Claims (2)
- バニシ仕上げプロセスのプロセス制御のための装置(10)であって、
細長いプロセス制御用試験片支持体により連結された第1の端部(14)及び第2の端部(16)を有する本体と、
前記第1の端部から前記第2の端部へ向かう縦方向に延びる端縁部及び横方向に延びる端縁部によって境界付けられた表面を有する2つのプロセス制御用試験片(100)と、
前記プロセス制御用試験片(100)を前記第1の端部(14)及び第2の端部(16)の少なくとも1つに取付けるための手段と、
を含み、
前記2つプロセス制御用試験片は前記プロセス制御用試験片支持体の両面に締め付けられ、前記プロセス制御用試験片支持体がバニシ仕上げ時に前記2つのプロセス制御用試験片に横方向の支持を与え、
前記プロセス制御用試験片(100)のそれぞれの端縁部(101、102、103、104)の少なくとも1つが、バニシ仕上げ時にその全長に沿って拘束される、
装置(10)。 - 前記プロセス制御用試験片(100)を取付けるための手段が、該プロセス制御用試験片(100)と係合するための少なくとも1つの締付けプレート(13、18)と、前記締付けプレート(13、18)を固定するための少なくとも1つの固定装置とを含む、請求項1記載の装置。
