Description
Claims (9)
- 第1ギアトレイン(106a)および第2ギアトレイン(106b)を有するギアトレインからなる差動機構(105)と、
上記差動機構(105)の上記第1ギアトレイン(106a)を介してボールねじ(104)を回転駆動するように構成されたモータ(101)と、
上記差動機構(105)の上記第2ギアトレイン(106b)に接続されるとともに、保持力を有し、上記差動機構(105)内のトルクがこの保持力を越えたときに、該差動機構(105)内のトルクを消散するように構成されたブレーキ(103)と、
を備え、
上記ブレーキ(103)は、上記差動機構(105)内のトルクが上記保持力を越えたときに回転するように構成されていることを特徴とするアクチュエータ(100)。 - 上記モータ(101)が電気モータであり、上記アクチュエータ(100)が電気機械的アクチュエータ(EMA)であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアクチュエータ。
- 上記の回転するボールねじ(104)に螺合した並進ナット(107)を備え、この並進ナット(107)が直線運動するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアクチュエータ。
- ポジションセンサ(102)をさらに備え、このポジションセンサは、上記並進ナット(107)の位置に関するデータをコントローラへ送信するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のアクチュエータ。
- 上記ブレーキ(103)の上記保持力は、上記モータ(101)の最大出力トルクに等しいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアクチュエータ。
- 上記差動機構(105)内の上記トルクは、過渡的な力のスパイクからなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアクチュエータ。
- 上記差動機構(105)は、速度加算型差動機構からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアクチュエータ。
- 上記差動機構(105)は、2:1の減速ギア段からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアクチュエータ。
- 上記ブレーキ(103)は、摩擦材料からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアクチュエータ。
