Description

The present invention relates to a refrigerator.

With the increasing size of refrigerators, the width of refrigerators tends to increase. In a general refrigerator configuration, an ice making room and a second freezing room or a switching room having a relatively small internal volume are provided in the upper part of the first freezing room side by side. These two chambers arranged on the left and right are both constructed as a drawer type, with the food storage container supported by a door frame fixed inside the door. And it can be pulled out using the rail provided on the side surface of the refrigerator inner box and the rail provided on both side surfaces of the vertical partition heat insulating wall provided between the two chambers (for example, Patent Document 1). reference).

In this patent document 1, the depth dimension of the vertical partition heat insulating wall that partitions the freezer compartment to the left and right is set to be approximately the same as the depth dimension of the rail on the inner box side. And the rail of the same dimension as the rail of an inner box side is provided in this vertical partition heat insulation wall.

In the configuration of Patent Document 1, the rear end of the vertical partition heat insulating wall having the same depth dimension and depth dimension of the inner box side rail is brought into contact with a partition member located in the back of the interior. For this reason, when removing a division member, a division member cannot be removed unless the vertical partition heat insulation wall is removed before that.

That is, since the cooler chamber contains electrical parts such as a heater for defrosting the frost attached to the cooler, it is necessary to remove the partition member when checking the refrigerator. However, the said vertical partition heat insulation wall is contact | abutting to the division member of the width direction middle of an inner box. For this reason, unless the vertical partition heat insulation wall is removed, the partition member cannot be removed, and workability during service such as repair and inspection is poor.

In Patent Document 1, a vertical partition heat insulating wall is divided into two front and rear parts to ensure a drawer size. For this reason, a rail is provided on each of the two front and rear parts, and the length is matched with the length of the inner box side rail. In this configuration, it is difficult to connect the two front and rear rails linearly without a step. If it is not connected in a straight line without a step, the drawer door cannot be pulled out smoothly. For example, because the vertical partition heat insulation wall is composed of two parts, due to variations in dimensions, distortion, etc. on the parts, or variations in mounting accuracy during assembly, the door frame attached to the inner box side A parallel state cannot be secured. Furthermore, it was difficult to assemble the divided vertical partition heat insulation walls as they were after the maintenance inspection.

As described above, the conventional refrigerator has a problem that the ice compartment door and the like are sufficiently drawn out, and that the partition member cannot be easily attached or detached without removing the left and right partition members during maintenance and inspection services. It was.

Then, this invention aims at obtaining the refrigerator which can take out easily the food accommodated at the back of the storage container, and is easy for service work, such as a maintenance check.

In the refrigerator, rails are provided on the left and right of the lower part of the left and right partition members, respectively supporting the door frames, and the upper parts of the left and right partition members are attached to the partition heat insulating member, and the rails are between the partition members. Provided with a space to remove the partition member, E Bei a holding member for holding serial left and right partition member spacing dimension between the refrigerator side, one end of the holding member is engaged with the left and right partition member, the other end of the holding member in front of the freezing chamber And it attached to the up-and-down partition member provided in the width direction of the opening of the said freezer compartment, It is characterized by the above-mentioned.

Further, one end of the holding member is engaged with the left and right partition members, and the other end of the holding member is attached to the refrigerator inner wall on the side of the space having a small width dimension among the spaces partitioned left and right by the left and right partition members. It is characterized by that.

Further, one end of the holding member is engaged with the left and right partition members, and the other end of the holding member is attached to the refrigerator inner wall on the side of the space having a small load weight among the spaces partitioned left and right by the left and right partition members. It is characterized by that.

In addition, at least one of the rails protrudes into one of the spaces partitioned by the left and right partition members rather than the engaging portion between the partition heat insulating member and the left and right partition members.

INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY The present invention can provide a refrigerator that can easily take out food stored in the back of a storage container and that can be easily serviced such as maintenance and inspection.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. 1, 2, and 3, the refrigerator body 1 includes a refrigerator compartment door that includes a right door 2 a that opens and closes the refrigerator compartment 2 from the left and right and a left door 2 b, and an ice making chamber that is closed by the ice making chamber door 5. 3, the second freezer compartment 4 closed by the second freezer compartment door 6, the first freezer compartment 27 closed by the first freezer compartment door 7, and the vegetable closed by the vegetable compartment door 8 And a chamber 8a.

