Description
Claims (3)
- 第1のガラス部材と第2のガラス部材とを溶着してガラス溶着体を製造するガラス溶着方法であって、
前記第1のガラス部材と前記第2のガラス部材との間に、環状の溶着予定領域に沿ってガラス層を形成する工程と、
前記ガラス層の一部に第1のレーザ光を照射することにより、前記ガラス層に結晶化部を形成する工程と、
前記結晶化部を照射開始位置及び照射終了位置として前記溶着予定領域に沿って前記ガラス層に第2のレーザ光を照射することにより、前記第1のガラス部材と前記第2のガラス部材とを溶着する工程と、を含むことを特徴とするガラス溶着方法。 - 前記第2のレーザ光の吸収率が中心部に向かって漸次的に低下するように前記結晶化部を形成することを特徴とする請求項1記載のガラス溶着方法。
- 前記第1のレーザ光をパルス発振させ、前記第2のレーザ光を連続発振させることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のガラス溶着方法。
