Description

The present invention relates to a flotage prevention device that prevents a flotage such as a container, driftwood, or automobile from colliding with a land structure or the like due to inundation accompanying tsunami, storm surge, heavy rain, or other rise in water level, and more particularly. Relates to a drifting object prevention device that can perform its function only during flooding.

There is a known problem that a drifting object collides with a land structure or the like due to tsunami, storm surge, heavy rain, or other inundation due to rising water level (hereinafter simply referred to as “inundation”). For example, when the container yard is flooded, among the installed containers, the container with the lighter weight of the contents is lifted by the flood and drifts. The drifted container collided with surrounding containers and land structures and suffered damage.

A tsunami countermeasure work described in Patent Document 1 is known as a technique for preventing inundation of land structures. The tsunami countermeasure work described in Patent Document 1 is to install a self-supporting tsunami protection fence outside the structure, and make the tsunami protection fence approximately equal to the assumed tsunami run-up height, thereby improving the onshore structure. Inundation of water is prevented and collision of drifting objects on land structures is prevented.

However, the tsunami countermeasure work described in Patent Document 1 has the following problems.
(1) Since the tsunami protection fence is a permanent structure, it has a large impact on landscape and ventilation.
(2) In order to ensure landscape and ventilation, it is desirable to configure the tide function only when it is inundated. To automate the detection of inundation and the launch of a tsunami protection fence, Since it becomes necessary to provide a sensor and external power separately, the construction cost and the maintenance cost become large.

Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a drifting object preventing apparatus that can perform its function only during flooding without excessive construction costs and maintenance costs.

The first invention of the present application, which has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems, is a drifting object prevention device for preventing a drifting object from colliding with a land structure, and at least one of the water channels provided in the ground. A floating wall is housed in a location where the upper part of the water channel of the part is opened, and the rotating wall is configured to stand up and rotate by buoyancy received by water immersion in the water channel and to be exposed to the ground surface. A prevention device is provided.

According to the present invention, at least one of the following effects can be obtained.
(1) Since the rotating wall stands up automatically during flooding, no external power is required.
(2) No human judgment is required for the timing of the drift prevention function.
(3) Since the rotating wall is housed in the recess, it does not require a dedicated area and does not affect the landscape and ventilation.
(4) When a container or the like is placed on the tread, the rotating wall does not stand up due to the weight of the structure, so there is no danger of the structure falling over due to a malfunction of the rotating wall. Appropriate operation is possible every time.
(5) Since the rotating wall resists the flow of flooding, it contributes to the reduction of the flooded range.
(6) Since the structure is simple, unitization is easy and earlier construction is possible.
(7) The waterway can also function as a drainage channel during heavy rain.
(8) By providing a plurality of rotating walls of the drifting object prevention apparatus of the present application, it is possible to exhibit a flexible function with respect to a change in the arrangement of containers and the like.

You may comprise. One end of the water channel C is opened so that water flows in when it is submerged.
The water channel C can also function as a drainage channel during heavy rain.

<3> Rotating Wall The rotating wall 2 is a structural element that becomes an obstacle to a drifting object by automatically rotating and rising from a fallen state when inundation occurs.
The rotating wall 2 includes a frame 21, a float 22 disposed on one surface of the frame 21, and a tread 23 disposed on the other surface.

<3.1> Frame The frame 21 is a member for arranging the float 22 and the tread plate 23.
The frame 21 may be constituted by a set of triangular pillars composed of a main material, a diagonal material, and a bottom material, or a plurality of the triangular pillars are arranged in parallel and connected to form a triangular prism-shaped frame member. Various structures can be employed.
Further, the frame 21 is configured to be rotatable so as to stand and fall by being pivotally supported by a horizontal rotating shaft 24.
In this embodiment, a rotating shaft 24 is provided in the vicinity of a right angle portion of the triangular support column and is pivotally supported on the bottom surface of the recess 1 so that the frame 21 stands up and is exposed to the ground.

<3.2> Float The float 22 is a structural element for decentering the center of gravity of the rotating wall 2 and rotating the entire rotating wall 2 to the back side by buoyancy generated by water immersion in the recess 1.
Moreover, the float 22 can also exhibit the function as a collision buffer material of the drifting object after standing up.
As the material of the float 22, foamed polystyrene, a hollow box, FRP, wood, or a combination thereof can be used from the viewpoint of specific gravity and interference performance.

<3.3> Treading plate The treading plate 23 is arranged at the same height as the ground surface when the rotating wall 2 is stored, so that workers and vehicles can pass along the rotating wall 22 as well as containers, vehicles, and materials. It is a structural element for making it possible to mount such as.
The tread plate 23 can be a flat plate having such a rigidity that it can resist the load it receives.

<3.4> Other Members In addition, a support column 25 that supports the float 22 of the rotating wall 2 may be appropriately provided on the bottom surface of the recess 1. When the support column 25 supports the float 22, it is desirable to adjust so that the tread plate 23 is at the same level as the ground surface.

<4> Usage Method Hereinafter, the operation of the rotating wall according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIG.

<4.1> Normal time FIG. 3A shows a normal state.
Normally, the rotating wall 2 is in a state of being accommodated in the recess 1 in the water channel C, and the rotational moments of the rotating wall 2 are balanced or slightly generated on the float 22 side. Adjust the weight and position. Normally, the recess 1 is in a dry state.
In this state, since the rotating wall 2 is housed in the recessed portion 1 in a lying state, it does not affect the landscape and ventilation.

<4.2> During flooding FIG. 3 (b) shows a normal state.
When inundation D occurs due to a tsunami, storm surge, or other rise in water level, the inundation flows into the recess 1 in the water channel C.
At this time, the float 22 of the rotating wall 2 housed in the recess 1 receives buoyancy due to the water immersion D.
When the float 22 receives buoyancy, the position of the center of gravity of the entire rotating wall 2 is decentered toward the back surface, and a rotational moment is generated in the clockwise direction around the rotating shaft 24. The rotating wall 2 rotates clockwise by the rotational moment, and stands up automatically, exposing the float 22 to the ground.

<4.3> At the time of impact When the drifting object A flows after the flooding, the drifting object A is received by the rotating wall 2 to limit the movement of the drifting object A and pull to the land structure E. It is possible to prevent the collision of the drifting object A. At this time, since the float 22 exhibits the function as a buffer material, it is possible to prevent the rotating wall 2 itself from being damaged.

<4.4> After water immersion is eliminated After the water immersion D in the recess 1 has been eliminated, the rotating wall 2 can be manually lowered again to return to the normal time described above. (Fig. 3 (a))

As described above, according to the drifting object preventing apparatus according to the present embodiment, the drifting preventing function can be exhibited automatically only at the time of inundation, and reused by overturning the rotating wall after the inundation is eliminated. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the drifting object from colliding with the land structure without increasing construction and maintenance costs.

FIG. 4 is a view showing a second embodiment of the drifting object preventing apparatus of the present invention.
The drifting object preventing apparatus according to the present embodiment is provided with a water channel C so as to surround the land structure E, and further opens a single water channel C with respect to a water-containing location such as the sea B. It is also possible to form the water channel C on the Y-shape and store the rotating wall 2 in the recess 1 provided on the water channel C.