The ice making chamber 3 and the second freezing chamber 4 are provided side by side. Note that the ice making chamber 3, the second freezing chamber 4 and the first freezing chamber 27 are provided in a communicating storage space. The refrigerator doors (the right door 2a and the left door 2b) are French doors that open and close to the left and right, and the other doors slide open and close in the front-rear direction, and the containers in the respective storage chambers (the ice storage container 15 and the storage container 25). Etc.) can be pulled out.

Next, in FIGS. 2, 3, 4, and 7, the ice making chamber 3 and the second freezing chamber 4 positioned in the upper space and the first freezing chamber 27 positioned in the lower space are in the same storage space. Is provided. Hereinafter, when it is simply referred to as a freezing room, it refers to these three rooms. These three chambers communicate with each other and are not configured to block cold air, heat, or the like. The left and right partition members 9 that divide the ice making chamber 3 and the second freezing chamber 4 into left and right are means for enabling the ice storage container 15 and the storage container 25 attached to the ice making chamber door 5 and the second freezing chamber door 6 to be pulled out. It is provided for configuration.

Depending on the purpose, the first freezing chamber 27 and other chambers may be partitioned by a thin plate, but the temperature of each chamber is approximately the same as the freezing chamber temperature. The front end portions of the left and right partition members 9 are coupled to the vertical partition members 10 that come in contact with the packings provided on the inside of the ice making chamber door 5 and the inside of the second freezer compartment door 6, respectively. The surface of the vertical partition member 10 is made of a thin steel plate or the like and becomes a magnetized surface of the rubber magnet of the packing. Further, heating means (condenser pipe or electric heater) is provided in the vertical partition member 10 to prevent the condensed water from adhering to the magnetized surface. For this reason, the vertical partition member 10 and the horizontal partition member 11 connected thereto cannot be removed from the refrigerator main body 1.

A cooler chamber 22 is provided at the back of the freezer compartment, and a defroster serving as heating means such as a cooler 23, a blower 23 a for circulating cold air, and a glass tube heater and a sheathed heater is installed therein.

Further, as shown in FIG. 3, the left and right partition members 9 are fixed to the vertical partition member 10 and the horizontal partition member 11 using screws or the like (not shown), and the rear end upper surface is fixed to the upper surface 1b of the freezer compartment. To do. An engaging member 13 shown in FIG. 7A is fixed to the upper surface 1b of the freezer compartment by fixing means such as a screw 12. The upper end engaging portion 9b of the left and right partition member 9 having the shape shown in FIGS. 7A and 7B is engaged with and fixed to the engaging member 13. The upper surface 1b of the freezer compartment is formed by the second horizontal partition heat insulating member 26 that insulates the refrigerator compartment 2 incorporated in the refrigerator inner box 1a from the freezer compartment.

Further, the rear end surface 9a (see FIG. 4) of the left and right partition members 9 is located at L1-50 mm with respect to the depth dimension L1 of the ice making chamber 3 (second freezing chamber 4).

Next, the automatic ice making machine 14 is detachably provided on the upper surface 1b of the freezing room of the ice making room 3, and water is supplied to the ice making unit 14a (ice tray) from a cold water tank (not shown) provided in the refrigerating room 2 or the like. Ice making. The ice made is automatically dropped and stored in an ice storage container 15 installed below an ice making unit (ice tray) 14a. The rear end of the automatic ice making machine 14 is also located at a position of L1-50 mm with respect to the depth dimension L1 of the ice making chamber 3 in the same manner as the rear end surface 9a of the left and right partition members 9. Therefore, between the ice making part (ice tray) 14a of the automatic ice making machine 14 and the upper air outlet 19a which is formed on the front surface of the partition member 19 described later and blows out the cool air from the cooler 23 to the ice making part 14a or the like, 50 mm or more. A space is formed.

In order to reduce the space of 50 mm or more between the ice making portion 14a and the upper air outlet 19a, a cold air duct is provided so as to protrude from the partition member 19 to the space on the ice making portion 14a side.

Reference numeral 16 denotes a partition rail portion provided integrally with the left and right partition members 9, and is provided on each of the ice making chamber 3 side and the second freezing chamber 4 side (see FIG. 2). In the present embodiment, in order to reduce the number of parts and increase the strength, the partition rail portion 16 is provided integrally with the left and right partition members 9, but may be separate.

