Description
Claims (10)
- 表示画面及び少なくとも1つのホログラフィックプロジェクタを有するホログラフィック投影システムであり、前記少なくとも1つのホログラフィックプロジェクタが、映像ホログラムのホログラフィック情報を含むシーンの再構成に対する光波を変調する空間光変調器手段と、前記表示画面を通して所望の眼の位置に前記変調波を向け且つ前記所望の眼の位置に対する再構成シーンを含む変調波を追跡するために位置制御器が前記変調波の伝播方向及び及び出射位置を調整する際に使用する投影手段とを含むホログラフィック投影システムであって:
−各々が時間多重で個々の変調部分波を提供するために変調器セルの部分を含む前記光変調器手段の複数の変調器セグメント(MS0...MSn)のシーケンスを別個に活性化し、
−アクティブな各変調器セグメント(MSa)がシーンの再構成セグメントを含む変調部分波を表示画面(S)の対応する画面セグメント(Sa)を通して現在の眼の位置(EP)に向けるように前記アクティブな変調器セグメント(MSa)に依存する伝播方向(D1、D2)及び前記変調部分波の対応する出射位置(POS1、POS2)を前記位置制御器を使用して調整し、全ての再構成変調部分波が共に再構成シーン(3DS)全体を可視にするシステム制御器を特徴とするホログラフィック投影システム。 - 前記システム制御器は、現在の各変調部分波に対して、前記現在の眼の位置(EP)及び前記空間光変調器手段(SLM)の前記アクティブな変調器セグメントの位置に依存して前記伝播方向(D1、D2)及び前記出射位置(POS1、POS2)を調整することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のホログラフィック投影システム。
- 前記アクティブな変調器セグメントにより生成される前記部分波の伝播方向及び出射位置を調整するために時間多重処理において前記システム制御器により制御されるホログラフィックプロジェクタ(HP)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のホログラフィック投影システム。
- 前記システム制御器により制御される別の空間光変調器が時間多重処理において個々の変調器セグメントに対する照明を活性化するために前記光変調器手段の光路に配設された、前記空間光変調器手段に対する変調照明手段を含むか、若しくは、前記光変調器手段の前記アクティブな変調器セグメントの位置に依存して前記部分波の前記伝播方向及び前記出射位置を順次調整する調整可能な光波追跡手段(M1、M2)を含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のホログラフィック投影システム。
- 空間多重処理において制御される局所的に分散される複数のホログラフィックプロジェクタは、個々の伝播方向及び出射位置により特徴付けられる部分波により前記シーンを再構成し、ホログラム側の各変調部分波を対応する画面セグメントに向けることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のホログラフィック投影システム。
- 前記システム制御器が、前記現在の眼の位置に依存し且つ前記表示画面(S)の前記対応する画面セグメントの位置に依存して、前記部分波の前記伝播方向及び出射位置を調整するか、若しくは、前記ホログラフィック投影システムが、前記現在の映像ホログラムの前記ホログラフィック情報をホログラムセグメントに分散させ、前記ホログラムセグメントを複数のホログラフィックプロジェクタに関連付ける符号化手段を含むことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のホログラフィック投影システム。
- 異なる出射位置を通して異なる伝播方向に光分波器手段から出射する複数の部分波を形成するように、ホログラフィックプロジェクタにより生成され且つ前記シーンの前記現在の映像ホログラムの前記情報を搬送する光波を分割するために前記ホログラム側に前記光分波器手段を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のホログラフィック投影システム。
- 前記光分波器手段は、前記現在の眼の位置(EPL/EPR)に従って各部分波の全ての出射位置及び対応する伝播方向を調整する調整可能な光波追跡手段を含むことを特徴とする請求項7に記載のホログラフィック投影システム。
- 前記投影手段は、水平方向に交互になる部分波の構造を前記表示画面の前記画面セグメントに投影するか、若しくは、前記表示画面を通して現在の眼の位置に前記変調波を向けるために、前記ホログラフィックプロジェクタの前記伝播方向及び前記出射位置が変更されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のホログラフィック投影システム。
- 各変調器セグメントのサイズは、前記投影手段により前記対応する画面セグメントに向けられ且つ前記眼の位置に前記画面セグメントを結像する前記変調部分波が可視領域の幅より大きくない幅を有するように決定されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のホログラフィック投影システム。
