The present invention relates to the processing equipment of the trolley wire suspension hanger for press forming the connecting portion of the trolley wire gripping member at its both ends by cutting the U-shaped strip-shaped workpiece into a predetermined size.

The trolley wire of the train is supported on the suspension wire by a trolley wire suspension hanger 1 as shown in FIG. This hanger 1 is formed by bending a stainless steel band material into a U shape, and is provided with connecting portions 2 of trolley wire gripping members at both ends thereof. And the vibration isolating member is attached to the bending part 3, the hanger 1 is suspended from the suspension wire, and the trolley wire gripping member is attached to the connecting part 2 to hold the trolley wire (see Patent Document 1).
Japanese Patent No. 3332816 (paragraph [0005], FIG. 5)

Since the distance between the trolley wire and the suspension wire varies depending on the location, the hanger 1 must be formed at the work site. At that time, the belt-shaped workpiece is cut into a predetermined size with a tool called a bolt clipper, the connecting parts 2 are formed at both ends of the belt-shaped workpiece with the accessory tool at the tip of the bolt clipper, and the belt-shaped workpiece is bent into a U-shape manually. I am letting. However, the bolt clipper is long and not only inconvenient to carry, but also has a high rate of occurrence of defective products in which the edge of the workpiece is cut obliquely and the trolley wire gripping member cannot be mounted.

In view of such circumstances, a convenient to carry, and to provide a processing equipment of no possibility of occurrence of defective contact wire suspension hanger.

A trolley wire suspension hanger processing apparatus for solving the above-described problems is a trolley wire suspension hanger that cuts a U-shaped strip-shaped workpiece into a predetermined size and press-molds a connecting portion of a trolley wire gripping member at both ends thereof. A processing device, wherein a cutting portion for simultaneously cutting both ends of the U-shaped strip-shaped workpiece and a molding portion for separately press-molding both ends of the U-shaped strip-shaped workpiece are accommodated in the same housing, and the cutting portion Is disposed between the drive source and the molding part, and a fixed blade of the cutting part and a fixed mold of the molding part are fixed to the housing, and the movable blade of the cutting part and the movable metal of the molding part are fixed. A mold is integrally formed, and a guide member for movably supporting the movable mold is fixed to the housing, and a work holding member having a work insertion hole is fixed to the movable mold, Holding member guide The movable blade is formed on the timber side end edge, the guide said fixed blade on the workpiece holding member side end edge of the member is formed, to actuate the molded portion and the cutting portion by the linear movement of the common drive source It is characterized by comprising.

It is preferable to provide guide means for indicating the dimensions to be sent to the cutting portion of the strip-shaped workpiece.

According to the processing apparatus of the present invention, the cutting part and the molding part are accommodated in the same housing, and the drive source for operating the cutting part and the molding part is integrally provided in the housing, so that the entire apparatus becomes compact. In addition to being convenient for carrying, since the cutting part and the molding part are operated by a common drive source that moves linearly, the mechanism is simplified and the cost increase is small. Furthermore, there is no possibility that the edge of the workpiece is cut obliquely, resulting in a defective product, and the yield is improved. In addition, since both ends of the workpiece can be cut simultaneously, it is useful for shortening the machining time.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
1 is a perspective view showing a processing device for a hanger for hanging a trolley wire according to the present embodiment, FIG. 2 is a front view showing a part of the housing of FIG. 1 cut away, and FIG. FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view, FIG. 4 is a view showing an operating state of the forming portion of FIG. 3, FIG. 5 (a) is an enlarged view of the work locking portion of FIG. 5B is a cross-sectional view taken along the line CC of FIG. 5A, and FIG. 6 is a right side view of FIG.

This processing apparatus 10 produces the trolley wire suspension hanger 1 shown in FIG. 10, and the cutting part 11 which cut | disconnects both ends of the U-shaped strip | belt-shaped workpiece | work W shown in FIG. The molding part 12 which press-molds the parts separately is accommodated in the same housing 13 (see FIG. 3). An electric hydraulic drive device (drive source) 14 for operating the cutting portion 11 and the forming portion 12 by linear motion is attached to the upper portion of the housing 13.