Inner box rail portions 17 are provided on the left and right side walls of the refrigerator inner box 1a at substantially the same height as the partition rail portion 16, respectively. With the partition rail portion 16 and the inner box rail portion 17, the door frame 18 that supports the ice storage container 15 can be moved in the front-rear direction of the interior. The partition rail portion 16 and the inner box rail portion 17 are formed by grooves (spaces) having a U-shaped cross section.

First and second slide pieces, which will be described later, are located between the lower surface side and the upper surface side of the grooves forming the partition rail portion 16 and the inner box rail portion 17, and slide in the front-rear direction in the cabinet. Although the ice making chamber 3 is described in the present embodiment, the same effect can be obtained by adopting the same configuration in the second freezing chamber 4.

The door frame 18 is fixed to the ice-making chamber door 5 and the second freezing chamber 6 with screws or the like, and has an ice storage container 15 and a storage container 25 attached to the ice-making chamber door 5 with a drawer type. That is, the ice storage container 15 is supported by the door frame 18, and the ice storage container 15 is pulled out with the movement of the ice making chamber door 5. The door frame 18 is formed by bending a thin steel plate by plastic processing such as bending and pressing, thereby ensuring strength in a space-saving manner.

In addition, although the rail which supports the door frame 18 is demonstrated with the partition rail part 16 and the inner box rail part 17, it is not limited to this. That is, it should just be provided in the position which makes a pair with the partition rail part 16, and is not restricted to the refrigerator inner box 1a.

The dimensions of the left and right partition members 9 are dimensions that form a space that allows the partition member 19 to be detachable between the rear end and the partition member 19, and are smaller than the dimensions of the door frame 18. The first and second slide pieces 20 and 21 are respectively attached to the rear end of the door frame 18, and when the door is closed (see FIG. 6), one end of the second slide piece 21 is located behind the partition rail portion 16. The second slide piece 21 is positioned above the end, and the other end of the second slide piece 21 is positioned behind the rear end surface 16a of the partition rail portion 16.

At the back of the freezer compartment, there is provided a cooler chamber 22 in which a cooler 23, a cooler circulation fan 23a, a defrosting device as a heating means such as a glass tube heater and a sheathed heater, and other electrical equipment are installed. . The cooler chamber 22 and the freezing chamber are partitioned by a partition member 19. And in this cooler room 22, since the electrical goods containing a defrost apparatus are installed, the division member 19 needs to be removable at the time of service, such as a maintenance check. When the partition member 19 is removed, for example, if the partition member 19 is divided into a small structure, the attaching / detaching work is facilitated. However, when the division member 19 has a large number of divisions, the space (gap) generated at the joint causes a cold air leak. In addition, the number of parts increases and the cost increases. For these reasons, the freezer compartment and the cooler compartment 22 are partitioned by the integral partition member 19. In this embodiment, the integral partition member 19 is easily attached and detached. Hereinafter, the details of the structure will be described with reference to FIGS. 5, 6, 8, and 9.

First, the door frame 18 will be described with reference to FIG. The depth dimension of the door frame 18 is made to be approximately the same size according to the inner box rail portion 17 provided on the side wall of the refrigerator inner box 1a. Moreover, it is formed longer than the partition rail part 16 (for example, the inner box rail part 17 is about 45 mm longer than the partition rail part 16). That is, the ice storage container 15 is drawn out to the outdoor space 45 mm longer than the depth dimension of the partition rail portion 16. As a result, the usability is improved as much as 45 mm of the ice storage container 15 can be pulled out.

The door frame 18 includes a back frame 18c that supports the rear end of the ice storage container 15, a first side frame 18a attached to the inner box rail portion 17 side of the back frame 18c, and a back frame 18c. The second side frame 18b attached to the partition rail 16 side is combined in a substantially U shape.

The door frame 18 combined in the U-shape is screwed and fixed to the ice making chamber door 5 side by attachment portions 18d respectively provided on the first side frame 18a and the second side frame 18b. As the ice making room door 5 is pulled out, the door frame 18 holding the ice storage container 15 moves on the partition rail portion 16 and the inner box rail portion 17 (see FIG. 2).

Reference numeral 20 denotes a first slide piece attached to the refrigerator inner box 1a side of the first side frame 18a, which is a cylindrical member made of resin, for example. The first slide piece 20 is attached so as to be located on the outer side (inner box side) of the long side of the refrigerator inner box 1a side so as to move on the rail lower surface of the inner box rail portion 17. The first slide piece 20 is fixed to the end of the back frame 18c with a screw or the like via the first side frame 18a.

