Description
(1)薄板状の固体電解質体を搬送する際の梱包体であって、前記固体電解質体の主要面の基準長さの15%以下の幅で外周辺から内側に設ける把持部を前記固体電解質体の周縁に備え、前記把持部を把持する支持部材と、前記主要面への異物の飛来を防ぐように前記主要面を非接触で包む覆いと、前記支持部材及び前記覆いを結合する結合部材と、を含み、前記覆いは、合成樹脂又は合成樹脂に微小な酸化物が分散された材料からなることを特徴とする梱包体を提供することができる。
ここでいう密度は、見かけの密度若しくは嵩密度である。一般に材種が同じで、嵩密度が高いと機械的強度は高くなる傾向があるが、これは気孔の体積が減少するからである。同様に密度が高くなると、弾性率も高くなる傾向がある。支持部材は、固体電解質体の把持部を把持し、把持部以外の部分が梱包材等と接触しないように保持するため、ある程度の強度を持つことが好ましい。従って、密度は0.1g/cm3以上が好ましく、0.2g/cm3以上がより好ましく、0.3g/cm3以上が更に好ましい。一方、梱包体に外部から加えられる振動を吸収し、減衰させ、把持した把持部から固体電解質体に振動が伝わり難くすることが好ましい。一般に、有機材料として用いられるものは、真密度が、0.8〜1.5g/cm3程度のものが多いが、振動の吸収には材料特性(例えば、エントロピー弾性や粘弾性)だけでなく、構造的なものも期待される。嵩密度は、2g/cm3以下が好ましく、1.8g/cm3以下がより好ましく、1.6g/cm3以下が更に好ましい。

の各成分を含有することを特徴とする上記(9)に記載の梱包体。
原料としてH3PO4、Al(PO3)3、Li2CO3、SiO2、TiO2を使用し、これらを酸化物換算のモル%で、P2O5が33.8%、Al2O3が7.6%、Li2Oが14.5%、TiO2が41.3%、SiO2が2.8%といった組成になるように秤量して均一に混合した後に、白金ポットに入れ、電気炉中1450℃でガラス融液を撹拌しながら3時間加熱熔解した。その後、ガラス融液を流水中に滴下させることにより、フレーク状のガラスを得た。

Claims (9)
- 薄板状の脆性材料である固体電解質体を搬送する際の梱包体であって、
前記固体電解質体の主要面の基準長さの15%以下の幅で外周辺から内側に設ける把持部を前記固体電解質体の周縁に備え、
前記把持部を把持する支持部材と、
前記主要面への異物の飛来を防ぐように前記主要面を非接触で包む覆いと、
前記支持部材及び前記覆いを結合する結合部材と、を含み、
前記支持部材は、圧縮弾性率が1Paから1GPaの弾性体であり、
前記覆いは、合成樹脂又は合成樹脂に微小な酸化物が分散された材料からなることを特徴とする梱包体。 - 前記支持部材は、表面固有抵抗値が1013Ω以下の樹脂からなることを特徴とする請求項1記載の梱包体。
- 前記支持部材は、密度が0.1〜2g/cm3であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の梱包体。
- 前記支持部材は、帯電防止材料からなることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の梱包構造。
- 前記覆い及び/又は前記支持部材は、IES−RP−CC003−87−T規準のタンブラー法により測定した1.0μm以上の塵の個数が200個以下となる材料からなることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の梱包体。
- 前記主要面を鉛直にして搬送することを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の梱包体。
- 前記主要面の表及び裏側であって、前記覆いとの間に、前記主要面から、固体電解質の厚みの2倍以上離れたところに、バックアップ部材を備えることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の梱包体。
- 前記固体電解質は、ガラス又はガラスセラミックスを含むことを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の梱包体。
- 前記ガラスは酸化物基準のmol%表示で、
Li2O 10〜25%、及び
Al2O3及び/又はGa2O3 0〜15%、及び
TiO2及び/又はGeO2 25〜50%、及び
SiO2 0〜15%、及び
P2O5 26〜40%
の各成分を含有することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の梱包構造。
