Description
CO2 + 3H2 → CH3OH + H2O ・・・(2)
メタノール合成触媒の活性成分、すなわち、触媒活性金属を含有する活性金属化合物を微粒子化するため、当該触媒活性金属を含有する活性金属化合物を水に溶解して水溶液とし、有機溶媒中で界面活性剤を用いてエマルジョン化することによって、前記活性金属化合物の水溶液を封じ込めた微小なミセルを形成させる。
1Mの硝酸銅水溶液、16.25mlと1Mの硝酸亜鉛水溶液、16.25mlとの混合液を、界面活性剤として0.5mol/リットルのポリオキシエチレン(5)−p−ノニルフェニルエーテルを加えたシクロヘキサン溶液、500mlに混合し、硝酸銅と硝酸亜鉛の混合水溶液の微小なミセルが高い分散状態で維持されたエマルジョンを形成させ、活性金属分散溶液とした。該活性金属分散溶液に、トリイソプロポキシアルミニウム、0.3gを加えて撹拌した。
1Mの硝酸銅水溶液、8.125mlと1Mの硝酸亜鉛水溶液、8.125mlとの混合液を、界面活性剤として0.5mol/リットルのポリオキシエチレン(15)セチルエーテルを加えたシクロヘキサン、250mlに混合し、硝酸銅と硝酸亜鉛の混合水溶液の微小なミセルが高い分散状態で維持されたエマルジョンを形成させ、活性金属分散溶液とした。該活性金属分散溶液に、トリイソプロポキシアルミニウム、0.15gを加えて撹拌した。
Claims (4)
- 触媒活性金属を含有する活性金属化合物を水に溶解した水溶液を、有機溶媒中で界面活性剤を用いてエマルジョン化し、前記活性金属化合物の水溶液のミセルを形成させた活性金属分散溶液と、金属アルコキシドと、を混合し、
前記活性金属分散溶液と前記金属アルコキシドとの混合液中の金属アルコキシドをアルコール存在下で加水分解する工程を含むことを特徴とする、メタノール合成触媒の製造方法。 - 請求項1に記載されたメタノール合成触媒の製造方法において、前記アルコールは、プロパノールまたはブタノールであることを特徴とする、メタノール合成触媒の製造方法。
- 請求項1または2に記載されたメタノール合成触媒の製造方法において、前記触媒活性金属は、銅および亜鉛であることを特徴とする、メタノール合成触媒の製造方法。
- 請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載されたメタノール合成触媒の製造方法において、前記金属アルコキシドは、アルミニウムアルコキシドであることを特徴とする、メタノール合成触媒の製造方法。