21 is a resin-made second slide piece. As described above, since the inner box rail portion 17 is about 45 mm longer than the partition rail portion 16, it has a length of about 100 mm that can compensate for the difference. It is a rod-shaped body. The second slide piece 21 includes a cylindrical part 21a in the rear part thereof, a rod-like part 21c in front of the cylindrical part 21a, and an attachment part to the second side frame 18b on the front upper surface of the rod-like part 21c. Nail 21b.

The cylindrical portion 21a has a surface in contact with the lower surface side of the partition rail portion 16 on the same surface as the rod-shaped portion 21c, a surface on the upper surface side of the partition rail portion 16 projects upward from the rod-shaped portion 21c, and has a substantially U-shaped cross section. The cylindrical portion 21a is configured not to tilt too much in the horizontal direction within the groove width of the rail portion 16.

And the cylindrical part 21a of the 2nd slide piece 21 is fixed to the partition rail part 16 side edge part of the back part frame 18c using the screw etc. via the 2nd side part frame 18b, and the 2nd side part. A claw 21b provided at a front portion serving as an attachment portion to the frame 18b is locked and fixed to the second side frame 18b.

Further, the cylindrical portion 21a of the second slide piece 21 and the cylindrical first slide piece 20 face each other at substantially the same position (height and depth).

The cylindrical portion 21a and the rod-shaped portion 21c of the second slide piece 21 are attached so as to be positioned outside the surface on the partition rail portion 16 side of the second side frame 18b so as to move in the partition rail portion 16. It has been. As a result, the second slide piece 21 can move within the partition rail portion 16 even within the partition rail portion 16 that is 45 mm shorter than the inner box rail portion 17.

That is, FIG. 6 showing the engagement state of the second slide piece 21 and the partition rail portion 16 when the ice making room door 5 is closed is a bar-shaped portion of the second slide piece 21 attached to the door frame 18. 21 c is located on the rear end of the partition rail portion 16. And the cylindrical part 21a of the 2nd slide piece 21 is located in the space of 45 mm back direction rather than the partition rail part rear end surface 16a. The partition member 19 is located 50 mm behind the rear end of the door frame 18.

On the other hand, when the ice making chamber door 5 is pulled out, the rod-like portion 21c and the cylindrical portion 21a of the second slide piece 21 are positioned in the partition rail portion 16 on the side of the partition rail front end surface 16b as shown in FIGS. Therefore, the ice making room door 5 does not fall off the partition rail portion 16. Thereby, even if the partition rail part 16 is shorter than the door frame 18, the usability of the ice storage container 15 drawn out with the pulling-out operation of the ice making chamber door 5 is sufficiently secured.

The door frame 18 and the ice storage container 15 attached to the ice making room door 5 can be pulled out and removed from the refrigerator main body. For example, when the container is cleaned or necessary, the door frame 18 can be separated from the partition rail portion 16 and the inner box rail portion 17 and removed from the refrigerator body for cleaning.

As described above, in the present embodiment, the example in which the second slide piece 21 is attached to the second side frame 18b has been described. Similarly, on the first side frame 18a side, instead of the first slide piece 20, a second slide piece 21 may be attached to share the slide piece. Furthermore, although the above description has explained the container pulled out with the operation of pulling out the ice making chamber door 5, the same effect can be obtained in other chambers if they have the same configuration.

Further, as shown in FIG. 8, the rear end of the door frame 18 is placed on the lower surface of the second slide piece 21 during the closing operation of the ice making room door 5 (or the second freezing room door 6). An inclined surface 21d is provided for generating a force for sliding to the side. That is, when the inclined surface 21d is positioned on the corner of the partition rail rear end surface 16a, the inclined direction of the inclined surface 21d is formed in a direction that generates a force for sliding (sliding) toward the inner side of the interior. Yes. By sliding (sliding) to the back side in the warehouse by the inclined surface 21d, the cylindrical portion 21a moves to the back side in the warehouse, and the bottom surface of the cylindrical portion 21a is lowered below the bottom surface side of the partition rail portion 16. The rear end of the door frame 18 slides toward the back side in the cabinet. Thus, the inclined surface 21d of the lower surface portion of the second slide piece 21 attached to the second side frame 18b constitutes a closer for preventing half-doors. A similar inclined surface (not shown) is provided on the first side frame 18a facing the second side frame 18b.

