructing a concrete waterproof wall having a height of 2 to 3 meters has been adopted.
In addition, an apparatus having a structure that mechanically raises the retaining wall in the event of high water immersion has been developed.
The conventional facilities for preventing high water immersion as described above have the following problems.
<1> As in the invention described in
<2> In addition, the problem that the high concrete wall obstructs the view and damages the scenery around the coast is also pointed out.
<3> As in the invention described in
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the facility for preventing high flooding according to the present invention is a concrete wall having a height of 1.5 meters or less installed near the coastline and the like, and is in contact with the concrete wall. It is composed of a frame higher than the concrete wall, a wall panel attached to the inside of the frame so as to be movable in the vertical direction, and a floating body attached to the sea side of the wall panel.
Since the equipment for preventing high water immersion according to the present invention is as described above, the following effects can be obtained.
<1> Except during high flooding, only the concrete walls and frames of 1.5 meters or less are exposed on the ground. Therefore, it does not block people's view and does not impair the scenery around the coast.
<2> Since the concrete wall is low, the structure of the foundation against a fall during an earthquake can be handled easily and economically.
<3> A concrete wall having a low height can also serve as a security wall in normal times.
DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of equipment for preventing high water immersion according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
<1> Installation location.
The equipment for preventing high inundation according to the present invention is installed in the vicinity of a coastline, near a river, in a low area, etc., where damage due to heavy rain or storm surge is expected.
The low area zone refers to an area where the inland water is flooded, for example, sewage overflows.
In the specification and claims of the present invention, for convenience of explanation, “the vicinity of the coastline” is referred to including the above-mentioned area.
<2> Concrete wall.

The
Since the
At the same time, because it is a low wall, the structure and structure of the foundation for earthquakes can be simplified compared to a high concrete wall, and it is economical.

<4> Wall panel.
The
The wall panel 3 is attached to the inside of the channel material so as to be movable in the vertical direction.
The height of the wall panel 3 is substantially the same as the height of the
Therefore, the wall panel 3 installed between the
For the wall panel 3, a material or a structure that is as light as possible and can resist water pressure is selected.
<5> Water-stopping property.
The land side plane of the wall panel 3 and the sea side plane of the
If it does so, when the wall panel 3 raises at the time of high water immersion so that it may mention later, the wall panel 3 is pressed against the
<6> A floating body.
A floating body 4 is attached to the surface of the sea side of the wall panel 3.
For the floating body 4, a known material such as a closed-cell urethane block is selected and used.
The floating body 4 is arranged in the horizontal direction near the lower end of the wall panel 3 so that buoyancy is generated immediately when the water level rises.
The floating body 4 can be attached not only to the surface of the wall panel 3 on the sea side but also to the lower end of the wall panel 3 without being in close contact with the
<7> Normal.
Next, the operation of the facility for preventing high water immersion according to the present invention will be described.
Under normal circumstances, the wall panel 3 between the
Therefore, the presence of the wall panel 3 hardly touches the field of view of people passing on the land side of the
<8> During high flooding.
When the water level rises for some reason, the buoyancy acts on the floating body 4 because the floating body 4 is attached to the sea side of the wall panel 3.
Then, the wall panel 3 rises along the
The ascending of the wall panel 3 is only due to the buoyancy acting on the floating body 4 and does not require a drive source such as electricity or a gasoline engine, so that it operates reliably in any emergency environment.
