Claims (10)
- 走査対象(22)を収容する開口(48)を有する回転式ガントリ(12)と、
該回転式ガントリ(12)に取り付けられており、前記対象(22)に向かってX線を放出するように構成されている第一のX線放出源(90、190)と、
前記回転式ガントリ(12)に取り付けられており、前記対象(22)に向かってX線を放出するように構成されている第二のX線放出源(92、192)と、
前記第一のX線放出源(90、190)から放出されたX線を受光するように構成されている第一の検出器(100、200)と、
前記第二のX線放出源(92、192)から放出されたX線を受光するように構成されている第二の検出器(106、206)と
を備えた計算機式断層写真法(CT)イメージング・システム(10)であって、
前記第一の検出器(100、200)の第一の部分が、積算モードで動作するように構成されており、前記第二の検出器(106、220)の第一の部分が、少なくともフォトン計数モードで動作するように構成されている、
計算機式断層写真法(CT)イメージング・システム(10)。 - 前記第一の検出器(100、200)の前記第一の部分からの非飽和データを用いて前記第二の検出器(106、206)の飽和データを補正するようにプログラムされているコンピュータをさらに含んでいる請求項1に記載の計算機式断層写真法イメージング・システム(10)。
- 前記第一の検出器(100)の前記第一の部分は前記第一の検出器全体を含んでいる、請求項1に記載の計算機式断層写真法イメージング・システム(10)。
- 前記第二の検出器の前記第一の部分は前記第二の検出器(106)全体を含んでいる、請求項3に記載の計算機式断層写真法イメージング・システム(10)。
- 前記第二の検出器(106)は、前記第一の検出器の視野(FOV)(210)よりも小さい限定された視野(110)を有する、請求項3に記載の計算機式断層写真法イメージング・システム(10)。
- 前記第一のX線放出源(90)は、前記第二のX線放出源(92)のピーク電力能力よりも大きいピーク電力能力を有する、請求項3に記載の計算機式断層写真法イメージング・システム(10)。
- 前記第二の検出器(206)は、前記積算モード又は前記フォトン計数モードのいずれかで動作するように構成可能である直接変換検出器を含んでいる、請求項1に記載の計算機式断層写真法イメージング・システム(10)。
- 前記第二の検出器の第二の部分(222、223)が、少なくとも前記積算モードで動作するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の計算機式断層写真法イメージング・システム(10)。
- 前記第二の検出器の前記第一の部分(220)は、前記第二のX線放出源(192)から放出されるX線の中心ビームを中央で受光するように配置されている、請求項8に記載の計算機式断層写真法イメージング・システム(10)。
- 前記第二の検出器の前記第二の部分(222、223)は、積算モード及びフォトン計数モードのいずれでも動作するように構成可能であり、前記第二のX線放出源(192)は前記第一のX線放出源(190)のピーク電力能力よりも大きいピーク電力能力を有する、請求項8に記載の計算機式断層写真法イメージング・システム(10)。