Next, the attachment / detachment of the partition member 19 will be described with reference to FIG. The partition member 19 partitions the cooler chamber 22 and the freezer compartment (including the second freezer compartment 4 and the ice making chamber 3), and at least the width dimension is slightly smaller than the front opening of the freezer compartment.

Although one end of the second slide piece 21 is a cylindrical portion 21a, it is not necessary to have a cylindrical shape, and the surface contacting the lower surface side and the upper surface side of the partition rail portion 16 may be a circular column or other shapes. It is sufficient to have a part.

In addition to the cooler 23, the cooler chamber 22 is provided with a cool air circulation blower 23 a, electrical equipment, a defrosting device, and the like. For this reason, the structure which can perform services, such as a maintenance inspection by attaching / detaching the division member 19, becomes essential. At this time, in this embodiment, as described above, if the doors of the ice making chamber 3 and the second freezing chamber 4 are removed, the partition member 19 can be attached and detached without removing the left and right partition members 9.

Hereinafter, a description will be given with reference to FIG. During service such as repair and inspection, the ice making room door 5, the second freezing room door 6, and the first freezing room door 7 are removed from the refrigerator body 1. At this time, a space of about 50 mm is secured between the rear end surface 9 a of the left and right partition members 9 and the partition member 19. In this state, when removing the partition member 19 outside the freezer compartment, the locking relationship between the bottom claw 19b of the partition member 19 and the locking portion provided on the first horizontal partition heat insulating member 24 side is released.

Next, the bottom (lower end) of the partition member 19 is pulled out to the position of the broken line I. Thereby, the latching relationship of the partition member 19 upper part and the upper surface 1b of a freezer compartment can be cancelled | released. After this locking relationship is released, the bottom (lower end) of the partition member 19 is pulled out by rotating the partition member 19 to the front side to the position of the broken line II with respect to the upper portion of the partition member 19. In this case, if the partition member 19 is not pulled out so as to be rotated forward, the partition member 19 and the rear end surface 9a of the left and right partition members 9 are not in contact with each other in a 50 mm space. I ca n’t pull 19 out. Next, the upper part of the partition member 19 is lowered and rotated to the positions of the broken lines III and IV and pulled out.

Then, when the upper portion of the partition member 19 reaches a position below the rear end surface 9a of the left and right partition members 9, the partition member 19 is taken out of the freezer compartment in the horizontal direction. The space 50 mm between the partition member 19 and the rear end surface 9a of the left and right partition members 9 is a necessary size at this time, but this dimension varies depending on the height and shape of the partition member 19 and the left and right partition members 9. Therefore, it is not limited to 50 mm. That is, it is sufficient that a space necessary for removing the partition member 19 is provided between the partition member 19 and the rear end surface 9 a of the left and right partition members 9.

As a means for reducing the space (for example, 50 mm) between the partition member 19 and the rear end surface 9a of the left and right partition members 9, the partition member 19 is recessed to the side opposite to the left and right partition members 9, When the partition member 19 is attached and detached, the rear end surface 9a of the left and right partition members 9 is absorbed by the recess.

In addition, by adding a large roundness to the lower rear end portions of the left and right partition members 9, the partition member 19 can be easily taken out, or the space between the partition member 19 and the rear end surface 9a of the left and right partition members 9 can be reduced.

Next, FIG. 10 is a partial front view showing a state where the ice making room door 5, the second freezing room door 6, and the first freezing room door 7 are removed from the refrigerator body 1.

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 10, the left and right partition members 9 are not parallel to the vertical line passing through the upper end engaging portions 9b of the left and right partition members 9 that engage with the upper surface 1b of the freezer compartment, specifically, The shape has an inclined portion and an eccentric portion. That is, the vertical line passing through the upper end engaging portion 9b of the left and right partition members 9 and the vertical line passing through the partition rail portion 16 located on the second freezer compartment 4 side are eccentric. Thereby, the partition rail portion 16 of the left and right partition members 9 has a shape protruding from the upper end engaging portion 9b toward the storage container 25, that is, toward the storage chamber having a large width dimension.

By making the left and right partition members 9 project in the direction of one storage chamber, it becomes easy to adjust the width dimensions of the ice making chamber 3 and the second freezing chamber 4 adjacent to the left and right. For example, by preparing a plurality of left and right partition members 9 having different dimensions protruding to one storage chamber side and attaching left and right partition members 9 that match the capacity of the necessary storage container, refrigerators having different storage container capacities can be obtained. Can be provided. In other words, by attaching the left and right partition members 9 that match the capacity of the required storage container, it is possible to share the parts among a plurality of models.

