Claims (9)
- 基板(20)であって、棚部領域(42)を画定し、当該基板に形成された供給孔(22)を有するもの、及び
前記基板(20)上に形成された複数の滴発生器(24)
を備えている流体吐出装置(12)であって、
各滴発生器(24)が、噴射チャンバ(26)、当該噴射チャンバ(26)内に設けられた流体吐出体(30)、及び前記棚部領域(42)と前記噴射チャンバ(26)との間に流体連通を構築するチャネル(28)を有し、前記チャネル(28)が、流体を別々に輸送するように構成された、前記噴射チャンバ(26)への少なくとも2つの別個のインレット(40)を有し、
各噴射チャンバ(26)がチャンバ長さ(L)を有し、前記棚部領域(42)が棚部長さ(S)を規定し、当該棚部長さ(S)が、各流体吐出体(30)の前方と前記流体供給孔(22)の端部との間の距離であり、
前記棚部長さ(S)が前記チャンバ長さ(L)より短い、流体吐出装置。 - 各チャンバ(26)が幅を有し、前記インレット(40)が、前記チャンバの前記幅より小さい横方向距離を規定する、請求項1に記載の流体吐出装置(12)。
- 各チャンバ(26)が複数の壁部によって画定され、前記壁部のうち第1の壁部が、前記棚部領域(42)に隣接して位置し、前記2つのインレット(40)がいずれも、前記第1の壁部内に形成されている、請求項1又は2に記載の流体吐出装置(12)。
- 前記複数の滴発生器(24)が、前記供給孔(22)の周りに配置されている、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の流体吐出装置(12)。
- 各流体吐出体(30)が抵抗体(30)である、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の流体吐出装置(12)。
- 各滴発生器(24)が、前記流体吐出体(30)の上方に配置されたノズル(16)を含む、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の流体吐出装置(12)。
- 各ノズル(16)の位置が、対応する流体吐出体(30)に対してずらされて配置されている、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の流体吐出装置(12)。
- 各滴発生器(24)が、前記少なくとも2つの別個のインレット(40)を分離し且つ画定する島部(44)を有する、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の流体吐出装置(12)。
- 前記噴射チャンバ(26)が、後壁、2つの側壁及び前壁を有し、前記第1の壁が前壁である、請求項3に記載の流体吐出装置(12)。