The housing 13 includes a housing main body 13a and a pair of front and back side plates 13b and 13c. These side plates 13b and 13c are fastened and fixed to the housing main body 13a by bolts 15. An opening 16 for feeding the U-shaped strip-shaped workpiece W into the cutting part 11 and the molding part 12 is formed in the front side plate 13b. On the other hand, the back side plate 13c is provided with an opening 17 for discharging the work piece cut by the cutting part 11 or checking the set state of the U-shaped belt-like work W with respect to the molding part 2. Further, a leg 18 and a grip 19 are attached to the housing 13. Note that FIG. 2 shows the right side of the front side plate 13b by cutting away, and FIGS. 2 to 4 omit the electric hydraulic drive unit 14.

The housing main body 13a has a rectangular space 20, and a lower mold 21 which is a stationary mold is accommodated and fixed at a lower portion thereof (see FIG. 2). Further, a guide member 22 is accommodated and fixed above the lower die 21 near the back side plate 13c of the rectangular space 20 (see FIG. 3). Further, a work holding member 25 having a work insertion hole 24 is fixed to the upper mold 23 which is a movable mold. In addition, by forming the workpiece insertion hole 24 slightly larger than the width of the U-shaped strip-shaped workpiece W, it is possible to prevent the U-shaped strip-shaped workpiece W from being obliquely inserted into the workpiece insertion hole 24 and improve the cutting accuracy. I am trying. The upper mold 23 and the work holding member 25 move up and down in the rectangular space 20 while being guided by the housing body 13a, the guide member 22, and the front side plate 13b. Four springs 26 are interposed between the upper mold 23 and the lower mold 21. Further, the work holding member 25 forms a movable blade 11A at an end edge on the guide member 22 side, while the guide member 22 has a fixed blade 11B formed on an end edge on the work holding member 25 side.

The guide member 22 forms a workpiece insertion hole 27 continuous with the workpiece insertion hole 24 on the workpiece holding member 25 side, and a rectangular cutout portion 28 is formed below the workpiece insertion hole 27, and the lower die 21 is formed inside the workpiece. A workpiece positioning pin 29 is accommodated. A groove 30 having a width wider than the notch portion 28 of the guide member 22 is formed on the upper surface of the lower die 21, whereby a pair of work locking portions 31 are formed on the mating surface of the lower die 21 and the guide member 22. It is formed (see FIG. 5). On the other hand, a pair of workpiece positioning step portions 32 are formed on the upper surface of the lower mold 21 at a location near the front side plate 13b. The work positioning pin 29 is implanted on the bottom surface of the groove 30 of the lower mold 21 (see FIG. 3).

As shown in FIG. 2, the upper mold 23 is biased by a spring 26 to abut the work holding member 25 against the output rod 33 of the electric hydraulic drive device 14. The electric hydraulic drive unit 14 includes an electric motor unit 14a and a hydraulic drive unit 14b. The electric hydraulic unit 14a is operated to generate hydraulic pressure, which is supplied to the hydraulic drive unit 14b to operate the output rod 33. Yes.

As shown in FIG. 6, a reference plate 100 serving as a measurement reference for the tape measure device 34 as a guide means is attached to the side surface of the housing 13. The reference plate 100 includes two locking portions 100a and 100b. The tape measuring device 34a is fed out from the tape measuring device 34 in the insertion direction of the U-shaped strip-shaped workpiece W, and the tip thereof is engaged with one of the locking portions 100a and 100b. If it stops, the tape measure 34a becomes a standard of the dimension which should be sent to the cutting part 11 of the U-shaped strip-shaped workpiece W. The two engaging portions 100a and 100b are provided because two types of trolley wire gripping members are attached to the hanger 1 shown in FIG. 10, and the dimensions of the hanger 1 differ depending on the type.

7 shows a work preforming apparatus supplied to the processing apparatus 10, FIG. 8 shows its operating state, and FIG. 9 shows a U-shaped band-like work W formed by the preforming apparatus of FIG.
The preforming device 50 includes a pair of rods 52 having one ends pivotally coupled by pins 51, and a pair of L-shaped work holding portions 53 provided on both sides of the pins 51 of the rods 52. The connecting end of the rod 52 is formed in an arc shape, and a gap slightly larger than the thickness of the strip-shaped workpiece W 0 is formed between the workpiece holding portion 53 and the rod 52.
Then, insert the strip-shaped workpiece W 0 between the workpiece holder 53 and the rod 52 as shown in FIG. 7, U-shaped strip-shaped workpiece W 0 by a rod 52 to rotate the pin 51 as a fulcrum as shown in FIG. 8 Bend and mold. As a result, a U-shaped strip-shaped workpiece W as shown in FIG. 9 is formed.