There is no need to change the installation location of the screw 12 and the engagement member 13 for engaging the left and right partition members 9 and the second horizontal partition heat insulating member 26 in accordance with the width dimensions of the left and right storage chambers. Accordingly, the second horizontal partition heat insulating member 26 can be shared by various types of refrigerator boxes, and a refrigerator that meets the needs of the user can be provided while suppressing manufacturing costs.

Here, due to changes in eating habits, the food storage capacity in the freezer storage container is increasing year by year. For these reasons, the load when a large amount of food is stored in the storage container of the freezer compartment has become larger than previously considered.

However, if the rear end surface 9a of the left and right partition members 9 and the partition member 19 are not connected to improve the workability of repair and inspection services as in the above embodiment, the following may occur. I found out.

That is, when a large amount of food is stored in the storage container 25, a large load that has not been predicted so far concentrates on the left and right partition members 9 and the second horizontal partition heat insulating member 26 to which the left and right partition members 9 are fixed. Due to the load of food stored in the storage container 25, the left and right partitioning members 9 are centered on the upper end engaging portion 9b in the vicinity of the engaging portion between the left and right partitioning members 9 and the second horizontal partition heat insulating member 26. A force in the rotational direction that moves to the 3rd side works.

That is, even when the shape of the left and right partition members 9 is parallel to the vertical line, the partition rail portions 16 are provided on both the left and right sides of the left and right partition members 9, and therefore inevitably from the center vertical line. Is also slightly shifted to the storage container 25 side. Therefore, it is inevitable that a rotational force that moves the left and right partition members 9 toward the ice making chamber 3 works.

When this rotational force is applied, the left and right partition members 9 may be tilted as shown by the two-dot chain line, and the second horizontal partition heat insulating member 26 that supports the left and right partition members 9 from above is deformed or bent. There is a risk.

Moreover, in the case of the configuration of the embodiment of the present invention, as described above, the left and right partition members 9 have a shape in which the partition rail portion 16 protrudes toward the storage container 25 side (second freezer compartment 4 side). In this case, when the load of the food stored in the storage container 25 located on the protruding side is applied, the load applied to the left and right partition members 9 is the case where the shape of the left and right partition members 9 is parallel to the vertical line. It becomes large compared. That is, the force in the rotational direction in which the left and right partition members 9 rotate about the upper end engaging portion 9b toward the ice making chamber 3 increases. Therefore, the inclination of the left and right partition members 9 indicated by the two-dot chain line is further increased, and the deformation of the second horizontal partition heat insulating member 26 that supports the left and right partition members 9 may be increased. This becomes more prominent as the size of the second freezer compartment 4 is larger.

Thus, when the load of the storage container 25 located on the protruding side and the stored food is added, the load applied to the left and right partition members 9 is when the shape of the left and right partition members 9 is a shape parallel to the vertical line. Compared to In the case of the embodiment shown in FIGS. 2 and 10, the second freezer compartment 4 is provided with a larger width dimension than the ice making chamber 3. The capacity of the storage container 25 of the second freezing chamber 4 is, for example, about 20 L, and a high-density food (for example, a lump of raw meat) can store a food having a weight of about 10 kg. When the weight (load) of the food is applied to the partition rail portion 16 located on the second freezer compartment 4 side, the upper end engaging portion 9b of the upper end portion of the left and right partition members 9 and the second horizontal partition heat insulating member 26 A large load is applied in the vicinity of the engaging portion, which causes the inclination and deformation.

When this inclination or deformation occurs, the distance between the partition rail portion 16 below the left and right partition members 9 and the inner box rail portion 17 on the refrigerator inner box side becomes large. If this distance dimension increases, either the door frame 18 or the first and second slide pieces may fall off the rail or move left and right during the pulling operation, making it difficult to pull the door frame 18 smoothly. Newly considered.

In order to prevent the right and left partition members 9 from tilting and to prevent deformation of the second horizontal partition heat insulating member 26 that supports the left and right partition members 9 from above, a large load is applied. However, it is only necessary to increase the rigidity of the material that does not cause inclination or deformation, or to increase the thickness.

