Claims (5)
- 液体が入れられ加熱される箇所を液位検出対象とする液位検出器であって、
上下方向へ沿って配置される外筒と、
この外筒に上下に貫通して設けられ、上端部が前記液位検出対象の気相部に気相側連通管を介して接続される一方、下端部が前記液位検出対象の液相部に液相側連通管を介して接続される内筒と、
この内筒より外側において前記外筒に差し込まれ、前記外筒の上部に絶縁材を介して保持される電極棒とを備え、
前記各連通管内と前記外筒内とを連通させる穴を、前記外筒内の上下において前記内筒の周側壁に開けた
ことを特徴とする液位検出器。 - 前記内筒の周側壁に開けられる上下の穴の内、下側の穴は、その下端部が前記外筒内の下端部と対応して形成される
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液位検出器。 - 前記内筒の周側壁に開けられる上下の穴の内、上側の穴は、その上端部が前記外筒内の上端部よりも下方に形成される
ことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の液位検出器。 - 前記内筒の周側壁に開けられる上下の穴の内、上側の穴は、前記電極棒と前記外筒との絶縁部へ対向しないよう形成される
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の液位検出器。 - 上部管寄せと下部管寄せとの間が水管で接続された缶体と、この缶体外において前記上部管寄せと前記下部管寄せとに接続された気水分離器とを備え、前記上部管寄せからの蒸気は前記気水分離器を介して蒸気使用設備へ供給される蒸気ボイラの水位制御に用いられ、
前記内筒は、上端部が前記気相側連通管を介して前記上部管寄せまたは前記気水分離器と接続される一方、下端部が前記液相側連通管を介して前記下部管寄せと接続される
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の液位検出器。