Next, the U-shaped strip-shaped workpiece W is put into the cutting portion 11 of the processing apparatus 10 using the tape measure 34a as a guide. That is, the opening end of the U-shaped strip-shaped workpiece W is inserted into the workpiece insertion hole 24 of the workpiece holding member 25 from the opening 16 of the front side plate 13b, and the tip is projected into the workpiece insertion hole 27 on the guide member 22 side. When the electric hydraulic drive device 14 is operated in this state, the workpiece holding member 25 is lowered, and the movable blade 11A of the workpiece holding member 25 and the fixed blade 11B of the guide member 22 cut the U-shaped strip-shaped workpiece W to a specified dimension. . When the operation of the electric hydraulic drive device 14 is stopped at the stage where the cutting is completed, the hydraulic pressure in the cylinder (not shown) of the hydraulic drive unit 14b is released, and the work holding member 25 is urged by the spring 26, and FIG. Return to the position.

Next, the open end of the U-shaped strip-shaped workpiece W is put into the forming portion 12 from the opening 16 of the side plate 13 b and the tip thereof is brought into contact with the workpiece positioning pin 29. At that time, both sides of the tip end portion of the U-shaped strip-shaped workpiece W are engaged with the workpiece locking portion 31, and the U-shaped strip-shaped workpiece W is guided to the workpiece positioning step 32 on both side surfaces thereof to form the mold surface of the lower mold 21. Put it on. The quality of the set state of the U-shaped strip-shaped workpiece W with respect to the workpiece locking portion 31 is determined by whether or not the paint marker PM of the groove 30 shown in FIG. That's fine. When the electric hydraulic drive device 14 is operated in this state, the upper mold 23 descends and presses the U-shaped strip-shaped workpiece W between the lower mold 21 (see FIG. 4). That is, since the U-shaped strip-shaped workpiece W is guided by the workpiece locking portion 31 and the workpiece positioning step portion 32, the U-shaped strip-shaped workpiece W can be pressed without tilting, and the occurrence of defective products is prevented. The When the operation of the electric hydraulic drive device 14 is stopped at the stage where the press molding is completed, the upper mold 23 is urged by the spring 26 and returns to the position shown in FIG. When press molding is sequentially applied to both ends of the U-shaped strip-shaped workpiece W in this way, a trolley wire hanging hanger 1 as shown in FIG. 9 is formed.

In this processing apparatus 10, the cutting part 11 and the molding part 12 are accommodated in the same housing 13, and an electric hydraulic drive device 14 for operating the cutting part 11 and the molding part 12 is provided outside the housing 13. The whole device is compact and convenient to carry. Moreover, since the cutting part 11 and the shaping | molding part 12 are operated with the common drive source (electrical hydraulic drive device 14) which carries out a linear motion, a mechanism is simplified and cost rise can be little.

Further, since there is no possibility of generating a defective product by obliquely cutting the edge of the U-shaped strip-shaped workpiece W, not only the yield is improved, but both ends of the U-shaped strip-shaped workpiece W can be simultaneously cut. Helps shorten. Further, since the U-shaped strip-shaped workpiece W is cut through the workpiece insertion hole 24 of the workpiece holding member 25 and the workpiece insertion hole 27 on the guide member 22 side, it is not necessary to provide a separate workpiece holding means, and the mechanism is simplified. It also helps reduce costs.

According to the pre-former 50, insert the strip-shaped workpiece W 0 between the workpiece holder 53 and the rod 52, only by rotating the rod 52 a pin 51 as a fulcrum, bending a strip-shaped workpiece W 0 in a U-shape Therefore, the U-shaped strip-shaped workpiece W can be formed efficiently.

In the above embodiment, the work holding member 25 having the work insertion hole 24 is attached to the upper mold 23, but the work insertion hole 24 may be directly formed in the upper mold 23.