For example, the thickness in the height direction of the second horizontal partition heat insulating member 26 is increased, or the width dimension of the upper end portion of the left and right partition members 9 (near the engaging portion with the second horizontal partition heat insulating member 26) is increased. It is conceivable to increase the contact width dimension with the second horizontal partition heat insulating member 26. It is also conceivable to increase the strength by changing the material of the second horizontal partition heat insulating member 26 to a metal having high rigidity. However, a material having high rigidity becomes expensive and increases processing time, which increases the burden on the consumer. Further, when the thickness or width dimension is increased, the storage volume is reduced accordingly. Therefore, none of the above means is preferable.

Therefore, a configuration that also takes these into account will be described below with reference to FIGS. Substantially the same as the configuration of the embodiment of FIG.

As described above, when the weight (load) of food is applied to the partition rail portion 16 located on the second freezer compartment 4 side, the upper end engaging portion 9b of the upper end portion of the left and right partition members 9 and the second horizontal partition heat insulating member A large load is applied in the vicinity of the engaging portion with the H.26.

When a space is formed between the rear end 9a of the left and right partition members and the front side of the upper portion of the partition member 19 so as to face this, the load of food weight applied to the storage container 25 is particularly It joins to the 2nd horizontal partition heat insulation member 26 with which the upper end part of the partition member 9 is hold | maintained. That is, as shown by a two-dot chain line in FIG. 10, the left and right partition members 9 are inclined to rotate in the direction of the ice making chamber 3 around the upper end engaging portion 9b.

Therefore, as shown in FIGS. 11A and 11B, a holding member 28 is provided between the lower end fixing portion 9c at the lower end portion of the left and right partition members 9 and the side surface of the refrigerator inner box 1a. Specifically, the first fixing portion 28 a at one end of the holding member 28 is fixed by the screw 12 a so as to be housed in the recess of the lower end fixing portion 9 c at the lower end portion of the left and right partition members 9.

And the 2nd fixing | fixed part 28c of the other edge part is engaged and attached to the storage recessed part 30 of the side surface fixing | fixed part 29 provided in the side surface of the refrigerator inner box 1a. As a result, the left and right partition members 9 include the upper end engaging portion 9b attached to the lower surface of the second horizontal partition heat insulating member 26, the lower end fixing portion 9c at the lower end portion, and the side surface of the side surface of the refrigerator inner box 1a on the ice making chamber 3 side. It is hold | maintained by the holding member 28 attached between the fixing | fixed part 29, the intensity | strength with respect to the force of the rotation direction by the food weight to the partition rail part 16 can be increased, and the left-right partition member 9 and the 2nd horizontal partition heat insulation Deformation, distortion, bending, twisting and the like of the member 26 can be suppressed.

The holding member 28 is made of, for example, an iron plate and has a thickness of about 2 mm, the first fixing portion 28a has a short side of 30 mm, a long side of 50 mm, and the second fixing portion 28c has a short side. Is 20 mm, the long side is 90 mm, the width dimension of the portion connecting the first fixing part 28a and the second fixing part 28c is 50 mm, and the length dimension is 230 mm. These dimensions vary depending on the width of the ice chamber and other dimensions and conditions.

The recess of the lower end fixing portion 9 c of the left and right partition member 9 is formed to have a size that can accommodate the first fixing portion 28 a at one end of the holding member 28. A plurality of ribs 9d are provided in the depth direction of the left and right partition members 9 in order to suppress a decrease in strength due to the recess of the lower end fixing portion 9c. The interval between the plurality of ribs 9d is 1 mm to 2 mm larger than the short side and long side dimensions of the first fixing portion 28a, so that the positioning function is provided without deteriorating the storage workability. .

The holding member 28 is provided with an engaging protrusion 28b so that the first fixing portion 28a does not move largely within the recess of the lower end fixing portion 9c. The material of the holding member 28 is a general iron plate from the viewpoint of cost, high rigidity, and workability. Other than the iron plate, a highly rigid synthetic resin material such as a highly rigid metal such as an aluminum alloy or a reinforced plastic is preferable.

