Description
Claims (7)
- ダスト回収システムを用いて切削物を穿孔から離すよう案内する切削物処理方法において、該方法は、
切削物を該ダスト回収システムにおいて、少なくとも第1および第2の動作ポジションを取ることができる少なくとも1つの切替ユニットを用いて案内し、
該切削物の水分含有量を測定し、該切削物の水分含有量に基づいて該切削物を、第1の動作ポジションでは1つまたは複数のダスト分離器へ、また第2の動作ポジションでは該ダスト分離器の上流で前記ダスト回収システムから離れるよう案内することを特徴とする切削物処理方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法において、該方法は、切削物の水分含有量の上限値を少なくとも1つ設定し、該上限値を上回ると、前記ダスト分離器の上流で前記ダスト回収システムから離れるよう前記切削物を案内する動作ポジションを選択することを特徴とする切削物処理方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法において、該方法は、掘削機の操作者が、感覚に基づいて前記切削物の水分含有量を監視し、該切削物の水分含有量に基づいて手動で前記動作ポジションを選択することを特徴とする切削物処理方法。
- 請求項1または2に記載の方法において、該方法は、前記切削物の水分含有量を自動的に測定し、該切削物の水分含有量についての情報を掘削機の操作者へ送り、該操作者は、該切削物の水分含有量に基づいて前記動作ポジションを手動で選択することを特徴とする切削物処理方法。
- 請求項1または2に記載の方法において、該方法は、前記切削物の水分含有量を自動的に測定し、この情報を制御ユニットに送り、該制御ユニットは、該切削物の水分含有量に基づいて前記動作ポジションを自動的に選択することを特徴とする切削物処理方法。
- 請求項4または5に記載の方法において、該方法は、少なくとも1つの水分検出器を利用した自動測定を特徴とする切削物処理方法。
- 請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載の方法において、該方法は、前記ダスト分離器の上流で前記ダスト回収システムから離れるよう案内された前記切削物を、前記穿孔から離れた場所で案内先へ向けることを特徴とする切削物処理方法。
