Description
Claims (23)
- 高い屈折率を有する有機ポリマーであって、
チオフェンおよび三フッ化ホウ素ジエチルエーテラートの溶液を準備する工程と、
前記溶液内の少なくとも1種のプロトン性成分によって前記チオフェンの飽和を妨げる工程と、
前記チオフェンを重合させ、700nmの波長を有する電磁エネルギーに対して少なくとも2.3の屈折率を有する共役有機ポリマーを形成する工程と、
を含み、
前記重合の反応に使用される温度は、前記三フッ化ホウ素ジエチルエーテラートの凝固点の20℃以内である方法によって形成される、有機ポリマー。 - 請求項1において、
前記チオフェンの飽和を妨げる工程が、前記溶液にプロトントラップを導入する工程を含む、有機ポリマー。 - 請求項2において、
前記プロトントラップが、2,6−ジ−tert−ブチルピリジン、2,4,6−トリ−tert−ブチルピリジン、2,4,6−トリ−tert−ブチルピリミジンまたはそれらの2種以上の組み合わせから選択される、有機ポリマー。 - 請求項1において、
前記チオフェンを重合させる工程が、前記溶液に電位を印加して前記チオフェンの重合を開始させる工程を含む、有機ポリマー。 - 請求項1において、
前記共役有機ポリマーが、ポリチオフェンを含む、有機ポリマー。 - 請求項1において、
前記共役有機ポリマーが、700nmの波長を有する電磁エネルギーに対して少なくと
も2.4の屈折率を有する、有機ポリマー。 - 請求項1において、
前記共役有機ポリマーが、700nmの波長を有する電磁エネルギーに対して少なくとも2.5の屈折率を有する、有機ポリマー。 - 請求項1において、
前記共役有機ポリマーが、700nmの波長を有する電磁エネルギーに対して少なくとも2.6の屈折率を有する、有機ポリマー。 - 請求項1において、
前記共役有機ポリマーが、700nmの波長を有する電磁エネルギーに対して少なくとも2.7の屈折率を有する、有機ポリマー。 - 請求項1において、
前記共役有機ポリマーが、700nmの波長を有する電磁エネルギーに対して少なくとも2.8の屈折率を有する、有機ポリマー。 - 請求項1において、
前記共役有機ポリマーが、700nmの波長を有する電磁エネルギーに対して少なくとも2.9の屈折率を有する、有機ポリマー。 - 請求項1において、
前記共役有機ポリマーが、700nmの波長を有する電磁エネルギーに対して少なくとも3.0の屈折率を有する、有機ポリマー。 - 非局在化されたπ電子を有する共役部分を含み、700nmの波長を有する電磁エネルギーに対して2.3の屈折率を有する、有機ポリマー。
- 700nmの波長を有する電磁エネルギーに対して少なくとも2.3の屈折率を有するポリチオフェンを含む基体領域と、
前記基体領域内に形成され、第2の材料を含む複数の第2の領域と、
を含み、
第1の周波数範囲内の電磁エネルギーの少なくとも一部を反射し、前記第1の周波数範囲とは異なる第2の周波数範囲内の電磁エネルギーの少なくとも一部を透過させる、フォトニック結晶。 - 請求項14において、
前記ポリチオフェンが、700nmの波長を有する電磁エネルギーに対して少なくとも2.4の屈折率を有する、フォトニック結晶。 - 請求項14において、
前記ポリチオフェンが、700nmの波長を有する電磁エネルギーに対して少なくとも2.5の屈折率を有する、フォトニック結晶。 - 請求項14において、
前記ポリチオフェンが、700nmの波長を有する電磁エネルギーに対して少なくとも2.6の屈折率を有する、フォトニック結晶。 - 請求項14において、
前記ポリチオフェンが、700nmの波長を有する電磁エネルギーに対して少なくとも2.7の屈折率を有する、フォトニック結晶。 - 請求項14において、
前記ポリチオフェンが、700nmの波長を有する電磁エネルギーに対して少なくとも2.8の屈折率を有する、フォトニック結晶。 - 請求項14において、
前記ポリチオフェンが、700nmの波長を有する電磁エネルギーに対して少なくとも2.9の屈折率を有する、フォトニック結晶。 - 請求項14において、
前記ポリチオフェンが、700nmの波長を有する電磁エネルギーに対して少なくとも3.0の屈折率を有する、フォトニック結晶。 - 請求項14において、
前記第2の材料が空気である、フォトニック結晶。 - 請求項14において、
前記第2の材料の屈折率に対する前記ポリチオフェンの屈折率の比率が少なくとも2.3である、フォトニック結晶。