Further, in the present embodiment, the holding member 28 is provided on the side of the storage chamber (the ice making chamber 3 in the present embodiment) having a small width among the storage chambers partitioned left and right by the left and right partition members 9. Yes. As described above, the first fixing portion 28a at one end of the holding member 28 is attached to the lower end fixing portion 9c of the left and right partition member 9, and the second fixing portion 28c at the other end is attached to the refrigerator inner box 1a. Yes. When a load is applied to the storage container 25, a force in the rotational direction in which the left and right partitioning members 9 move in the direction of the ice making chamber 3 is exerted around the upper end engaging portion 9b. The left and right partition members 9 try to tilt by the action of the force in the rotational direction of the left and right partition members 9. However, the lower end of the left and right partition member 9 is supported by the first fixing portion 28a at one end of the holding member 28, and the second fixing portion of the holding member 28 having the other end fixed to the refrigerator inner box 1a. Since it is supported by 28c, the inclination of the left and right partition members 9 is suppressed.

Here, the case where the holding member 28 is attached to the refrigerator inner box 1a on the side of the storage room (second freezing room 4) having a large width will be described. When a load is applied to the storage container 25, the left and right partition members 9 are inclined toward the ice making chamber 3 as shown in FIG. 10, and the refrigerator inner box 1a to which one end of the holding member 28 is attached pulls the left and right partition members 9 side. work. At this time, the refrigerator box is generally filled with a foam heat insulating material between the refrigerator inner box 1a and the outer box. When the force pulling the refrigerator inner box 1a downward acts, the foamed heat insulating material and the refrigerator inner box 1a are peeled off, resulting in a decrease in heat insulating performance. Therefore, it is desirable to attach the holding member 28 to the refrigerator inner box 1a on the side of the storage room having a small width dimension.

In the above description, the example in which the holding member 28 is provided on the side of the storage chamber having a small width is described. However, if the holding member 28 is provided on the side of the storage chamber for storing a storage item with a small load weight of the storage container, An effect can be obtained.

The first fixing portion 28a at the upper end portion of the left and right partition members 9 is supported by the second horizontal partition heat insulating member 26 by the locking member 13 (upper end engaging portion 9b). A lower end fixing portion 9c for supporting the lower end portions of the left and right partition members 9 is provided below the column portion where the upper end engaging portion 9b is provided. That is, the mounting position of the holding member 28 in the front-rear direction of the interior is located closer to the interior side of the interior. As a result, the mounting position of the holding member 28 in the front-rear direction in the warehouse becomes stronger than when it is located on the front side in the warehouse, and the engaging portion between the front end portion of the left and right partition members 9 and the vertical partition member 10 is centered. As a point, the left and right partition members 9 are prevented from rotating and tilting.

When the holding member 28 is attached to the refrigerator inner box 1a, as shown in FIG. 12, a storage recess 30 having an insertion hole is provided on the side of the refrigerator inner box 1a. If it is a structure that is inserted and fixed, it is easy to assemble. Even if the number is small or for other reasons, there is no problem with fixing with screws.

Further, when the holding member 28 is attached to the lower end portion of the left and right partition members 9, as shown in FIG. 13 and FIG. 14, in addition to fixing with screws, the lower end portions of the left and right partition members 9 are firmly engaged as shown in FIG. A structure may be provided in which a housing recess (not shown) is provided, and the end of the holding member 28 is inserted into the housing recess and fixed.

According to the first embodiment, the tilt and deformation of the left and right partition members due to the load on the storage container are suppressed, and the slide piece of the door located on the side of the storage chamber having the large width dimension of the chamber partitioned to the left and right falls off the rail. It is possible to smoothly pull out the door of the chamber having a small width dimension.

Next, as in the second embodiment shown in FIG. 15, the refrigerator of the first embodiment can be used even if the end of the holding member 31 that is not attached to the left and right partition members 9 is attached to the horizontal partition member 11. The same strength as the structure in which the holding member 28 is attached to the inner box 1a can be obtained. The holding member 31 attached to the lower end portion of the left and right partition members 9 is further attached to the upper and lower partition members 11 located in the front of the interior. As shown in FIG. 15, the V-shape connected to both the ice making chamber 3 side and the second freezing chamber 4 side of the upper and lower partition members 11 can increase the strength most, but only one of them (for example, Even if it is connected to the ice making chamber 3 side which is the storage chamber side having a small width dimension, sufficient strength can be obtained.

Further, in the present embodiment, the refrigerator storage chamber is provided in the order of the refrigerator compartment, the freezer compartment, and the vegetable compartment from above, but the arrangement of these storage compartments is not particularly limited, for example, below the refrigerator compartment. A vegetable room may be located and a freezer room may be located under the vegetable room.
